John, Kyle & the rest of the team are amazing!! No one wants to deal with water in the house, but these guys made the process as easy & painless as possible. I truly hope I never have to see them again for emergency service 😂😂, but if needed, ServPro will be my first call!!

This service for a very small job was extremely overpriced. Due to a family emergency, I had to handle the details over the phone, and was not able to shop around for a better price. But 1500 dollars to bring in fans and a dehumidifier, and make a few small holes around one corner of my house is exorbitant. This cost did not include any restoration. It takes most people a long time to earn that much money. I will not recommend Servpro because I feel disappointed in how much was charged for the minor services done.

We had an AC leak which caused our ceiling to fall. We also had an issue with the ceiling on our lanai which several people were not able to fix.. I called ServPro and they fixed both ceilings which look good as new! The team was polite and professional. I will definitely call them if I need repairs in the future and I highly recommend them!

John and his team were very thorough and responsive when I had a flooding in my apartment. Within a few short hours, went from a stressful situation to a dried apartment. John talked me through the process and what to expect. If anything was out of the ordinary or wasn’t dried he was easy to call and responded quickly. Even helped move furniture around to make sure all of the water was totally out. Highly recommend and really nice team!

We had a water heater rupture when we were not home, flooding a couple of rooms with hardwood & carpet. I called Servepro about 7 a.m. on a Saturday & they were at my place in about 2 hours to clean up & begin drying out flooring. They brought in 12-15 fans & dehumidifiers which they monitored daily for about 5 days. Also removed some baseboards to dry the lower walls & avoid mold. They removed all debris when finished & left the space clean. So far, the drying appears to have been successful & potentially saved having to replace some hardwood flooring. Costly, but very satisfied with their service.

Serv Pro was recommended by our insurance company and we are in the early stages of planning a bathroom remodel. Jen has been incredibly pleasant, responsive and professional and Tim has been very easy to communicate with. We're looking forward to seeing their completed work.

I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of each of the teams at Servpro. Each team member knew what was to be done and instantly started the work. As each part of the work was completed, the area was cleaned to perfection. I was constantly updated on the progress of the work and the next steps. I was always called before the team arrived and scheduled in advance. There are no long gaps in the work with Servpro. The emergency team was at our house within 40 minutes of our call. Three trucks worth of workers/equipment unloaded, assessed our situation and went to work. They did not stop until they were starting the dry out after clearing our flooded house. Each of the teams we have worked with have same attitude. This company and its people are amazing. Worth every penny. They WILL "Make it like it never even happed"

Highly Recommended if your home is ever flooded. They were quick, and brought a whole team to assist us removing our entire home to our lanai, quickly setting up all the fans and equipment to dry our home, as quick as possible. It took 3 days, and then we decided to use them for the home renovations as well. This part was more time consuming because of the insurance claims, and took a bit longer than it should have IMO, but overall All the employees were amazing, professional, and extremely respectful with completing the work around our schedules. The only thing I have to say didn't seem to go as smooth, was the project mgmt of the home renovations. It just seemed to go on forever, but in their defense, it was a tough time for everyone in the area due to the Hurricane we had just went through months prior, so we figured that's why we had a couple of delays, but overall they did an awesome job, and if we would use ServPro again!!! :-)

We had a water leak disaster at our condo. There were service people onsite in less than two hours. The clean up required several days and different services and all were done promptly and extremely well as was documentation and follow-up with our insurance company. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Servpro was very prompt to service and remove all water damaged material. They did a wonderful job for us!

I must say that we had a great experience with ServPro. We had some indoor flooding... little did I know that I could have contacted them with the emergency in the middle of the night even! They were very responsive, as quick as possible and vigilant of all the stages. They were professional, kind, communicative and easy to work with. We went on, after the flood damage was repaired, to hire them to replace the flooring and also paint and replace some of the cabinetry... all stages were handled very well. I would highly recommend them not just for emergency/damage work but as contractors as well.

I can't say enough about the job that Tim Kelly at ServPro did to arrange the repair of water damage in our home. Luis and co-worker were fantastic! Arrived when he said he would, polite, courteous, and did all that we needed. They we neat and clean and left our house in order. Also appreciated how quickly the project was completed. Loved that they helped us move the furniture back in the room. If I could give more stars I would. Would highly recommend this company! Thanks

Overall, SWA Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, FL produced excellent outcomes. Their installation of attic insulation immediately improved the comfort level of our house. The roofing team worked quickly and meticulously. Cleaning the dryer vent increased both performance and safety. After careful cleaning and repairs, the fireplace and chimney were able to operate safely again. Additionally, their contractor expertly addressed a few little fixes. The crew was punctual, courteous of our house, and professional. The prices were reasonable, and everything was explained in detail. I would recommend This company to any one, provided excellent service from start to finish. The team arrived on time, was professional, and conducted a thorough inspection before beginning the work. They improved attic insulation, completed roofing repairs, and ensured everything was sealed properly for better energy efficiency and protection. This company put a false lien on our property from
the previous owner after we had purchased.

He is NOT LICENSED in the FL DBPR and has completely and unjustly tied up the sale of the property.

I now have to file a contest of lien and bond it with the county until the issue is resolved.

I have further reported him to the Builders Assoc.

False promises on starting and completing work. 13 months after payment and contract still have partial roof on lanai that received damage from wind because wasn't done correctly and support posts no walls or windows
