Edwin and Gian were very knowledgable and did a thorough job o my home. They protected the floors and my furniture before they got started. I thought I would have to repair drywall but they sanded and cleaned the areas so well it looks brand new.

This company is amazing. But first of all, I have to mention, Marcus he is absolutely amazing. This man is in charge and knows what he’s doing. He’s a no nonsense man comes in, assess the situation and then attack the situation. Unbelievable with that being said. Talk about fast response heavy duty, big company. These guys come in and stop three floors from flooding in a matter of hours vacuum up everything they’ve got fans vans and a lot of people this company is super amazing. I can’t even tell you enough about this Company the water broke it like 10 AM and a huge building and they were there in 30 minutes and had it all cleaned up before the morning if you need a company to handle your water damages this is the Absolutely amazing five star

Hailey was awesome and was very informative when she first came out and gave us an estimate for our repair and was very happy with her keeping in touch the whole process. Also Jason the repair tech was just as awesome and informative during the removal process and was in touch with me the whole time of the project! Would recommend imold and these guys to anyone in need of there services.

I had a leak coming from a shower in a guest bathroom. I reached out over a weekend and still got a prompt response and was able to make an appointment and Brian came out right away, I got a quote immediately, the work was scheduled, the crew came out on time as scheduled, I received daily email updates with work start/stop times, who was working, & pics of the work preformed. I am not sure how pricing is comparatively since I did not get other quotes and have never had anything like this done. The only advise item I wish would have been clarified (which possibly it was; there was a lot if information at once) would be I did not realize when I was told the house would be cleaned that it meant everywhere and not just the area effected or I would have cleared all my stuff to make it easier for them to clean :) Overall for a construction category excellent. JT, Dalia and Vanessa were just fantastic on the recent mold remediation at my mother’s house in Naples. JT kept in constant contact on the remediation and also on their findings as they discovered items not noticed at the initial inspection.The office staff was professional and very pleasant to interact with. We hired iMold to remediate our home for water damage after hurricane Ian. Everyone that we have worked with and spoke too throughout this process have been amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable, and patient with me and all the questions and concerns I had. Will was our lead technician and was very helpful in answering questions. He sent us a daily email every day explaining everything that was done in our home and included progress photos. Will and Brandon, and all of the techs working in our home were great! Very respectful of our property, as well as preforming very tidy work. Met Ian at our property and he was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Will took great care of our fish tank for us throughout this process, and that was truly appreciated. I am Miguel I am the maintenance guy at Beau Rivage I overlook all the jobs on the property such as iMold PMG,etc this unit at unit 106 as had 6 vendors to try and fix the problem iMold came and corrected the problem. Found the mold. Treated it and removed drywall in a timely manner. Sean and Bobby were the ones that handled it I am so impressed with the work that have achieved and how they have gone above and beyond for the home owner.
And the residence has mentioned how friendly they are. I appreciate everything they have done and I will recommend them to any of the residence who has any mold or water damage.

I worked with this company during Hurricane Hailey, and honestly, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.

We were brought in to help during the hurricane response, did the work as agreed, and put in long hours under tough conditions. They had no problem billing and collecting payment from their clients, but when it came time to pay us, that’s where the problems started.

After the job was done, communication slowly disappeared. Adam was involved during the project, but once everything was completed and the money was collected, he completely washed his hands of the situation. No clear answers, no follow-up, just excuses and silence. To this day, we are still owed money.

This wasn’t a misunderstanding or a minor delay. We reached out multiple times trying to resolve it professionally, and nothing was done. It’s extremely frustrating to do the work, support their operation during a disaster, and then be left chasing payment afterward.

When you’re dealing with hurricane work, trust matters. Everyone is relying on each other, working long hours, and putting in real effort to help people recover. Being left unpaid after all that shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability.

I would strongly advise any subcontractor or vendor to be very careful before working with this company. Make sure payment terms are clear and protected, because once the work is done, getting paid does not seem to be a priority for them.

Today I had the chance to meet Hailey during a service call, and I was genuinely impressed. She was inspecting the bathroom and was clearly focused on helping the homeowner by providing as much accurate information as possible.
Hailey knew exactly what she was doing—she was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her work. On top of that, she was kind, approachable, and easy to talk to. It's always great to see someone who not only knows their job well but also genuinely cares about helping people.

When mold was discovered behind our microwave, we knew we had to have it professionally removed. We truly dreaded the process. There are so many mold remediation companies out there, choosing one can be overwhelming.
When we saw all of the 5 star reviews for iMold, (Fort Myers) with consistent positive ratings, we gave them a call and scheduled for Hailey, the Project Estimator to come to our house.
We were very impressed with Hailey right from the beginning. She is very smart, a straight talker and knows her stuff. She sent us a detailed estimate, itemizing each step.
Prior to the work, we called Hailey several times and she was always professional, very personable and responsive.
On the day of the mold remediation, Chris and Yulio the technicians arrived. You could not ask for nicer or more respectful people. Although we had received detailed emails from the company, detailing what was going to be done, Chris who is the Lead Technician, patiently explained their process. Both Chris and Yulio carefully contained the area. They were so careful in our house and made sure everything was left clean and debris free. We really appreciate that. Both men are extremely hard working.
Sean, the Project Manager arrived as well. Sean is very smart and answered all of our questions. He is extremely knowledgeable about the process. All of these individuals have backgrounds in mold remediation and are knowledgeable as well as very professional.
On a personal level, Sean has a great sense of humor and warmth. He connects easily with people and my husband and I truly enjoyed the time spent with Sean, Chris and Yulio. You could not find nicer or more decent people than this team.
Prior to the work being done, our biggest fear was: We would be told we had additional mold elsewhere and the job would be a bigger project. Rest assured, this company does not do that. They are extremely honorable, honest and professional.
Fortunately, the mold was localized and did not spread. They know exactly what they are doing and have the integrity that has earned them all of the 5 star reviews.
I would also like to mention kudos to the administrative team, including Joy, another Project Coordinator who sent us detailed emails throughout the process.
Communication is excellent. We had the cell phone numbers for the team and corporate managers. Response time for any questions we had was quick. That is extremely important for a company to provide excellent communication to their customers.
If you need mold remediation (they offer other services as well) do not look further than iMold. You will not find a better or more professional and honorable company or team. We highly recommend iMold. They provide seamless service and will leave your house extremely clean.

Fantastic company, fantastic job. This means a lot coming from me, as I rarely take the time to give a review unless I am very impressed. We got a quote from iMold to remediate our attic and ventilation system throughout. I did not know what number to expect, but based on what seemed like extensive work, I thought the price was reasonable. I then did a little research online before I committed, and found the reviews to be excellent and the company had a 30-year history. With that confidence, I decided to proceed. I was not disappointed. The work was broken down into various components and iMold sent small teams of 2-3 each day. In our case it took 4 days to do the work. Each day I was sent a detailed email with the work that was done and what to expect the following day. At the end of the job, they provided me with a photo summary of the completed works, as obviously I had no interest to climb into the attic for my own inspection. The whole team of: Tina, Gian, Richard, Damion, Craig, Shylla, and Steven were all extremely professional, courteous an polite throughout. I would highly recommend this company for any mold remediation job.
