We couldn’t be happier with our new built in pool, hot tub, cage and pavers. Spiro pools turned our linai into an outdoor paradise. All staff, whether on the phone or in person, were knowledgeable, kind and patient. I would definitely recommend them.

Building a pool is a huge project and we were nervous from the start because we had heard so many horror stories. We are so happy we chose Spiro Custom Pools to build ours! Everything went smoothly (besides the permitting process, which post-Ian in Cape Coral is a nightmare anyway). Communication was always forthcoming, without us having to regularly check-in. The team was amazing to deal with - Courtney, Jeff, Dylan, Mia, etc. etc. I cannot say enough good things! Our pool looks amazing and we have had no issues so far. If you’re thinking about building a pool, this is your company.

I'm a Florida General Contractor. When we committed to building our "Dream Home", we chose Spiro Custom Pools. From the initial planning meeting through completion of the pool, everybody involved at every phase could not have been more pleasant or helpful. After moving in, we discovered a problem - we had a leak. Spiro did not hesitate, make any excuses or put us off at any time. They attacked the problem and did not let up until the issue was resolved. Even months after, they take our questions via email and answer them immediately. The owner, Jeff, often gets involved in the answering of our inquiries, showing the company's commitment to quality and satisfaction.

A great experience though trying at times due to no fault of Spiro,
Hands on by the owners. Issues did arise, but were handled responsibly by Spiro.
A stronger bond between the field and the admin side would be an improvement. This is constructive input not to be taken in any negative sense.
The pool looks great. Everything from design to materials was excellent.
Difficult for me to rate a 5… for anyone!

Jeff and Courtney are owners that truly care about both the quality of work and customer service. While construction always has challenges (especially post Hurricane Ian), ownership always stepped up and tried to fix the issues that arose.

Overall they did a great job and helped us create a backyard oasis. I'd recommend Spiro if you're building a pool in SWFL.

Jeff Spiro designed an awesome pool for us!! Not the typical cookie cutter pool. Courtney was great helping us with the colors and finishes!! We totally love the finished result!! I LOVE my pool. Spiro Pools has done such an amazing job. Mia is so sweet and helpful. During construction there were a few miscommunications (mostly on my end) if you don’t understand their questions ASK for clarification don’t just assume. My pool tech is amazing. I love that Nick has explained how to fix things myself. I hate bothering people with things I can fix myself. I recently had issues with my pool while I was out of town and they came out right away and fixed it up. Thank you Spiro Pools

After spending several months speaking with various pool builders in southwest Florida, I met Jeff Sprio, owner of Spiro Custom Pools. From the moment we sat down to discuss my plans, I instantly felt a level of confidence I had not felt with other pool builders. Jeff intently listened to my ideas and quickly put together a design for me which I accepted.

I was very impressed with every tradesman that worked on my pool. They were all very knowledgeable and courteous and at times were simply incredible as they showed off their high level of expertise. I especially enjoyed my conversations with Shane, a great guy who is a man of many talents. I also need to send a shoutout to Devon who got me going with the awesome Pentair pool equipment.

Courtney, Mia, Sarah and the rest of the office staff were great to work with. They were always very responsive whenever I had a question and were always kind. Courtney was a great help when it came to color selections for the pool.

I ended up using Spiro for weekly pool maintenance and couldn’t be happier. Trey is a great guy and does a wonderful job keeping my pool clean and stabilized. Trey, you're the bomb!

The bottom line is that my pool turned out better than I could have ever dreamed. I'm thoroughly impressed with Spiro Custom Pools. If I had to do it again, I would not hesitate use Spiro Custom Pools and you shouldn't either...you won't be disappointed!

Well deserved 5 star rating. The Spiro team built us this amazing saltwater pool without causing headache. Our project manager, Devan, was always on point with our project. All of the trades were polite and took pride in their work. We went with desert sand pavers, shell stone coping, French grey pebble, and SynLawn for our turf and putting green. I’ve been, and will continue, recommending Spiro Pools for anyone interested in new pools and/or pool renovations. Thank you all.

I purposely waited a year to write this review to provide a complete picture of my experience with Spiro Custom Pools. Long story short, the pool and spa came out exactly how my family envisioned it. We love our backyard oasis, as do our friends and family. From the beginning, owners Courtney and Jeff were easy to work with. Courtney went above and beyond when assisting my wife with our project's material and color scheme. She was very patient, professional, and polite. We are glad we went with a few of her recommendations regarding tile/paver colors.

I must admit that the permit and construction process took longer than anticipated, but after seeing the final product, I honestly believe it was worth the wait. Like all construction projects, a few unexpected hiccups occurred but were immediately addressed. At times, I also found myself frustrated with communication from the office, but Jeff and Courtney always welcomed/accepted my calls and ensured any complaints/concerns were immediately addressed.

Following the completion of the pool, some warranty issues arose but were immediately addressed upon speaking to Jeff. To date, Jeff continues to make himself readily available via email/telephone. As a first-time pool owner, I have contacted him with questions and concerns that are well outside the scope of the warranty. Jeff has been very patient and generous with his time and always follows up on my questions. Jeff has demonstrated genuine customer service, and his level of pride and confidence in his work truly outshines his competitors. I highly recommend Spiro Custom Pools.

This should be the only company that you use to build your pool! Their teamwork and professionalism were second to none. There was very good communication, updates and a full schedule that they adhered to.
Very fair and reasonable pricing.
They were not only willing to take on the challenge of our Unique terrain, elevation changes and extensive size of our project but were eager and excited to do it. Most other pool companies were reluctant to take on a project of this magnitude.
They wouldn’t even bid the project. 36,000 gallon pool, 4,000 sq feet of decking with challenging lighting demands, sunken fire pit, water features and 2,800 sq feet of wall tile.
We would not only highly recommend SPIRO pools but would use them again!
