I can't say enough good things about this company. They were professional, clean, thorough, kind, efficient and responsive to my many questions. My beach condo was covered in mold but this company cleaned every inch of it. The place smells so wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone.

So I had someone recommend Jesse Flowers to me. I had some water leaking from my tub. He came on his own time and helped me big time. He definitely is very knowledgeable. He just knows what he's doing. In the end he was very helpful. And problem was fixed. If you need someone ask for Jesse Flowers.

Outstanding service. This is the 2nd time I used Dry Zone/H2O/911 to remediate a mold issue for a seller prior to the real estate transaction closing. The estimator (Geoff) was on time for the initial appointment and was very knowledgeable and explained the scope of work to be performed. He sent me a very detailed estimate the next day as promised. The concierge service (Mandah, Rebecca and Maria) were all extremely helpful and kept me updated daily as to the progress. A very professional company and a pleasure to work with. They are my go to company for any mold issues. Thank you.

Julio/H20 was here 30 minutes after he received the call from our management company, we had a leaking pipe. He was very professional. Did an excellent job. Cleaned up after himself even asked to help us to put our stuff back. He turned our gloomy attitudes into a pleasant experience. Wishing Julio all the best. We hired DryZone at the church I work for because of a humidity problem that accelerated quickly into a mold problem. Fred Maddox supervised the project and we could not be happier with the level of professionalism and expertise that he provided. The communication between Fred and us was exceptional, there were no surprises and he kept up updated on the progress and explained the process. We had some concerns post-remediation and Fred showed up on a Sunday to provide assistance and was available to answer some additional questions weeks later. We had a fire on the 2nd floor of our house with extensive heat, smoke and water damage. Brian came out the very next day to meet with us along with my insurance adjuster and contractor. From the start I was very impressed with his knowledge and plan to get our house back to order as soon as possible. The Dry Zone team got started with work right away under the leadership of Fred and worked seven days per week until the job was complete. The entire Dry Zone team was excellant from start to finish and took great consideration with the work involved and our family's situation. They dealt directly with my adjuster and insurance compnay which made the process much easier. They made an extremely overwhelming and stressfull situation a lot easier to deal with. I highly reccomend Dry Zone for all of you remediation projects!

We've had Dry Zone in on a couple of occasions to take care of some water damage in our condo. The first week of January Terry & John were here to do remediation in our Kitchen, which required them to remove our less than one year old quartz countertops. We had been told by others to expect the worse... that 90% of the time countertops will break when removed. These guys, with the help of Julio, did a phenomenal job. Nothing appears damaged. They were courteous and thoughtful in all they did, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Each step of the process was communicated to us, and their work was impeccable. For the record, we've had Julio at our place on several occasions, and he is always professional and personable. Great crew.

It was a Tuesday afternoon and we were just getting ready to close the preschool for the night. There were just a few kids left and then we were going to go home! It was raining so hard outside we thought a train was coming in the school. Turns out, it was coming in the school. The gutters overflowed and began pouring water into the school at such a rate we couldn't keep up. The teachers jumped into action to attempt to dry up what we could. I know that there was way more water in the school than I could do myself, so I googled and Dry Zone was the first to come up. I didn't really know of any other businesses since I have never had this happen. Because our school cares for infants and up, I knew this had to be dried out the right way.
I made the call and I was so surprised at how quickly they jumped to get here to help me. Within 30 minutes I had the first tech out and a supervisor arrived shortly afterwards. Mike began assessing the damage and gave me a run down of what he felt needed to be done. I agreed with him. There was nothing extra added on and I didn't feel anybody tried to sell me anything. The 2 techs worked late into the night to get m school on its way drying.
The next morning Anna Marie met me here as soon as I opened the doors. She checked everything to make sure it was going the way it was supposed to. We had just opened the school just weeks before and the flooring was new. Anna Marie sat on the floor and hand dried each of the boards that were removed in the attempt to save them to reinstall. It worked, we were able to save the wood floors and reuse them.
Everybody at Dry Zone from the first call to the last was awesome to work with. I wish I could remember everybody's name to make sure they know how grateful I am for the job they did.
I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I used Dry Zone to dry out my high rise condo back bedroom as well as do the repairs including dry wall repairs, baseboard replacement and painting. Julio H. Was our contact person . He delivered at an elite level !! I would highly recommend this company especially if Julio is involved!!

I contacted DryZone to check out my HVAC ductwork for mold following Irma's extended electricity outage. Geoff arrived within 3 hours to check things out and helped me understand situation. The ducts were cleaned and sanitized by Alex and Vlad. They were very professional and considerate. I was very pleased with the work and feel so much better that the ductwork has been cleaned.

The entire office is extremely professional and willing to go to any length to take care of any customer's needs.

Dryzone's Fred Maddox was essential in completing 2 large projects involving remediation and water damage. There is no job too big or too small and they treat the customers and their homes or buildings as if they were their own.

Today we had two Dry Zone representatives, Jason and
Tyler, clean our three bedroom carpets. They were efficient and thorough as they moved furniture and cleaned each area. I could not praise them enough!

Just last week Mike from Dry Zone repaired our dry wall and painted our ceiling after a leak occurred from a broken shower pan from the unit above us. Mike always showed up bright and early as he promised. His work was impeccable. He had to texture our ceiling and you really can’t tell the difference from his work and the rest of the ceiling. Not only was his work excellent but he’s a genuinely nice guy. My dogs loved him and that is always a sign! He went above and beyond!!

We were pleased with every aspect of our bathroom remodel ; everything from the initial contact with Dryzone .to the successful completion of the project. Rudy, Paz, the office staff , Ted Magee, the contractors, and breakdown/ clean up crew were all impeccable and deserving of a 10 out of 10 survey review. Thank you to all. Maria and Monica and the whole DryZone team are phenomenal. They helped me tremendously with one of the most tedious rebuilds I've ever had to go through but the team was extremely patient and anything I needed they were there. I highly recommend. This is my second time using them and they are the best.

Great Company that stands behind their work. I needed some mold remediation on a building and received four quotes. They were the lowest, the second lowest was almost $2,000.00 more and the highest was $7,000.00 more. After, they finished we failed the post test.....Dry Zone paid for the failed test, then came back out and work another 4 days. We then past the mold test. I was expecting them to charge me for the extra work but they didn't. Not many companies left that guarantees their work. Also, the major price difference. During the work, they also stayed in communication detailing everything they were doing to save my building. I hope I never have mold again, but if I do.....I'm calling DryZone.
Also, their entire staff was excellent and provided great customer service.

When asked to repair the water damage, your staff worked with me on my tight schedule and Rigo and Jamie did an excellent job repairing the damage within the 2 days they worked. Natashia and Maria kept me informed on the status of the condo through sending pictures and emails. I highly recommend Dry Zone and could not have been more pleased. This is a great company and should you have any water damage or repairs in Naples area, I highly recommend them.
