Jose and Dio worked industriously the entire day to fix warranty-related issues regarding our pool cage. As Jose advised early in the day, we would be happy with their work--and we were. They both are exemplary representatives of 3G.

Had some damage to my carport from Milton, I hired 3G to do the replacement work. A two-man crew came out and demoed and rebuilt the whole thing in one day. I couldn't believe it. I'm so happy with how everything turned out. Will definitely use them in the future

Where to start, Non Communicative until they need money.

Secondly, sold my contract to a competitor. Before signing contract with 3G I had relayed to 3G that I didn't trust competitors work. I showed contract to 3G and ultimately hired 3G, well they had that same competitor do my work without consulting me anyways. The contractor did a good job even after I didn't go with them.

Thirdly, took almost a year to do the work. Their salesmen, he needs to work on his mis-leading information that he relays to customers before they sign a contract. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated in these regards and the way the people of Lee County are being taken advantage of... and with all that happened and for all my troubles I did get a credit of 200$.... $200 is an insult and certainly is not an appropriate gesture, especially when I'm paying $23,000 for a Lanai and 3G didn't do any of the work but the permitting.

The only positive thing to say about the company, after all the people I had to deal with and their lack of professionalism, was Chris, the Operating manager did seem to care about the company he is running and the customers that are being treated badly by some... but your only as good as the people you have working for you and the family behind the scene that is not helping our community. The works from 3G we’re great at there job professionals in all the work and communication. Patrick the supervisor assigned to this project came out several time to check the progress and see if there were any problems. I told him that his crew was very professional and polite in all aspects . My wife and I are very satisfied .

We used 3G Home Exteriors to rebuild our pool cage enclosure after it was destroyed during Hurricane Ian. From start to finished we were completely satisfied. Our salesman Joe was honest and easy to work with. The installation process went very smoothly. A special shout out to Rafael who led the installation team. Excellent company. Responsive and cares about their work. Pool cage screen door was slamming open and shut during tropical storm Debby. Cage is just coming up on a year old within the next month and they came out and fixed it already. I called earlier this week. They repaired today. Special shout out to Patrick, very knowledgeable and a great asset to the company.

3G just completed rebuilding our lanai that was destroyed in hurricane Ian. The workers were amazing. They were friendly, professional and willing to answer any of our questions. Part of the lanai has a metal roof and when that was completed there were no small pieces of metal to clean up as we had anticipated. They were excellent in cleaning up at the end of each work day. Everything was done on schedule. I highly recommend3G if you need any lanai work done.

3G Home Exteriors made some soffit repairs on our 3 story office building recently and did a great job! I worked with Garrett (sales), Jose (installer), and Dio (installer). All 3 were professional, timely, communicative, and did great work. I will be using this company again and will recommend them to others.

We had gutters and downspouts added to our villa. 3G Home Exteriors did a very nice job from beginning to end. Joe H, our contact person, was an excellent representative. The office staff got all of the necessary paperwork ready for our HOA in just one day. The job was completed earlier than expected. All of the employees performed well beyond our expectations. 3G Home Exteriors installed gutters and flashes at our home last year and with all the wind we have had recently one of the flashes came loose. Patrick and co-worker came out today and tightened the flash and it’s perfect. I highly recommend this company.

3G installed new gutters and downspouts in 2018 in very professional manner and we were pleased with the results. In 2024, one year past the 5 yr. warranty, we developed a problem with one area of downspouts, We called 3G and they came out within a few days, the serviceman worked to readjust the downspouts to correct the problem in 45 min. He also did this at no charge to us. Would highly recommend 3G to anyone as they do amazing work at excellent prices.

Easy to recommend 3G. They were responsive and did a great job. Replaced soffits, gutters, downspouts and fascias. They communicated well and made sure I was fully satisfied with the job. Got their name from personal referral and will do the same myself.

3G installed our new pool cage & we love it! This cage is built to last & one of the strongest out there. Our contact person was Brett T. and he did an amazing job at making sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to have them install another cage for me, if need be.

We recently had 3G Home Exteriors build a lanai enclosure to replace the one that that was damaged by Hurricane Ian. They did an excellent job and I recommend them highly.

Every interaction we had with 3G associates was positive and professional. Alex Leonard, our salesman, Renate Byer, Production Manager and Brandi Ball, Office Coordinator were great to work with and their communication and follow through were excellent at all times.

Particular acknowledgement goes to the outstanding team of Jesus Raphael and Tony, who did the actual construction. Their diligence, workmanship and skill was outstanding.

3G did a great job replacing our old screen and framing. They worked out a new design that allowed for unrestricted views. The workmanship was very good and the overall experience was just as desired.

Recently bought a house in Florida and needed a new roof. I've used 3G in Michigan for new roof, windows, siding, and gutters, so I was ecstatic to see that they have a location here in fort Myers as well, My experience with the Florida team was just as great as the experience I've had with Michigan. Everyone from the sales team to the installers were awesome. We'll definitely use again for any future projects

My experience with 3G Exteriors was, and continues to be, very positive.

Before finding 3G, I called or was approached by several companies, got put on hold, was told they’d get back to me (they never did), or told me anything just to get my business. Thousands of pool enclosures in Fort Myers were damaged by Hurricane Ian, and all sorts of companies were sprouting up promising to do repairs and rebuilds, many from out of state and not certified to do business in Florida.

But not 3G! A permanent staff right here, a 239 phone number, and an office and fabrication plant in the City. A live person answered my first phone call. Up front, they told me their schedule was filling up fast, but they’d work with me. They put me in touch with one person, Ryan, who agreed to be my contact throughout the process. Ryan leveled with me right away, said it might be five or six months before they could get to me, but they’d do it for sure.

Being a picky customer, I drove out there to see the operation for myself. Once I saw that all the license plates in the employees’ parking lot were Florida, I went inside to meet Ryan and other members of their team, and arrange a payment schedule.

As promised, 3G began work in the spring, knocking down the damaged enclosure and building a new one from scratch. The work crew that arrived each day was courteous, respectful of our property, and willingly answered our questions as the work progressed. At the end of each day’s work they removed all debris and cleaned up the grounds. The finished enclosure is very attractive and we’re really pleased with it.

Throughout the process, I had telephone access to every person on 3G’s staff. They always returned my phone calls within an hour, and addressed my every concern. Anytime I needed further clarification on something, Ryan phoned or texted me, and he stayed with it until I was happy. This included dealing with my homeowner’s insurance company. Long after we made our final payment, 3G still takes care of any small concerns I have, like adjusting the rain gutters or answering my questions about proper maintenance.

I wholeheartedly recommend 3G Exteriors for any outside work you need. They’ll be up front with you, and tell you what you need to know rather than what you want to hear. They make good on their original estimate and stick to the schedule. I know I can count on them to be there in the future!

I posted the above review in 2023, shortly after 3G completed the rebuild of our pool screen cage. Now, two years later (May 2025), I want to tell you about their continued excellent service and dedication to their product:
Last week I noticed that some of the steel stay-wires were getting loose, a condition I could fix myself with a ladder and a wrench. I called 3G to ask how tight I should make the wires. The receptionist put me through to one of their engineers, who told me what I needed to know, but suggested to let 3G take care of it. They had a crew out here the very next day to adjust the tension on the wires, and before leaving they told me they feel responsible for their product forever, and to be sure to call at any time.
If you have 3G do a job for you, they will stay with you long after the job is completed.

Had some soffit and trim blow off my condo 3G was quick to come out and give me a quote which was on the low side of the three that I had gotten. I asked for a quote on doing the entire house out of curiosity and wasn't much more than the highest quote I had gotten from another company so I ended up doing the whole house and couldn't be happier. My salesman Joe was outstanding and the work performed by the crew was very good I'm glad I asked for that extra quote. Thanks again, 3G team
