My home was flooded in hurricane Milton. John came to my home to assess the project. He was helpful in organizing the estimate and paperwork to move forward with the demolition. Kyle and his crew did nothing short of a DYNAMITE job in a record braking one day disinfect and demo of my home. He monitored the fans and dehumidifers for the following three days. Office staff Jen and Stephanie kept me well informed on the insurance paperwork/invoicing and provided the adjuster documentation immediately when requested. Bravo Servpro Fort Myers!!!

We had a fitting fail under a bathroom sink. It flooded a little more than 1/2 of our home. We called Servpro and a team was at our house in less than 45 minutes. All the work that was done by the emergency team and restoration groups was excellent. The workers all seemed to know what was needed to be done and just did it. Everyone was polite and easy to talk with. I can't imagine using anyone else.

He sincerely cares about his team giving you the best service possible. He follows up on every little detail to make sure the job was done right and was to your satisfaction.
They worked on our house for two months due to Hurricane Milton saltwater flooding of our house and garage. Work included remediation as well as reconstruction. Although Spanish is the native language for almost all their workers, they go out of their way to ensure they understand what needs to be done. Their courtesy is wonderful. We highly recommend this company.

My fiancé & I had to come to Fort Myers on a limited schedule & walked into an issue, that was beyond what we could handle personally.

Alex came out Monday & got us a quote by end of day. While the schedule was packed, after hearing we had a limited schedule, he was able to get us on the schedule promptly.
