I had a leak in my rental property and had to have someone dry out the walls. ServPro was prompt in answering my phone call, got someone out there right away, set up the fans and dehumidifiers and came back daily to check on the progress. I did not have to follow up with them daily to do so, they went on their own, chatted with my tenant and then followed up with a phone call to me, the home owner. Hopefully I never need them again, but if I do - I will surely use them again.

We had a water leak that flooded our condo unit and the one below us. ServPro was on site within 2 hours. Very professional assessment of damage and they did a great job of drying everything out.

They came in right away and set up blowers, heaters, and worked hard to dry the condo out. They were always available for calls and kept us up to date on what was happening. We would highly recommend their service.

I am very pleased with the work I received from this company. From the moment I called with my problem they were quick to respond. The lady who answered my call was so sweet and made me feel at ease. Tim was very knowledgeable and made me feel good with the decision of having them do the work, the gentlemen who removed the problem and Scott who repaired the problem did a great job. They were very patient with me, especiallly since I was constant with the questions, and even did a little more than they had needed to do to make the job look better than before. This is the second excellent experience we have had with a ServPro team. Our condo was flooded with filthy floodwaters from hurricane Ian. The power did not come on for two weeks. I was stranded in another city and couldn't return. This team worked tirelessly and efficiently to clean out what needed to be cleaned out and saved personal items that others would have destroyed. They used commercial dehumidifyers to dry out the condo. Our neighbors told me they all were envious of the job they did.

I returned two weeks ago and am able to "camp" in the unit which they left remediate and free of mold. Thank you Fergusson team. You worked hard and made my return possible.

Servpro where very professional from the time they arrived at my house to do water damage inspection. They installed all the equipment and came back daily to to monitor the readings. I then had Tim com from Servpro to do estimate for repairs, he had that back to me within a day.
I had them do most of the work and all the crew they sent out where very professional and respectful. They did a great job and cleaned up after ever project. The lady in the office Jen worked with me to schedule all the work to be done at my convenience. I would highly recommend Servpro.

Our A/C in Florida went down this summer. It wound up being 2 1/2 weeks until we could get a new condenser. The temperature in the house rose to 90+ degrees and the humidity level to over 70%, prime mold growing area. We called ServPro and it seemed like they were there before I hung up the phone. They installed 3 dehumidifiers and the humidity in the house went down steadily until it went below 40%. They removed one of the units and the remaining two units kept the humidity level way down. When the new condenser was installed, they removed their units on the same day. ServPro was great here and we also use them up north. They are fantastic and I would highly recommend them!

I work at a storage facility where a customer had some smoke damage, I witnessed Wolfe, David and William clean the contents of his property with the greatest of care. They wrapped and boxed up the property before carefully repacking the property back into the storage unit. I received a call from the Lee County Sheriff’s deputy at 7:00 AM regarding an ongoing water leak in my San Carlos Park house. I wasn’t in town at the time, but I knew I had to act quickly. Called ServePro and John and his team go right on it. By the time I got back in town, the team had shut off the water, removed the carpet and damaged flooring, and dried things out. I was impressed with the response time and extreme professionalism of the ServePro team. Great job !!!

I cannot emphasize enough the wonderful job that the Servpro team did, led by Tim's expertise, concerning my mold problem! For me it was a huge project as it included one whole kitchen wall caused by a water leak from my upstairs neighbors which they were totally unaware of it happening.  After sealing off that section of my condo, and then removing all of the cabinets and the wall itself, to the cement blocks, the mold remediation crew next brought in dryers which ran non-stop for a few days. Then the required testing was done to make sure there was no moisture left anywhere in the walls. The next step was to replace the drywall, and then the repair work began. I have to give a huge shout out to Lewis and Victor, who were the two main gentlemen doing that work which entailed removing wallpaper, sanding, repainting, replacing the cabinets, the crown molding, etc.  They were very meticulous and the few times I thought something needed extra care they totally agreed and willingly made any necessary modifications.  PLUS, their personalities made it such a pleasure working with them!  From Start to finish, from the first meeting with Tim and getting an estimate, which was VERY fair compared to others I received, I was totally happy and impressed with their work! What made it even better is that Servpro does the whole package: mold remediation, drywall, and the repair unlike some companies that only specialize in one of those areas.  I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of service in their home. Their office staff was also a joy to speak with!
