I was very impressed with the meticulous job performed by the Vargas crew in leveling, cleaning and sealing the pavers of my pool deck and lanai. This was not a "rush job" like others I have had in the past. I appreciated being given detailed options for services from which to choose , instead of one flat quote. This is definitely a company I would highly recommend.

From the initial contact through the finished job, they were excellent and professional! My pavers were repaired, cleaned, and sealed with fantastic results! I wish I had taken before and after pictures to show the dramatic difference. Thank you!

Great work, great customer service. An appreciated family owned business. Delivered a great product from start to finish, it started with how they sold the job to me. They stood out compared to other estimates i received. I received more for my money for less cost overall. There was one little minor mishap (broke 2 nobs off the cushions on my brand new out door furniture) on the lanai, but the good out weighed the bad so i still give them 5 starts. Also, the company did acknowledge the mishap and will address it accordingly. THANK YOU TO ALL.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish and our travertine pool deck has never looked better! They were even able to get our job completed before the holidays. We will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Working with Vargas Paver Sealing was a wonderful experience. The worked so hard on our HOA Community Pool, sidewalks and fence. Not only does the pressure spraying look great, but the sand and sealing was done with perfect. I would recommend Vargas Paver Sealing to everyone. Great price too.

The Vargas team reset my pool deck and patio and did a great job. I was tired of water pooling in various areas after a rain, enabling mildew and weed growth. Entire area is now level and appealing to the eye. Their guys are hard workers and very particular to detail. Highly recommend!

Vargas Paver Sealing did a really nice job for us. They replaced some damaged pavers, pressure washed, sanded and sealed our driveway and pool lanai. That included washing down thr lanai screens. I recently had shoulder surgery, so they moved all the furniture from the lanai and put it back when the sealer was set. The owners, Fernando and Kiana, were very easy to work with. I highly recommend Vargas Paver Sealing.

Our 6 year old pool lanai pavers needed leveling, cleaning and sealant. Vargas's crew came out and did an amazing job. It was a big job. Took a little over one day to pull add sand and reset the stones and then another day to clean and seal. It looks way better than when it was new. Their price was good, a few hundred dollars cheaper than the 3 other bids we had and they came out about 2 weeks after we accepted the bib. Great experience from start to finish!!

Melinda scheduled thr quote, Fernando and Kiana showed up and prepared a detailed quote quickly and efficiently, answering any questions I had. They left me with a hand prepared quote with three levels of products. Once my decision was made, they scheduled the work to accommodate my timetable. Workers showed up as scheduled - prompt, polite and professional. Moved all the furniture on the lanai, covered my plants and got to work. Cleaned up the worksite when finished for the day. Arrived as scheduled next day to finish up the project and return furniture to the lanai. Everything was put back in the exact location it was taken from - very impressed! Lanai and.driveway were pressure cleaned, sanded and sealed and look great! Power washing of the house was great - makes a huge difference. Pool was skimmed and cleaned..spotless! Very impressed! Highly recommend Vargas Paver Sealing. I got three separate estimates and Vargas was priced competitively. They didn’t try to upsell me and were very transparent. The crew showed up on time each day and did an excellent job start to finish; They moved all my patio furniture with care. Communication through the process was excellent and they even applied an extra coat of sealant to my driveway after a brief rain shower the day of application. Fernando, Kiana, and Melinda have ALL been responsive and attentive to our needs. Our roof tiles look amazing from the roof softwash. Our driveway pavers and entrance walkway ALL appear brand new. Not an easy job to remove layers of old sealant, power wash, sand-fill, and sealcoat. Patience and diligence required. Two, two-person teams were on-site for three days.
