Very Professional. Service is excellent. Pricing is very competitive. I have an open air pool which requires more maintenance. A&E brushes, vacuums, cleans the filters and adjusts the chemicals, same day every week all year. My pool is always sparkling clean and the water is crystal clear. They send me a picture after each cleaning and I can pay online via quickbooks.

A&E was wonderful to work with. They delivered early, and stayed in touch with developments. Always very responsive if we had questions. I would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to several friends!

Had a pool, pavers and cage installed by A&E Pools installed about 2 years ago. Since then lots of issues came up that were never fully taken care off. Pavers started sinking just a month after installation. In one area we actually had a sink hole. They did come out and repaired the area within 2-3 weeks. Then other areas started sinking. Grout between tiles started washing away after the first year. They also service the pool since they built it to keep all warranties. With the services the issues still were happening. Hard to reach anyone. And if you do get someone they say someone will be out within a few days. We've been trying to get someone out for months now and no show or call. Poor workmanship and poor communication. I attached some pics of the issues we've been having for the last 2 years since they built the pool. Just recently in the last 2 months we've been getting run around that someone will come out. And still no one ever did. I don't usually post reviews but at this point we are done with A&E Pools and their services.
