I contacted IMold after finding out that the interior of my condo had become uninhabitable due to water leaking in through an exterior wall. Within minutes after calling the office, I was contacted by Hailey Goulas. She was out to perform an on site inspection the following day and within 24 hours received a comprehensive proposal. In the end the association who is paying for the remediation brought another vendor in to perform the work. I would without hesitation recommend this company for their quick response and professionalism.

I’m not local and my realtor coordinated with iMold for a property in Fort Myers FL. Heather, JT, and the team have been amazing. Updates every day, even a discount thrown in by Heather. Photos were included in the updates. I’d probably be receiving phone calls as well, but I let them know my realtor can handle it. Absolutely incredible team, thorough, and communicative.

Hailey was phenomenal! She showed up right on time after calling me prior to let me know when she would be arriving. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose my issue and make recommendations on how to address the problem. She went above and beyond in addressing any questions I have and even sending referrals for companies to address the repair work needed. Highly recommend Hailey and iMold!

Scott came to my house to check for mold, he was honest and forthright. After several test he determined there was no dangerous mold to be concerned about. I was very pleased with him, and the results. I would highly recommend him to anybody who has any potential mold problems.

We are still dealing with damage from hurricane Milton. We have just replaced our roof and were about to begin restoration of interior damage. Upon securing a positive mold test, we engaged iMold for mold remediation. We have found that this is a great company. We were fortunate to have two outstanding young men (JT andTJ) work in our home. They were extremely knowledgeable, personable, polite and cooperative. They responded to all of our questions and concerns. This company is fortunate to have these young men working for them.
In addition, Heather Vasquez, who coordinates scheduling, billing, etc has been so helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant in all of our contacts.

We had a great experience with John Campbell and his remediation crew, Brandon and Jeffry. They were hard working, pleasant , polite and very neat. Halley, whom we met originally was very helpful in explaining the entire process. We would recommend I Mold very highly!

The team at iMold was fantastic in helping us clean up an extensive mold situation at a condo we just bought! Scott provided a very detailed estimate, with alot of really helpful photos. Rob headed up the team working on the condo daily, and sent an email at the end of each day, describing what the team worked on. Mat was available for any and all types of questions, and was really helpful explaining things like payment options. The iMold team really helped us out with our very moldy situation!

Hurricane Helene destroyed our home on Siesta Key as we experienced major storm surge. iMold has been an exceptional company to work with during one of the most difficult and trying times we’ve experienced post-hurricane. It was so heartbreaking seeing the damage this hurricane did to our house and all of its contents. Steven and his crew came in and immediately helped us move items to the dumpster and prepare our home for demolition and cleaning. Steven was communicative, attentive and very friendly. He was always so quick to respond and address any questions or concerns we had. Everyone in their office and all their workers were so helpful and nice. EDIT TO ADD: We are still pleased with the work completed by iMold. However, two months later, we are now receiving our total bill for services completed and it is WAY more than what we originally signed in our estimate/contract. We never received any type of indication that this would happen. Obviously, a few thousand dollars over would have been fine but that is not the case here….

My roofing company caused several leaks in my house due to the improper installation of a new roof over the span of a few months. iMold was there every time to help fix damages with an unbelievably fast and professional response. They removed all water damaged areas and cleaned up extremely well. They placed and monitored equipment to insure the affected areas were dried sufficiently. Special thanks to Ian, JT, Rob and Rob J. for showing urgency, professionalism and understanding the sensitivities we have to any demo work on our 97 year old house. Especially since I was already dealing with frustrations caused by another company.

iMold came out quick to assess the needs of the mold remediation. They performed the remediation quickly and lined up contractors for estimates on the build back. They were very professional.

Hailey was fantastic from start to finish! She was very quick to come out and assess the situation, clearly knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I was especially impressed by how fast she got the estimate back to us—way faster than expected—and her follow-up was excellent. It’s rare to find someone so responsive and on top of things. I had a terrible experience with another local company that completely went unresponsive and wasted my time. I would highly recommend iMold!

Excellent job! They told me the process, i was home with them all day with my dogs, the techs (Chris and nate) had zero issues with them being loose (huge plus for anyone with good tempered pets). Techs walked me through the process, very easy to understand.

Don't be rushed to post a 5-star review. Constructive criticism can be of great value to a good business.
The crew was quick to respond to our flood, and their quick actions may have saved our kitchen cabinets. That's a HUGE deal. They were polite and communicative.
But they were also very quick at removing trim. Perhaps slightly too quick? A few minutes more during demo could have saved hours during restoration. By the end of the day their removal process left a pretty good hole in the drywall, a chipped floor tile, some paint torn above the trim line and other little issues.
Would I call on iMold again? Probably. I don't know if there are better remediation services. But I would stay more involved and be an annoying "supervisor" next time.
I hope iMold and any other similar companies can find my critique helpful and find an improved balance between speed and carefulness.

We were thinking had a leak in our roof. Hailey came out the day after we called. She was courteous, friendly, and very thorough with her inspection. She explained in detail what she was doing, and what her findings were. That’s as far as we are in the process. But I can say Hailey with the lMold team, a gold star.

Imold is a superior company. From beginning to end of the mold remediation process they were upfront and in continuous contact with me. Kevin always returned emails, texts or calls promptly and took the time to thoroughly answer as many questions as I had for him. Hopefully you never need to go through mold remediation but if you do, this is the company to hire. First class, all the way.
