When they built my pool 2 years ago, they were great - 5 star. Now under new ownership they are dismal. Inefficient, no follow-up, too expensive, disorganized. It takes several phone calls to get any response. If this continues they’ll go out of business. Use someone else for your pool needs!

Sheryl and Lauren did an excellent job of getting me on the schedule for my pool cleaning after Hurricane Ian. They kept me up to date with the whole process, and went above and beyond to get me taken care of quickly and efficiently. Russ and Rocky did a great job draining, cleaning and acid washing the pool.
Thanks to everyone again!

Roque Ventura has been taking care of my pool for many years, through at least 2 hurricanes. After this last hurricane he called me to check on damages and reassured me that he will be out to work on the pool this week. He is always very pleasant!

Absolute terrible communication. I’ve had two appointments set with this company twice no-shows…! I had to call in two times to confirm and all they said was we had an afternoon appointment , I own my own company and left work twice for this appointment from 2-5:00pm two days in a row. again a no show either days not a phone call or a text letting me know they were running late, etc.very disappointed I Do not recommend this company whatsoever!!

FYI to the owner of this company, you need to pay attention to customer service and follow through if you set an appointment !! Either keep the appointment if not let your customers know !!! people don’t have time to waste, especially without communication word of mouth is king …. inexcusable !

Custom Coastal Pools -and especially Lauren - came to the rescue at my mom’s raised pool on SI. They did an amazing job and were professional and responsive. Everything executed perfectly and with constant communication.
I will be using them in the future for my own pool needs.

The staff at Coastal Custom Pool and Spa is incredible! The office staff is kind and professional. Their communication is top-notch. They let you know via email each time a job is complete or the pool has been cleaned.
When our pool has needed repairs, they respond quickly and make the repairs. The maintenance and repair staff is knowledgeable and thorough.

The real gem of Coastal is the service you receive after the pool is in. Dylan is too notch service you just do get or see enough these days , and with an attitude of positivity that is contagious . Tim and his team were great to work with and were helpful in answering our questions. A last minute addition of tile was made to a resurfacing project and the crew made sure to get it done and made sure it looked nice!

We have been customers for over 10 years and have always been extremely happy with the quality of service. This time, post Ian, they have been nothing short of amazing. Lauren was very helpful with scheduling and very responsive to questions. I would give her ten stars if I could. Coastal Custom did a great job on our pool! We got their name from neighbors and others on Sanibel that had used them. Everyone I spoke with had good things to say about them. Our experience was no different. Excellent communication from start to finish. All of my email and calls we returned promptly. We never wondered what the next step was. They had wonderful selection options to accommodate at designs. If you are in the market for a new pool, repair or maintenance, give them a call.

Coastal Custom Pool and Spa perfectly executed a complicated pool and spa at our new waterfront home on Sanibel Island. Strict city coverage requirements required the pool to be located partially under the house and FEMA rules necessitated extensive pilings due to proximity to the water. I hired this company to build a pool on the beach side of my home. Although we all learned a few things about working with the FDEM in the process, the final product was very good and the Project Manager and Program Manager were very helpful and professional. I have already recommended them to others in my immediate area, and will continue to do so going forward.
