Their construction arm then put everything back together and it looks amazing. They were dependable, thoughtful and efficient. I hope I never have to use them again but not because they weren't phenomenal.

They then did an Attic Inspection service and noticed mold spots near the insulation. Their mold removal service and Attic cleaning service made everything look and smell fresh again. Spiro Pool company are the best. From the design to the final on my pool was great. People on this builder company performed all the jobs in my house with amazing professionalism and rapid responsiveness when issues arrived.

My wife and I built our pool with Spiro and couldn’t be happier! They’re a fantastic company that builds a quality pool. I will continue to refer my friends and clients to them.

Our final product is a beautiful pool. That is the good part. Spiro listened to our vision and created it. The building and follow up process is not good. First, our auto-fill didn't work. We would leave for 2-3 days and the water would be below the skupper box when we arrived back home. Spiro argued repeatedly with me and finally agreed to fix it. That took several weeks/months. We then had a leak in the pool. We knew it was the pool that was leaking because we shut off water to the house and isolated the pool and were still showing usage. I called multiple times, had workers come out, was told there was no leak, continued to pay $200-$300 water bills (our normal was $85 pre-leak), continued to call Spiro. Finally, when I asked for their insurance certificate to file a claim against it they came out and found a large leak in the spa. Our auto-level drain never worked. Every time we had a heavy rain the pool would overflow and spill onto our pool deck. I finally bought a pump and had to run a separate pump almost every time it rained to drain the pool and keep it from overflowing onto the pool deck. I was told multiple times that nothing was wrong with the auto-level and that this was normal. It is not normal to have your pool fill with water every time it rains and overflow onto your pool deck and into your yard and up against your sliding glass doors. This went on for 2 years. I was told multiple times that it was fixed. It was not. Again, I had to threaten to file a claim. After about 2.5 years they finally came out and fixed it. The final product is beautiful but the quality of construction was not good. Resolving any post-construction issues takes an incredible amount of time and multiple calls.

We originally had an issue with installation of a handicapped pool chair but once Sarah got involved the issue was fixed within a few days.

We used Spiro Pools to add a pool out near the beach. Construction started prior to Ian and ended many months after the storm due to the reconstruction of the home. Spiro stuck around the entire time. The completed the job, built a great pool, spa and sun shelf. I think it was the longest project they have ever done. Every crew member that has been on site is knowledgeable, polite and hard working. Highly recommend!
