When i called ADU Contractors i had no idea what to expect, never having to call them before, and i was greeted so politely and professionally by Keyana. She was very helpful and patient with me and was able to schedule an appointment for me the very next day.

Josh did a fantastic job as the PM on our flood cleanup and subsequent mold removal.

For the initial cleanup, Nick and Gage were prompt and prepared our home for the initial clean out and drying procedure. They carefully placed their equipment and made sure to walk us through the anticipated timeline. They were careful during the whole process and took the time to make sure our house was properly treated.

Donovan and Kareem were the mold removal team and were just as courteous and thorough. The mold inspector verified that our home was cleaned properly and stated that this crew went above and beyond. I can’t recommend ADU enough and these 5 representatives were more than we could have hoped for.

We have a AC plenum box leak that caused mold to show up on the drywall. ADU came out the same day to do an inspection. Gave us an estimate and came out the following day to start the repair work so the mold didn’t spread.
All three people we met were extremely polite and treated our home like their own. Would absolutely recommend ADU for all of your restoration needs!

It's hard to find good customer service and friendly people on phone calls anymore. But she is good at her job.

I had a room leaking due to needing a roof repair that was building up mold behind bamboo foam wall I had up and never knew it until I noticed spots on the ceiling. After pulling off the bamboo, what a mess, my whole entire wall had to be taken down and part of my ceiling and subfloor due to black mold. Damien and Pedro came in and fixed everything within one day and got it ready for repair and to be put back together. They came back the next day to pick up the equipment and left everything taped up with plastic until I get the repair done. They were really nice and neat, took care of everything, explained everything, very professional, very nice young gentleman. I love that they cleaned up and left everything ready for the next step. I was very very pleased with my service from ADU.

Josh was great. He took our call at 8 pm on a flood out from a broken water pipe. Got a crew out within hour. They set up drying equipment super fast and helped mitigate damage to our home. Thanks Josh!

Was delighted with the work that was done by Damian N., David St. H., and Gage. They efficiently removed all damaged walls, insulation, & flooring. After a few days, they returned & removed their fans/dehumidifiers, They then covered all exposed walls to keep "outside" things from getting into the house.
We were more than pleased with their professionalism, politeness, and great work ethic.
