Had a serious MOLD problem and needed Remediation & Reconstruction. I heard a lot of bad news about this industry and was nervous about picking a comapny. Did a lot of research and decided not to go with company that did the initial inspection. Check a lot of references, crossed my fingers and went with True North Restoration. Boy was i glad i did. They were just great. Fair price, good schedle, called all the time to check on service, showed up on schedlle - on time. Great workers, communicated everthing real well. We past our final test by state inspectior and and now awaiting rebuild. I had no intention originall or using this company for the rebuild but they did such a great job with the remediation i believe i will go with them for the rebuild.

I decided to go with True North Reconstruction. Fair price, worked with our insurance company, and completed the job EXCEEDING EVEN OUR EXPECTATIONS! This company has great employees from highest management to the lowest worker. ZERO problems.

Juan was there on time, did the job in the time he estimated, in a professional manner. The pic is where the couch was, all the dirt is gone, some shading from the wear/tear pattern is slightly visible, but clean. Overall great job!

After our home received water damage, Brian Hurford (our client relations coordinator) did a great job explaining the process to us, daily check-ins, and many onsite visits to follow up with us and make sure that we were happy with the progress of our remediation. Nick and his team spent many hours and days in our home for dry-out and mold remediation. Every team member was very informative, professional, and kind. We thank them all for the care they took in protecting our home from additional damage and keeping the construction mess to a minimum. True North Restoration is a great company to deal with. They arrived the same day that the water leak accident happened and started the mitigation process. Joel Clark was the one who spearheaded the process of drying the affected areas before mold sets in. Throughout the job, Joel was always communicating with me and giving me up to date progress of the mitigation and his coordination with the insurance company.

Worst company I ever seen in my life. The General Manager was rude when I spoke to him. The people who came to redo my kitchen after the damage half assed it and I had to redo the entire kitchen myself. They got $17,000 for doing a garbage job. My kitchen was butchered. The only reason we stayed with them was the demo crew. Pedro and Nate were amazing and kind. Did an amazing job so we decided to stick with them only to have the remodel crew come in and do a horrible job. My house was covered in dust. Literally all over my house. How they managed to get it all in my living room I don't know. They didn't even put the cabinets on right. My island had to be ripped out and redone. All the doors had to be re-leveled, my fridge door opens ajar because the space they put it in was too tight, the cabinets were not finished. Above my stove is all off. Not to mention the trim and painting was not finished. Now how long were they in my house? Well they started the week of Thanksgiving and right before Christmas we told them they had to wait til after the new year because we had family coming in, kitchen was no where near done. They came back and after a couple weeks we couldn't take it anymore and how slow they were going and how horrible the job was. They ruined a lot of the kitchen and left all kinds of holes and chips on the cabinets. So we were left with damaged cabinets, unfinished cabinetry, unfinished paint, unfinished trim, as well as the air vents left down with the outlets pulled out and exposed. Yeah we sent them away but we couldn't go with the way our house was being treated. So they ended getting what they wanted out of the insurance and leaving us with a HEFTY bill to repair ourselves. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! EVER!!!

When my house was flooded, True North's remediation team worked quickly to determine the affected areas, remove any hidden moisture, and prepare my house for restoration. Their work was thorough, effective and professional.

My home flooded from a new ice machine that failed and I was out of town these guy gained access and had everything under control by the time I flew in the next morning.. great work!!!!

After waiting over 2 1/2 excruciating years to finalize our home insurance settlement negotiations with FIGA, choosing and working with True North Restoration of SW Florida was a breath of fresh air. We live next to a canal and Hurricane Ian damaged every part of our home—internally and externally—from the ceiling to the floor. Furthermore, I am both auto-immune compromised and medicine immuno-suppressed, which makes things a bit more complex than the norm. However, Brian and his crew were awesome! They were not only professional, understanding, and sensitive to my medical needs, but they were also polite and pleasant to work with. Brian’s customer service, availability, safety protocols, and quality of work were above and beyond what we expected. Our floors had years of hurricane damage, but Brian reassured us that his Flooring subcontractor (Bill Staggs’ crew) would be able to get the floors back the way they were prior to the hurricane. Brian did not lie…Bill Staggs crew was amazing! Our floors look new. After waiting so long to see the true color of our tile and grout floors again, I literally cried when they completed the task. I would recommend True North Restoration of SW Florida (Brian’s and Bill’s crews) to anyone who wants/needs restorative cleaning.

True North Restoration did a great job on our project for mold restoration. Brian Hurford was our project manager and the project went forward on schedule and according to quoted price. The staff that did the work were professional and willing to explain. Brian responded by text or phone call to every question I had as a worried mom, He answered the scheduling questions and kept me abreast of delays. As a working person who also now had to manage a crisis at home, True North was a true partner.

We had a leak that caused our flooring to start coming up. Underneath the flooring it was wet and covered in mold. We called True North Restoration and they sent someone out right away. Brian Hurford came and checked out our problem. Brian did moisture and air testing and determined that we needed to dry the moisture out and remediate the mold. He brought an air scrubber and dehumidifier with him and started it up the first day to get the drying out process started. A team of 2, Sebastion and Yeisy, came in and remediated the mold, removed anything damaged from the mold and water including our showers, vanities, and toilets. They cleaned the mold from everything and every surface in the house. They took pictures of everything as they did the demo to send to the insurance company. They did an excellent job. Brian oversaw the project and was in communication with us at all times, and he helped tremendously with our insurance claim. We highly recommend True North Restoration to anyone that needs a remediation and restoration company. Superb job! We needed mitigation, restoration, duct cleaning, cabinets and more due to a small kitchen fire. Brian from True North was there the very next day, giving us the details of what we needed and an estimate followed in a few days. Javier was our main contact and Victor performed the restoration work. They kept us in constant contact with updates and pictures of the work performed. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do ever have water or fire or smoke damage, they are definitely the go to company.
