Electrician gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. And the two gentlemen who finished the job putting the plugs in the slacks at the very end of the job was very professional as well and courteous

Walter, his partner and the electrician did an excellent job…the initial installers forgot to use tarps which resulted in scratches on certain metal pieces which AHT replaced without resistance. The office staff and scheduling folks did an excellent job, thanks to all…chris and Devra Glancy…we forgot to mention that salesman Steve did an excellent job on the sales front…also Quinita and Maria were great…thanks too all! Good job Sam with the touch up paint!

Buyer beware. We had our shutter fixed in May. This is our second home and are rarely there. We get back after Thanksgiving Shutter is not working. We call back the same company to come and repair. There is no warranty past 30 days and the fee to come out to fix the same shutter same issue $300.00 which they did not mention prior to coming out. Highway robbery.

3 times a charm to correct the original issue but AHT camr through Hector was very good, addressed my issues and made them right... My only concern is that the fabric may slouch again..I'm praying not, but Hector told me to just call if any issues

Quick in getting final measurements. Install of shutter to occur in 6-8 weeks, just waiting on permits.
:Update-AHT completed the installation today of shutters and roll down screen for our lanai. The installation was seamless. Isiah and his partner worked tirelessly and did a fabulous job on the installation. Our project area was spotlessly clean when they were done. I had other estimates from other companies which were more expensive and the timeline for installation was a lot longer. AHT is a great company and I would recommend AHT to everyone looking for a professional company to do business with. The quality of service and product provided is unbeatable. We are waiting for the final inspection process to be completed. Isaiah was very professional and informed us every step of the way. 10 out of 10.

UPDATE: AHT has completed the installation of all the shutters on our home. Inspections have been completed and the work done by AHT was fantastic. Everyone I spoke with was Super friendly and professional. Every phone call or question I had was answered satisfactorily. If you need hurricane protection for your home, please call AHT and do not waste time with other companies. These folks are fantastic!

I would like to commend Carlos for his professionalism and diligence on making sure my project was completed correctly and that I understood the operation after final inspection. I truly appreciate his commitment to service.

We purchased the double wall aluminum shutter system approximately 9 weeks ago. We were told it would be installed in 8 - 10 weeks. It was installed within the estimated time frame. AHT communicated throughout the process and completed the install in approximately 4 hours. The electrician came the following day. The structural and electrical inspections were done the following day. All passed as expected. We are quite pleased with the product, installation, as well as followup. AHT certainly met our expectations. I would recommend them.

All employees were very skilled and the install went very quickly. All county inspections have been approved. Very pleased. Final billing issues were very disappointing.

The service was good. They were friendly very professional. My only problem was I was given a 2 hour timeframe and they showed up at the end of the two hours. Otherwise, my experience was OK.

The replacement of the large shutter was a difficult task but was done with expertise and handled well by AHT. Maria was extremely helpful with her positive attitude and readiness to tackle any difficulties. Hector and Jose were both extremely helpful with the touch ups and finishing details.

The install of our motorized storm shutters with AHT yesterday was spot on. From the first visit with Steve to the install date we were kept abreast of the status of our delivery . Our install occurred in this Florida heat and our installers Alex and Carlos were very professional and answered all questions that we had. The electricians were also very professional and did a great job.

Our county inspection occurred last week . The inspector stated that this was an excellent install. Today Hector and Jose came to do the final touch ups and what a great job they did. Everyone that has worked on this install has been very professional and nice. Great job everyone!
