Look no further for a roofing company. We were referred by a friend who used Durabilis Roofing who were extremely happy with him. Juan came to our home to give us an estimate for a new roof. After inspecting it he honestly told us we had 4-5 years left in its current condition. He took the time to write a letter of certification to share with our insurance company. We will use Durabilis Roofing in 4-5 years without question. Juan will not disappoint, honest, professional, and good pricing.

What a difference in my home. I started out with a nice house with a tired exterior. Durabilis took my house and made it my home. What a beautiful job. The guys came to work each day ready to work and work they did. Even in a time where it was difficult to get material they did a great job. Victor did his best to keep me updated however it was Erica that kept me up to date with how we were doing. For the most part I was not able to be there when the work was being done and Erica kept me up to date with pictures of the progress. I would have no problem hiring them back should I purchase another house. Thank you Durabilis for the time, care and work you did on my home. Danielle and Juan, the owners of Durabilis, could give a master class in how to be a first-class business. We have hired them twice, several years apart. We were so impressed to find that they retained their same, longtime crew. These men are a true team, and true gentlemen. They work together with great organization and speed. Now, back to Juan and Danielle. Danielle is the Queen of Communication, and the best Project Coordinator ever. Juan shows up on time, every time, and monitors the job site carefully. He provides real-time documentation, so you can see what’s going on every minute of the job. He dedicates time to educating homeowners about today’s roofing options.

In our case, we were battling with super-high electrical bills, and a/c that ran constantly, and a home we could not cool below 80 degrees in summer. We now have an external layer of insulation and industrial grade white TPO membrane (see, he did educate us!) Neighbors, let me tell you that it has been 85°F this week, and our house is perfectly cool and comfy. We are so happy, and just kind of amazed that Durabilis made this such dreaded project such a painless experience for us AND our neighbors.

It was really sort of magical how they did the job with so little noise and visible debris. AND. EXACTLY. ON. SCHEDULE. Team leader Ricardo was spectacular - he kept the materials arriving as they were needed. Calm and capable as they come. From our first experience with Durabilis, we learned that their work will truly protect your home safe in a hurricane. Our second experience has been equally impressive.

From the first phone call to the final inspection I was given very personal and professional treatment. Victor responded within hours of my first inquiry, which was days ahead of other companies. Any communication I had with Erica at the office was like talking to a family member, she always answered my questions, or got back to me in record time with answers.
When I first called and spoke with Victor I informed him that I was traveling and needed the roof to be done at a later time, but wanted a quote from him at that moment. He did the quote and kept in contact with me until I had the time to be in town for the job to be done. He never rushed me to do the job, and we eventually scheduled the work to be done when I was in town.
Juan and his crew were fantastic. The crew arrived early and began work at an amazing pace. They worked quickly and cheerfully, and cleaned the jobsite daily, I never had a mess around my house. The only thing left on the ground at the end of each day was grass and a stack of roofing panels. The crew was always certain to double check the ground before leaving after a long day of work.
I was impressed with how Juan kept me up to date with the progress and always had an answer for my many questions. I have never been involved with a new metal roof, so I did have a lot of questions. This company did everything right! They responded to my request for an inspection and an estimate. The owner showed up on the appointed time. He took photos and send me a written quote. Once approved, they arrived two days later. The crew showed up when they promised. It took three workers four hours to make various repairs and improvements on our roof. Then they took their time to clean all around the perimeter of our house. It looks great and of course they stopped the leak. We are totally impressed by their professionalism and value.
