3G did a wonderful job, Rescreening on my pool, cage and front entryway after hurricane Ian they were responsive friendly, and did good work

After Hurricane Milton 3G Home Exteriors came to the rescue. We had some danger to two story screen enclosure. No one else would touch it. Joe Heir immediately came to the house gave me a bid that seemed reasonable. Then their field crew came out and immediately knew why there were problems with the original installation. They efficiently corrected the problems and did a very professional job.

Patrick and crew did a great job on our new Lani. It was done in 2 days.

Jeff responded quickly to my call to do a siding repair on my home. Jeff was a pleasure to work with on this repair. He was friendly, professional and completed the task quickly. I would highly recommend him to others.

Although it took a while to get started because of the engineering plans, 3G overall did a great job. When they were done expanding our pool deck area & replacing our pool cage, Patrick, the inspector, was on the spot and very thorough. The people who 3G had expander pool deck and put up her cage. Did a great job. Their communication is not always the best mid job, but they are really busy and with a little patience and persistence it all comes out well. We are very happy with our pool cage and would recommend 3G to others.

Sadly I did not have a great experience with 3G. When they came to do the gutter install after Hurricane Ian damaged them when our lanai collapsed, they ended up cutting one of the sections too short and instead of recutting another piece they filled in the gap with caulk which did not hold when it rained that same day. I went up to check the work and found it leaking at that very point. Also the drip edge was not folded back down and screwed back in every 3-4 feet like they said. So I called and they said a crew would come out that week to fix it. They came out and “fixed” the part that leaked but never screwed or even folded back my drip edge, and as seen in the picture left a rough cut job at the downspout with screws sticking up and metal left in gutter (see picture). I let my salesman know and he just said that the gutter would function as necessary and that the work would be considered complete. I expected better customer service and to do as expected. Compared to the gutters on the rest of my house these look like “C” work.

Terrible from start to finish. Unresponsive. Had to hold their hands literally manage project myself. Workers were not knowledgeable of their jobs and spoke very little English. Job was supposed to be completed in 16 weeks max and did not even start for 20 weeks. Had to come back multiple times to fix same issue still never fixed. Do yourself a favor... KEEP LOOKING!!!

Our lanai cage was destroyed last September by hurricane Ian. Dirk Leckron was our 3G sales rep, and his personal service in planning out our new cage was exemplary. 3G’s engineering crew thoroughly completed the drawings, and our Architectural Review Committee quickly gave approval. 3G then completed the construction in a very timely manner. And I feel that their pricing was very fair and competitive.

I hired 3G right after Hurricane Ian destroyed my lanai cage. Patrick was just out here again to do a small job and he did a great job. 3G is the best company I've used since I moved to Florida

3 G replaced our pool cage after Hurricane Ian. Alex Leonard wrote our contract and was our point of contact throughout the whole process. From start to finish it was a professional positive experience. Originally projected to take 6-8 months, our enclosure was completed in December. Raphael and his team the worked with expertise to do an exceptional job. When there was an issue, 3G promptly made the correction. We are pleased from start to finish! Love the finished process!
