Our community has duplex style structures, so they offered us reasonable discounts, when bundling our next door neighbor. In the last 2 weeks, they already completed eight drive and front walkways, on our street alone. Curb appeal is important to the presentation of any home, it looks more inviting to guests and brings pride to the owner. Larry and Ashley were great to work with; professional and courteous throughout the process. Their scheduling and communication were prompt, which is very important on every project, valuing the time of their customer. Thanks again, you brought the "pop" our other neighbors now envy.

Paver Protectors was outstanding from start to finish. They showed up on time, were respectful of my property, offered competitive pricing, and completed the work without any pressure or upselling — highly recommend!

Worker arrived on time and explained process. Proceeded with cleaning and sealing the pavers. Was cautious not to get sealer on house, garage doors and or patio doors. Installed tape to keep people off freshly sealed driveway. Efficient, effective (looks great!) and beautiful. So happy I chose Paver Protectors! Jose did a fantastic job.

These guys did a terrific job! They had to level our pavers and so they had to lift all the pavers around the pool, add sand and then put all the pavers back down. They also replaced our 2 inch drain with a 3 inch drain which was a tough job to do! They arrived on time at 8:30 and were finished by 5pm.
They did such a good job that we have scheduled them to power wash and seal both our lanai and our driveway!

Alissa was very pleasant and helpful in arranging the cleaning and sealing of our patio pavers. She clearly answered questions and promptly prepared an estimate for me. Similarly, Junior was great to deal with at our home. He explained the process to me and discussed the timeline on when to use the patio after treatment. He took care in the cleaning of the pavers and application of sealer. He also checked if I had any questions. Our patio now looks refreshed with the more vibrant colours that previously looked faded. Omg, talking about a crazy night!!! Thank God h2o 911 was able to come a clean up a busted hot water heater that flood my home. Not only were they prompt and on time but the technician was also very nice, knowledgable and patient with me especially my being panicked. I'd recommend these guys to every single person I know which sucks because I kinda want to keep them for myself lol. 5 stars!!!!!

We only used H20911 for initial diagnostics because we chose to have the insurance preferred provider do the remediation and repair work. However, I have to say that I wish we could have stayed with H20911 because they were so helpful and knowledgable. Julio the technician, and office staff members, Rebecca, Mandah, and Maria were all very professional, efficient and polite.

Do not use this company, I was charged 10k$ for remediation but they never fix the actual problem that created the mold in the 1st place. Jody the so call manager, promised me, after I requested the leak to be fix, that they took care of it but never did. I have now the sane issue as before they came... totally unprofessional.., she lied about having the a/c fixed, the a/c contractor said he never was asked to repair a leak.

This is the second time we used H2O911. Due to Hurrricane Irma we had contractors in our home and our carpets were dirtier than normal with some bad stains. Asbel Linares was our technician. He worked diligently on getting our carpets clean and the stains out. He was politely, hard working and it paid off. I can't believe the difference in our carpets. We couldn't be more pleased! I was in dire need of a carpet cleaning. I reached out to Jennifer Rebaza from H2o911 and her office scheduled it immediately. Asbel and John arrived on time and were very polite. They asked me where the stains were on the caperts to make sure they got all problem areas that were needed "extra TLC and sparkles". I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future when needed. Very professional company!

We were in need of a dry out for an existing customer. They responded within an hr and did an excellent job . Our customers are extremely happy with the service . Jennifer was on top of the problem from the beginning to restore everything to normal conditions. Will definitely use them again.
