They did a Master Closet remodel in July 2019 and they came in on budget, on time and my wife absolutely loves the end result. Melissa Longley was super easy to work with on selections and Chris Longley did an excellent installation! I highly recommend them!

It was a pleasure having Longley do our kitchen, masterbath, guest bath and laundry room remodel. We quoted four companies as comparably as we could and did our due diligence in selecting what we hoped would be the best. We were not let down with our choice! We chose the Mouser Centra wood cabinets with blum hinges/slides in Divinity White (looks great in Florida) and Cambria quartz counter tops (Berkley). We did the kitchen and masterbath first before signing up to do the guest bath and laundry rooms so that we could check out the work. We immediately added the other two rooms after seeing the quality of work (Melissa Longley managed to get the other rooms added to our original order, so we were able to start work without the usual 6 week leadtime for the particular cabinets we chose). We were quite impressed with the work ethic of Longley. From Melissa taking all the details and coming up with additional good ideas for us in the process and compiling a few quotes as we changed our minds on various options, to Chris Longley coming out for precise measurements and also offering us suggestions on things we had not thought of, the remodel was made even better than we had imagined it would be. Since we did not want to do any work or do any hiring of plumbers or electricians, they did it all (but if you want to do that yourself you can). The scheduling was handled very well and we could always get a hold of Melissa or Chris if we needed to. They were fast and efficient with the tear out and did a good job of getting the new cabinets up our stairs and into place without issue. Ed and Anthony did the new cabinet installation and were both pleasant and worked hard to make everything perfect. As you know, most jobs run into a glitch here and there, our glitch was with a kitchen base cabinet that had two pull down drawer fronts. One of the fronts would not close properly and no matter how hard they tried it just didn’t work right – they ended up changing the pull down from two small pull downs to one long one after we suggested it (which does look very nice), and will work out fine. We are thinking of doing carpets soon too and this company also do that – needless to say, we will go back. Oh, when we got our quotes, we also quoted the one everyone in Ft. Myers knows (advertise 24/7) and they were about $20K higher and part of the job would have been refacing not replacement. So glad we talked to Longley. Do yourself a favor and at least go talk to Melissa! It is a big job, but can be made a little less painful.

Azlyn, Melissa, and crew were awesome to work with, very professional, thoughtful, creative, communicative and always punctual. What a great company Longley is. We first used them for a primary bathroom remodel. The job was not simple, as the shower floor needed to be dug out and re-pitched for drainage. Chris Longley had a visionary plan for this and brought in some expert tile workers to finish the job. Melissa was a great resource for the product selections and job schedule planning. She kept us informed every step of the way and attended to even the smallest detail and requests. The result was simply beautiful. We had such a great experience that we used Longley again for a kitchen remodel at our next house. We enjoyed working with Melissa and Azlyn for expert advice with design choices and scheduling. Chris and Anthony even managed to save the day by retaining a drawer in the kitchen when it looked like there may not be enough space for that extra storage. They both stayed and worked on it until a solution was worked out. The attention to detail and communication that Longley maintains throughout the job makes for a positive remodeling experience and beautiful and functional end result.
We will use them again for any future remodeling jobs we may need.

They turned up on time, great quote,excellent job.
They are also very honest, I made an error and paid them an extra $1000 I was not aware of this mistake and had they not but been honest about I would never have found out, they contacted me explained the over payment ( MY MISTAKE ) and promptly sent me a cheque for $1000.
I wonder how many other companies would have just sat on the money and waited for the customer to notice.
I think it shows the true culture within the Company.

I needed 6 pilings repaired on my dock. Dock Savers came out with a crew of 3 and quickly and efficiently repaired my pilings. I am very satisfied with the service I got from Dock Savers.

Very unfortunate I was the one with problems with this company. I am not a competitor, my review is honest and true. A contract was signed for them to build an on-land deck behind my vacation home in Cape Coral, from seawall going in-land. The contract was signed in February and promised to finish mid April. The first problem was the dirt dug from the area, they dumped on empty lot next to my home. A dump container supposed to be at location...they never sent. After telling them , it was illegal, they ignored my messages and the dirt remained there until mid June. Second problem was that they finished the job without proper city inspections! The only inspection was upon permit in March, but the foundation, frame, and final inspection was never done. Today is July 14 and the job was officially and ligally done last week! They had to remove some slabs in orde to have the inspector give the ok with foundation and frame , plus pass the final inspection. The dock is beautiful (do not get me wrong on this!), perfect Azek material, nice finish, really professionally built...a 5 star would have been given with a smooth sailling, not rough waters I encountered. Note that they were sending me the remaining invoice many times despite I replying asking for the inspection to be done. I was lucky enough to be vigilant and check permit status at City of Cape Coral building permits, otherwise I would have been stuck with an illegal construction and further problems if selling the property. They will reply with excuses. Bottom line is: a simple deck took 3.5 months to be legally finished when I was promised 15 to 20 days.

They responded to my call within one day and came out the next month to repair the infestation in the dock pilings. I have no idea if this stuff works but they are responsive and professional. Judging from their record of satisfaction and repair reliability, I expect to be another happy customer.

I was very satisfied with the work Dock Savers did. I was not familiar with the piling repair technique so I was happy to see that it was a great alternative to replacement. It was also a money saver. I would totally recommend them.
