Technicians were prompt, even earlier than scheduled but waited patiently. They were very efficient. Knew what they had to do and did it quickly and well.

Installation team was very quick, polite and professional. One day to install the hardware on the lanai and all the windows. Still need to finish up soffit, crank handles and electric hook up for the lanai screens. Overall a good job so far.
Update: Electrical/mechanical inspection PASSED. AHT was here the next day to finish up the final details. I would (and will) recommend AHT to everyone

Loved this company. The shutters are fantastic. They look so good on my house. They are very neat and good looking. Also installers very good at their job ,they were neat and cleaned after themselves when done.and polite.i definitely recommend this company!! Thank you. i got 2 electric roll down and the rest are accordions on all other windows.

I had a power hurricane shutter on my lanai that had been going bad for some time. After the last storm, I had enough, and needed someone to come evaluate my shutter and its motor. I was done fooling with it so I called the pros at AHT.
Super glad I did.
I had a bad motor and they pointed out everything to me and replaced that old worn out hurricane shutter motor for me.

What's being all done with it worth??? A LOT!!!!

Alex and Carlos were two of the nicest and hard working technicians we've experienced. In one day they were able to protect our large lanai with roll down shutters. They covered our furniture and some of our pool, protected our plants, and then went to work on the installation. When it was all done, the vacuum came out and then they removed all coverings, put all furniture and plants back in their places. It was as if they were never here, except we now have hurricane protection.

AHT did a wonderful job installing shutters & screens. The installers were friendly yet professional. They did a great job cleaning up. It was worth the wait for the shutters & screen to be made to exactly fit our home. I would recommend them.

My overall experience with AHT from ordering the windows, scheduling through the office personnel and the installation crew was fantastic. Jose and his crew were amazing, being a law-enforcement officer I don’t trust many people to be alone in my home. Once I met and after speaking with Jose, Jay and Leo I immediately knew they could be trusted and they did not disappoint. Working on a second story home can be challenging, but with their expertise and experience the existing windows were removed and the new windows installed with no issues. At the end of each day, Jose, Jay and Leo were very attentive and cleaned up after themselves leaving my home as though they weren’t even there! I would absolutely recommend AHT and Jose and his crew if you are ever in need of hurricane impact windows.

We purchased the motorized roll down screens and the process was relatively smooth. The permitting process was a little onerous but was finally approved. The installation process was very smooth. The crew, Hector & Jose along with the electrician Esteban, were very efficient, courteous and respectful. Great work! Thank you.

Hector and Hosae were very professional and neat. They did their work very well and made sure the shutters were working well when they finished. Hector explained that any noise was because of a larger motor and pointed out that the only problem was the flaking of paint due to the age of the shutters. We would highly recommend them.

Aaron (salesmen) and everyone in the scheduling office were top notch and kept me informed while my new hurricane screens were being custom manufactured. All technicians were punctual, professional, and clean. Work was thoroughly explained and the electrician assigned even assisted me with the relocation of a security camera that was going to interfere with my new triple hurricane screen install. Two thumbs up because I only have two!!!

It weren't for the fact that the men were over and hour late the service was excellent. I was told they would not be able to company later than 8am. I agreed providing they would be on time. Not everyone is up that early in the morning. I don't sleep well and I could have had another hour of sleep.
Walter and Miguel were professional,friendly and fixed several problems we had with our shutters. I would recommend them.
The office staff was also vey polite and helpful.

Hector and his team did a great job on the installation. He was polite and explained what he did and what the next steps would be (electrical hookup and inspection). His team did a good job cleaning up after they were finished. I would definitely recommend using them.

Esteban finished the electrical connection and did a very neat job so that all wires were hidden. I would definitely recommend using him.

The final install was completed by Hector and his team. We are very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them to others.

Hector came out to address a clicking noise and promptly fixed it. I would not hesitate to use AHT and Hector’s team again.

I’m very happy with the installation of My storm screens. Steve Cuevas the sale rep was excellent and very informative. The installers did a good job except that when they caulked around the unit they got black caulk on the walls around the unit, which looks horrible. They needed to use tape to avoid that issue.. When I told them that was unexpectable they basically ignored me. The WiFi installed Hector was great. The only issue I had was with the electrician. He made holes in the Sheetrock and didn’t support the Sheetrock with proper wood studs. He also had an attitude.

The guys who installed our windows were polite, professional and efficient. They let us know what was happening each step along the way. They kept our home clean and finished when they said they would. Thanks Jose, Jay and Leo. I highly recommend this company.

Alex and Carlos were the installers and they did a great job. They were very professional and made sure the shutters were level and installed properly. They showed me how to operate them both with the remote and manually and cleaned up after they were installed. So glad they were assigned for my job and can’t say enough about the work they did.
The Electrican did the electrical service the next day and was excellent also. He ran the wire to the electrical panel and put it on a separate circuit. The job is complete and I’m very satisfied with the results.

Hector and Jose from AHT were great! They were efficient, explained everything, were knowledgeable, made recommendations for the future, and both were very polite and friendly. They were professional and work was completed quickly. The communication for planned arrival time was great so you can actually plan your day. I would recommend their service without hesitation, although the service call price is a bit more than I wanted to pay.

We had some hurricane shutter issues that Hector took care of! He has extensive experience (11 years) and did a perfect job at fixing one of our storm shutters and lubricating others. I would definitely recommend Hector for any shutter installation repair or service!

We just finished having both screen and roll down shutters installed from AHT. To begin this process Aaron Vollmer, the sales rep, spent time with us to discuss our options and cost. This was a pretty big job. The total cost was significantly less than other estimates. Now that the job is complete we are completely satisfied with the look and the installation. Hector and Jose did the install. Seldom have I seen two workers more efficient than these two men. They were fast but very much detail oriented so that everything was perfect. Everything is controlled remotely & so easy to secure. Quinita in the office was so easy to work with as well. She answered all our questions and scheduled the work with professionalism. We visited their warehouse and were very impressed. I would not hesitate to hire this company again. A couple of our neighbors are already interested in choosing AHT for their jobs.

My experience with AHT. My Hurricane Screens were less than four years old and they ripped at the stitching due to the hardware at the top rubbing against the stitching each time I opened and closed the screens causing them to fray and then tear away from the main portion of the Screen, creating a hole! I had tried for many months to reach the company that installed the screens, without success. I found the manufacturer information on my paperwork, which was AHT. When I called them, they told me they would replace or repair the screens for a cost of three hours labor, nearly $800. I paid this fee, reluctantly. I explained I thought the rubbing from the hardware at the top caused the problem. I was told that when they reinstall my replacement screens that they would use NEW / different hardware at the top so this problem wouldn’t occur again. When they came out to reinstall them, they were not prepared with the new hardware. I needed six pieces of new hardware. They pulled out two new pieces and only used one of the pieces! AHT reinstalled the screens using my original hardware!!! So I believe I will experience the same problem with the tearing. It’s a HUGE disappointment to say the least to spend this kind of money on Hurricane Screen’s to experience not having anyone to Repair them properly. Even though I was told by AHT they would replace the hardware that was not done.
