Had a leak in all the rain last week. Devoted Restoration sent out 3 of their best employees to remove all the damaged drywall. Jovani, Josh and Carlos did a great job. Took meticulous care to cover anything that could get damaged. Cleaned up all of their mess. My house looks great. I was very impressed with these 3. Great job. I am a happy customer.

Devoted Restoration came out the day after Hurricane Helene passed causing some minor water damage at our property. They were prompt, professional and very efficient. They immediately sprang into action to help us dry out. They came back daily for a few days to check on the progress and we were done after a few days. We highly recommend using them. They did an excellent job. Carlos and Alberto, in particular, were friendly and very helpful. And Tony, their manager, was also very pleasant and easy to work with.

Bill was phenomenal. He was always prompt, courteous, and beyond professional. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He even fixed damage caused by the subcontractor. I couldn't ask for a better Devoted Restoration employee to help me through the reconstruction process.

I cut my foot and being on blood thinners. I got blood all over my bedroom carpet. It was a mess. I called devoted Restoration and they came and sent two young men Ignacio and Carlos. They cleaned and disinfected the carpet. It looked a little dark when they left. We thought that it was just wet. The next day you can see the blood stains were still there. I called back to devoted and they sent the boys back out and they worked on it again and did a great job and I am really satisfied. They really stood up to their reputation. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We had storm damage from the multiple hurricanes. Devoted Restoration came in and did mold remediation and air quality tests. They came in a did our back office wall and the entire conference room. The conference room has a lot of chair railing and crown molding, wow did they do a fantastic job and getting the paint colors correct to rebuilding all of the molding and chair railing. It looks better than it did prior to any damage. We are very pleased with the completed work. could not have asked for a better job, so thank you for your hard work and dedication to our project.

We had a fairly large medical situation late at night and needed some help with the clean-up. My local Stanley-Steamer rep referred me to Devoted. When I contacted them, they responded with very prompt cost and scheduling estimates and had two reps at my Naples home within just a few hours of my initial contact. Very impressive.
The two men (Alberto & Joey) were professional throughout the cleaning process, and they communicated with me throughout the work project. Their clean-up results were above my expectations. I would definitely recommend them!!!!!!
