Before they cleaned my carpet furniture was moved and place back on protective pads. Thanks again for a job well done.

We are tremendously happy with the work done for us by every member of ServiceMaster by Wright Fort Myers in our time of need/mold crisis. From the team leaders who came to evaluate and price our job to each member of the teams who tore out the bad walls and insulation, cleaned, rebuilt/restored, and repainted, everyone was timely, professional, kind, positive, considerate, and respectful of our space and our needs as a family who had to stay in the home during the entire process. We had a unit in Venice, that had a leak from the water heater. ServiceMasters by Wright was asked to remediate standing water only, by going in to pull baseboards, place fans, and vacuum out any standing water. They were asked to email over a quote before any other repairs were performed! Without authorization they pulled out an entire floor of a unit valued over $2400, performed work without authorization, and neglected to communicate with us. Carlos told the property manager a technician had not been out there for a second day. Not 5 minutes later, we were on the phone with Angel, the technician, whom told us he had been out there, as well as pulled the rest of the floor with the exception of under the bed, vanity, and couch. We spoke with Gene (a manager) this morning. Gene's solution was to move his machinery out, not correct the company's error by not communicating properly with us, or getting authorization to complete work. Gene tried to tell us that it was to going through insurance, which it was not - which is why a quote was requested. Carlos continuously places us on hold in hopes that we will drop it. The owner, Bob, also isn't willing to accept any responsibility for this error. The owner of this complex, does not wish to pay for this service, also would like the floors paid for, as they were removed without authorization. This company is highly unprofessional, and I hope no one places themselves in a situation with them, as it seems like they are out to get money regardless of the owner's wishes.

There was a broken water pipe in the unit next to mine, which resulted in water damage along the wall we share. I was charged for an emergency after hours call, even though I did not make the call, but rather the owner of the adjacent condo made the call. Their equipment was in my condo for 24 hours but I was charged for 52 hours. When I called to question the invoice I was given the runaround, speaking to several people, none of them seem to communicate with one another. It was a very unpleasant experience and I would definitely not recommend this company! At this point my issues have still not been resolved.

Wonderful company with an excellent staff that really knows what they are doing! Sarah was really helpful in getting our carpet cleaning and home repairs scheduled and completed! Eddie got out all of my difficult spots on the carpets and upholstery. They are a "one stop shop" and I wouldn't trust any other company besides Service Master for all of my home repairs and carpet needs.

I have had ongoing relations with members of the Service Master by Wright team for some time now and believe their dedication to readily diagnosing a situation, dispatching pinpointed remedies, educating customers and expediting the insurance claim process is matched by no other. I’ve used ServiceMaster (a public company) in Illinois for some work on my home there and recalled how responsive and thorough they were. When I looked up ServiceMaster in Ft. Myers, ServiceMaster by Wright came up. Turns out they are a franchise of ServiceMaster. In certain cases, I prefer to work with large companies (or franchises of large companies) because I know that they have a better knowledge base, training, support, a more consistent product and an escalation chain should I need it. Seeing the great reviews for ServiceMaster by Wright also gave me the comfort I was looking for and the confidence to move forward with them. Shane Wright, the owner’s son, was my primary contact. Shane was genuinely interested in finding the right solution at a reasonable cost and he and did just that. Thank you, Shane, and thank you ServiceMaster by Wright!

As an owner of a kitchen and bath remodeling company, I would caution anyone from hiring this company. We hired and paid Servicemaster to pack up one of our customers' kitchen cabinet items, as they were licensed and insured to do so, and customer was in Europe. We were doing a kitchen remodel for customer. Customer during a short visit home, left water on in laundry room which caused water damage to baseboards, and wet carpet in master bedroom. Our customers' realtor called us and we recommended Servicemaster to her to dry out the home. Servicemaster did the work for the customer, not us, and billed us because they could not collect from the customer/ homeowner. I have spoken to their billing dept many times, they keep sending my company her bill.

On November 11 we opened the door to our mobile home and found a water disaster. The toilet water supply line was trickling and probably had been for about a week. About 350 sq. feet of floor had turned to mush due to the particle board sub floor. This job was way too big for my handyman husband to handle himself, so I called ServiceMaster. Christian came to assess the damage within a few hours of my call. He was extremely professional, and later that day we had a very detailed estimate for removal of flooring and cabinetry, drying, etc. With such a detailed list of jobs, each with a price attached, I felt confident we would be treated fairly. The crew, Helen and Adriano, arrived the next morning and they knew exactly what to do. Helen went above and beyond to meet our needs. After several days of fans and dehumidifiers running the restoration team arrived. Jerry and Andrew repaired and replaced the damaged flooring in two days. They worked nonstop and appeared to use the least amount of materials necessary. We had a constricted time frame, and everyone worked hard to complete this job before we had to leave. I was thrilled at the work ethic of both crews and am very grateful to ServiceMaster by Wright for helping us in our time of need. Thank you

Our House Flooded from a pipe break in the laundry room. I was so happy with the speedy response from ServiceMaster. Jim was outstanding with his organization of the team and we were taken care of super fast. The office even worked directly with our insurance company so we didn't have to worry about it. I was super happy with the work and professionalism.

We purchased a townhome that the previous owner had smoked in for several years. The smell was unbelievable. ServiceMaster came out immediately, completed an estimate and with our approval began the work. They purified the air with hydroxyl generators for several days. The old carpet was removed. The ductwork, walls, ceiling and floors, cabinetry and appliances were cleaned. All surfaces were sealed and painted including the garage interior. The lanai was power washed. New carpet was installed. Now the air is pristine. Kudos to ServiceMaster for keeping us in the loop and each day leaving a clean workplace. Only one miscommunication with paint color and that was rectified immediately. Would recommend ServiceMaster by Wright to friends & family for work professionally and efficiently performed.
