Felix was wonderful! He worked hard and made sure he was finished in two days. We love our new shower!

Very satisfied although there was a mix up with vanity top and toilet. All taken care of but caused 1/2 day delay. Not sure who was at fault but double checking order might solve the issue.

It went quickly and without any trouble. JOE was very professional and yet friendly. Cleaned up at night and let me know exactly what was happening each day. I couldn't be happier.

Jason did a complete remodel for me and I couldn't be happier with the work. Removed tub, toilet, and vanity. Installed a walk in shower, comfort height toilet, pedestal sink, wainscot and a new floor. I absolutely love it and would recommend. ReBath to everyone.

Rebath recently did a huge shower remodel project for me and did a great job. Workers were friendly and made the whole thing easy.

I recently purchased a home in which the seller used Re-Bath to remodel her master bath shower. Re-Bath charged her a fortune to install some shower walls and a tile floor. When our inspector saw the shower floor, he alarmed us to the fact that the grading was bad and it caused pooling in two areas, and the drain was set too high. As you can see in the picture the grout has cracked and recently discover the grout is crumbling along the border of the wall.

I contacted the seller and she told me that the shower was guaranteed for 5 years. It has only been less than a year and 1/2 since the job was completed. I called Re-Bath and they said they do not warranty the shower floor because the tile is discontinued. the problem is with the grout and the drain. I mentioned about the bad pitch in the shower floor and he refused to do anything about it. it appears their warranties aren't worth the paper they are printed on. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Rebath installers Antonio and Steve were awesome, their craftsmanship and working relationship was 5 star, they were tidy on time each day. We had 2 bathrooms put in , we never were without a bathroom. The quality of the product is 5 star also, the only thing we regret is the one bath has white tile walls, with brushed Nickel, I am a nurse and it’s a little like bathroom in a hospital.
, that’s the only thing We regret . But still a 5 star job, thank you Rebath. Rita and Greg Naples

I was very happy with re-bath of southwest florida. They have many styles to choose from. The installation only took two days without any problems. The installers are very clean, neat, professional and really take pride in their work. I highly recommend re-bath !

Antonio, Larry, and Jim, did a great job, on our (2) bathrooms. We’re very satisfied. We had a few hiccups with communication, but being the professionals they are, all went well. We highly recommend Re-Bath.

I should have known better when the girl for my appointment was thirty minutes late. Once ordered, It took awhile to get all the materials in and get started, and I had to keep calling them to follow up. When I finally got it scheduled, I found out that the materials had been in the warehouse already, but they never called me to schedule the install. Fast forward to when I had to wait for my custom glass, theee weeks turned into six weeks, again with me constantly having to reach out to them (and they are never in the office, so it’s a whole process for communication). When they installed the glass , I had assumed (my fault) that it would be seamless and modern. When it was installed, it had this cheap aluminum all around the glass. I never would have chosen that if I had known. Also, the glass leaked because I guess they didn’t test it once it was out in. I had to go through the whole process again to get in touch with them for them to come fix it. In fact, it still leaks, but I didn’t even feel like dealing with them, so my husband is just going to put some silicone on it. Never a follow up call to see if their mistake was taken care of?!? E regime is very nice, but their customer service is seriously lacking and the materials are cheap.
