Jerome and Pedro showed up promptly and finished the job as they said they would. They refinished our marble counters in our master bath, re grouted our master shower floor, scrubbed and stain sealed the rest of our master bath in that time and the difference is night and day. Great work!

This is the second time we’ve used Sir Grout for tile cleaning & their technician, Jerome, was great. He did a fabulous job & our floors look brand new. Jerome was very polite, thorough & explained his procedures along the way. Kudos to him and Sir Grout!!

Jerome was very professional the entire time that he was in the house. His explanations were very helpful. The overall quality of the shower stall cleaning was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Sir Grout for any tile work.

I had my living area and two bathrooms sealed yesterday. Two very polite and pleasant young men were here for nearly 6 hours. They moved the furniture as needed and worked diligently to clean and seal my floor. My only regret is that I’ve been here 2.5 years and waited this long to have it done.

I am so happy with my tile floors! Below are pictures of before and after. The grout was really bad & we didn’t know how to fix it. We were told by several tile & grout companies that you can’t re-grout over old grout, and it’s a huge expense to have it ground out & re-grouted. Many companies wont even consider it. I called Sir Grout, that I found through Google, and they have a newer process where they put a filler of some type in and color seal. It looks brand new! And has a guarantee. 🥰

Beginning to end, Sir Grout did an excellent job. Sir Grout's technique to clean and color seal our tiled showers made them look like they did when we first moved into our new build in 2019. Jerome, our technician, was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Sir Grout.

Excellent and professional service from Dirk and Jerome who did the grouting in a guest room shower. The communication from Sir Grout was seamless. I haven’t used the shower yet but am hopeful the grouting will hold up for many years to come. I recommend this company.

Sean and Christian both worked on the floors in our condo for several hours and did a very thorough job. The Sir Grout (Technicians) were great, they were prompt, polite and worked through the entire day (Large job, 1800 sqft.) and hardly took a break. They moved and replace the furniture, cleaned up and did a fantastic job with aging title and grout. The floors and rooms have taken on a modern look. The price was very good for the job they did and worth the outcome! I would highly recommend them!

We just had the floor grout repaired, recolored, and resealed by Sir Grout. Sean and Christian were on time and courteous. They did an excellent job recommending a color choice and explained after care very well. They worked well and quickly. They started work at 8:30 am and completed by 2 pm. Sir Grout was a very professional and easy company to work with. Dirk came to assess the restoration of our shower tile and grout. He explained the process and scheduled a technician for a time convenient for us. On the scheduled date Jerome came right on time to begin the process. He worked from 8 am until 3 and when he left our shower looked completely restored and the surrounding area clean. Jerome explained the correct cleaner, which they provide for you, and he showed us how to care for our shower tile and grout to keep it looking like new. We are very pleased with the results.
