We are very pleased with every aspect of our experience with 3G Exteriors. From the first interaction with Joe Heier to the installation crew, everything was handled professionally, with quality and respect. My questions were always answered in a timely manner by either Joe H. or Brandi Ball.
The pool cage they rebuilt for us after Hurricane Ian destroyed ours is beautiful and well built.
We chose 3G out of many companies we received quotes from because they were local, they had many positive reviews and their quote was very reasonable.
We would not hesitate to contract with them for any future projects.

Fabulous!! Hired 3G to install gutters on one side of my mother's house, repair the wood frame around the door at the side of the garage, and fix/paint a bit of stucco on the ceiling near the front door that was damaged by Hurricane Irma. They took care of everything! Amazing work by the entire crew. 100% satisfaction. Highly recommend!

The worst franchise I have ever dealt with. I contacted them 3 days ago on an emergency cleanup, and have yet to hear back from them, despite my efforts to contact them two additional times. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your cleanup needs...maybe another company or franchise will contact you!

Very hard to provide a good review when the business will not even call you back.

After calling back MULTIPLE times to try and get a response and being promised that we would be called back after lunch we were finally told that "The manager says we had an emergency service that all techs are dispatched to".

To me, to not call a customer back when promised simply because you cannot provide the service is unprofessional, at minimum, rude.

Daniel and Karla are doing an excellent job! I cannot say enough good things about them. Perhaps the best thing I can say is that they are truly working hard to make sure that water leak from above vanishes like it never even happened!

I contracted with ServPro, after learning from my HVAC service inspection, that my unit had a mold issue. Upon further inspection, the testing revealed it was surface mold. They began the remediation process to remove & clean the unit, the ran additional tests to determine it was clear. The staff were very professional and am fully satisfied.
