Freedom Contracting of Florida was 100% awesome to work with. They quoted a fair price, showed up exactly when promised, did the work quoted in outstanding fashion and was in touch with us immediately on every phase. Eric went above and beyond to take care of everything for the project. This guys are the real deal!

We contacted with them for our pool cage. The first set of plans were wrong and didn't match the shape of our lanai. They redid the plans, which we approved. Unfortunately, the cage that was built didn't match the plans. It seems the wrong beams were delivered and rather than getting the right ones, they built the cage using those. Unfortunately, it looks terrible. We have been in touch with them for 6 months, with promises they will fix it. It is still wrong and we haven't heard from anyone in weeks. Buyer beware.

The pool enclosure at my house was destroyed by hurricane. Freedom Contractors built the new enclosure within 7 weeks from the time of me accepting the estimate. The job assigned project manager Mike Ahrens kept coming several times a day if needed to oversee the construction and to satisfy the needs of the crew as well as my own questions and requests. I am very happy with the end result and the quality of construction.

I recently purchased a home from Christopher Alan Homes and would like to start by saying that the personal that works there are awesome. However the entire experience was not the best. The first issue I had was that the construction process took over a year longer than I was originally told. When finally received the home there was a lot of issues with the new home. The paint job was horrible it appears they hired several 5 years old to paint the home. I also pay for the entire home to be tiled. The person who completed the tile this was his first job. There several places the tile is not level and the grout is already coming off. None of the outlets sit flush with the wall. All the doors would not closed since they were installed wrong. One of the biggest issued I had is that none of the windows were framed correctly and all the windows have different measurements. And they don't believe in give the customer a clean house and is was disgustingly dirty. This are only some of the issues if I named them all I'll be typing a 4 page paper.

I appreciate the acknowledgement of my comments how ever if is truly the owner you should be concerned about the low customer satisfaction. I did what you recommended and attempted a warranty claim. If you want to know how it went please give me a call is the same one you have on file. I'll be more than glad to let you know.

We have purchased our house a year ago, one week before Ian made landfall. We came to see it for the first time two weeks later and were beyond surprised how well it was built to withstand this monster of a storm.

We have been dealing with Elisabeth who was extremely professional and helpful. Being almost 1400 miles away from our new house, Elisabeth kept us in the loop every step of the way. She was sending us pictures with updates and emails explaining which stage we were at. Thank you for helping us make our dream come true.

We closed on our new construction home March 28, 2023. Just went through Hurricane Milton in North Port, Fl. No damage whatsoever!! Not even a single shingle came off our roof. We are so very thankful our home stood up to this storm. Thank you Christopher Alan Home Builder!!

Great experience. The house was about 90% finished when we saw it for sale, and after we had an agreement in place they moved in a timely fashion to get everything completed. They even made us aware of pricing discounts that were available- which we didn't expect. For the price point of the home, the quality was better than typical "builder's grade"- including the brand of appliances, - and during the final walk thru they identified various things for the punch list that we didn't initially see. There was a little bit of a delay in getting some of those items resolved, but this seemed to be more related to the availability of the subs they used. Their title company also did a great job, and everyone was friendly and professional. We love our FL home!

My husband and I closed on our Christopher Alan home this past May. We are very happy with our home and very thankful for it! It hasn’t t been easy though, we are trying to get used to our new life here in Florida coming from California. With all that said, we wanted to let Christopher Alan know of their exceptional employee Allison Schlake at your sales center! What a complete delight she has been to us and continues to be for us with our big move here to Babcock Ranch!

My husband and I initially visited Babcock Ranch just to explore the area and have lunch at a local restaurant. We decided to take a look at some model homes, and that’s when we not only fell in love with Christopher Alan Homes but also with Allie.
