I’ve owned a Christopher Alan home for a little over a year now. I wish I would have went with a different builder after dealing with warranty and quality issues. It’s poor business not to cover issues that happened under a year of owning the home and were clearly documented within the first year of ownership, but reported 2-3 months after the first year. They warn you to only make 1 claim but if you fail to add anything in there after submitting, even if it occurred within that first year, they won’t cover it. They first said they would help with these items under “good faith” then used 2 different excuses to backtrack on that. That proves that they obviously don’t stand by their work or their word, which makes sense because the quality is certainly missing. I’ve had minor and mostly cosmetic issues (drywall cracking, grout cracking, electrical breakers and outlets that needed replacing, a sprinkler head, etc.) and only some of these were covered after hassling with customer service. This is my second new construction home and the first builder didn’t give a difficult time for warranty items and were quite flexible so I’d recommend finding a builder that stands behind their homes and works with the customer beyond doing the absolute bare minimum. If you spend so much on a home, and all issues happened within the first year, why wouldn’t you cover them? Why would you give your customer a difficult time over such minor issues? Why would you need to hide behind contract loopholes and dismissive, poor customer service? I suppose that’s the difference between ethical business and shady business, so I certainly wouldn’t recommend and won’t be interested in CA in the future. Do yourself a favor and find a better builder that you don’t have to argue with.

I am very pleased with the entire home buying process from start to finish. The house was surprisingly well-built and finished to a high standard. The construction manager, Matt, was very professional and knowledgeable. He did everything possible to make me feel comfortable in my new home! I will recommend this construction company to all my friends and acquaintances. Thank you to the entire team for their coordinated and excellent work!

I live out of state and started the process of finding someone to do the kitchen cabinets. I am a general contractor and I was very specific as to who I was looking for. Melissa, Chris and the installers are fantastic to work with. They have kept every schedule we have set and that’s very important due to me flying into town for these scheduled dates.

Longley Kitchens did a kitchen and bathroom remodel for us and they were outstanding. Melissa has an eye for colors, patterns, etc. and Chris executes the plan. Great work. Would (and have) recommend them to anyone.

We had a simple job of replacing the counter tops and sinks in our two condo bathrooms on Sanibel. I found Longley by reading reviews. They did such a great job for us that I wanted to review them as well. We got a quote from another kitchen store which would have been much more expensive. Melissa suggested we go directly to their contact who sells the stone counter tops so that we could pick out a small "remnant" piece for our needs. We had many, many tops to choose from and we payed much less this way. We are very happy with the job they did!

This restoration of 2 bathrooms was a challenge for me. We walked into Longley and explained what we needed and Mellisa worked with us and what we decided on with her expertise was amazing and within my price range. The Longley team came out to my home and completed the job within 2days!! I highly recommend if you are planning any type of renovation or new ,
use Longley!!

We got estimates from several Kitchen remodeling companies in Fort Myers, FL and chose Longley Kitchens right up front due to their professionalism which was apparent by how detailed they were in doing their estimate for flooring, cabinets, counter tops, remodeling the refrigerator area, under counter lighting and installing our new appliances. All the work was done in our absence and it was done on time, on budget. The best part was the price which was way below what the big Kitchen remodeling advertiser in Fort Myers estimated they wanted for the same flooring, counter tops and cabinets and that didn't included install all the new appliances. We have been recommending Longley Kitchens to any one who asks who did our beautiful kitchen.

We hired Longley Kitchens in November of 2018 as we wanted all new floors in the kitchen, living room, hallway and guest bathroom.
We also had the bathtub removed in the guest bathroom and installed
A shower and new vanity. We also had the guest bathroom painted.
All the work they did was outstanding! Every promise they made, they kept. All contractors came when they said they would, and they were
all very nice. Longley was recommended to us by friends and we are so happy we hired them We have since recommended them to other friends and they have been very happy with their work as well.

We highly recommend Longley Kitchen for your kitchen, bath, utility room remodels. In fact, we not only used them for all of the above, but for our entire main level renovation of our home....from demolition, taring down walls, to planning/designing, to scheduling and overseeing the subcontractors, to finished product, they were able to complete the major project on time as promised! Chris, Ed, and Andrew are skilled, clean, and efficient in their work, and it was always a joy to see them. Melissa is amazingly prompt in her responses, so helpful and practical with kitchen/bath/utility room design, is attentive to detail, and is super easy to work with. She really keeps things moving...and when issues came up, she dealt with them promptly, and was our advocate in pulling our entire project together. This is a great family run business that takes pride in their work, and it shows in their customer service and finished work. We felt their value was exceptional and we have recommended them to many friends and neighbors since.

We loved working with Longley. They did a total remodel of our master bath and kitchen. Melissa made it easy for me to make my selections in their beautiful showroom. We were referred to Longley Kitchens thru our decorator/designer. We really enjoyed working with Chris and Melissa. They were honest, polite, responsive and fair. They followed up on all our questions or concerns even after the project was complete. We had a few punch list issues that they helped us address. We love our new Kitchen and Bar and our remodeled 3 baths in our Sanibel home. Many of their subcontractors were excellent, especially their electrician and plumber. After hurricane Ian I, like many others was faced with an entire rebuild of my home interior. One of the key issues was my kitchen and master bathroom . After hearing many horror stories about finding a good contractor I was nervous. After researching I chose Longley Kitchens based on the fact it is a long time local business and the good reviews that I read.
I am extremely happy with my decision. Once I contacted Longley, Chris and Stefanie came out to my house, went over my wants and needs, then took measurements and explained the process to me. After I received the very detailed, line by line estimate I knew I had made the right choice.
Stefanie was a joy to work with, she answered all my many questions, helped me make the product selectins and kept me informed of the timeline.

I wouldn’t do business with someone who drives like a maniac at 8:30 in the morning during rush-hour traffic on colonial. Swerving in and out of traffic and speeding with your business plastered all over your white truck, isn’t very smart.

We are so happy with our new kitchen and flooring! After a false start with another contractor, we went in to visit the showroom. Melissa was helpful and very professional. When Chris came out to measure, he answered all of our questions. The crews for each specialty were pleasant, skilled, and wonderful to work with. Extremely satisfied with the work and quality.
