I found mold in my apartment and reached out to True North to come test it. They fit me into their schedule and came within 48 hours of calling them. Brian Hurford came out and was professional and efficient. I had some worries and questions, and he did a great job in reassuring and explaining the situation to me. He made me feel a lot better about the situation after he broke down all the ways it could have happened. I had a roof leak after a heavy rainstorm last week. I was so lucky to have found True North restoration of Southwest Florida. Brian Hurford and Sebastian came right out to assess the damage and to mitigate any further damage. They placed a tarp on my roof, set up a dehumidifier and blower to dry everything up. I can’t thank them enough for their fast response. Not only that, Brian always answered the phone when I called. I’ve never had to leave voicemail. He has been proactive and very communicative during this entire process. I highly recommend him and this company.

Thousand of gallons flooded our two story home. Within 24 hours the driers and flood mitigation system was running. Removal and replacement of walls, insulation, floors, etc were completed in a timely fashion. The fellas were easy to work with and ready to answer any of my concerns/questions.

I am not one to normally post reviews as it seems that anything you purchase or have done theses days asks to give a review. I do make exception in this case for True North Restoration of SW FL. I experienced a flood in my home a few months ago due to the water line under the slab bursting during then night. True North was assigned to repair my home. At the outset, True North personnel assured me that their work would be completed “just as it would if they were working on their own home”. Work on the interior of my home has been completed and were they ever right. The work has been completed to perfection and vastly beyond my expectations. In addition, every worker was extremely professional, considerate and friendly. I consider each and everyone as friends and would certainly have them do any future work at my home - without hesitation. My highest kudos to True North!

My Home Owner Insurance , Loggerhead , is responsible for selecting/acquiring True North Restoration of SW Florida. I am very Thankful to Loggerhead Homeowner Insurance for this as True North Restoration proved to be an Outstanding and Versatile restoration company. From start to completion , my claim was given upmost attention. It was necessary to modify the scope of work from its initial inspection. True North Restoration of SW Florida worked through each change order/adjustments in a timely and precise manner. Communication with me was a priority. I was advised of when service techs would arrive each time and what work was to be performed. There were several times … I had a scheduled appointment and a health issue and TNR… , graciously accommodated to my needs. In order to restore the damages to our home , it required many trade/building professions. ( mitigation, drywall, plumbing, painting, cabinet maker, carpentry, door hanger, locksmith and housekeeping. )
To share with You one very fine aspect of the work :
As the scope of the work increased, it was noted that the house existing copper water lines were leaking in “other” areas of the house. One of the areas was behind the existing kitchen sink cabinets. True North Restoration… was able to support the long counter top , remove the cabinet doors/hardware, then “gut out the base/frames of the cabinets. Take the useable pieces back to “their” location… rebuild the cabinets , comeback and reassemble that section of kitchen cabinets. Of course, after They removed the cabinets it was necessary to remove the plumbing, the drywall , expose the block and mold mitigate, clean and check for further moisture areas. As it was, a recommendation to have the home RePlumbed was made . This recommendation was taken and accomplished. In this Way, work could continue. We had a late-night flood in our Estero townhouse—water throughout the downstairs half-bath, under the sofa, and into the foyer, with that unmistakable “this came from a bathroom” smell. We dried everything immediately with towels but could still feel water squishing beneath the vinyl plank flooring, so I searched for emergency help and called True North Restoration (they had excellent reviews).

Two techs arrived in about 40 minutes, and after we agreed on a price, they immediately set up four heavy-duty fans and a large dehumidifier. The equipment ran for several days, and True North stayed in touch the entire time through texts and calls. They returned to monitor moisture levels in the flooring and drywall using water-detection tools, and they worked directly with our insurance company—no prepayment required, which we really appreciated.

Because we acted quickly and True North responded quickly, the water damage under the flooring ended up being limited—about 120 sq. ft. They handled the repair work efficiently, and Manuel Madriz, who managed the flooring portion, was a pleasure to work with. He was courteous, straightforward, and even threw in a small, unrelated repair upstairs (a chipped plank).

The night of the flood, True North told us to have a plumber scope the waste line to make sure everything was clear. They mentioned they have a sister plumbing company, but there was zero pressure to use it. We ultimately did use their plumbing company to replace the downstairs toilet, and they were just as professional.

From start to finish, True North was attentive, courteous, and straight-shooting. Five-star service and an easy recommendation.

Structure Pros rebuilt the entirety of the Captiva Shores Condominium Association's docks and sundeck as part of the hurricane Ian reconstruction project. They went above and beyond on the quality of workmanship, communication and ensuring that all details resulted in the owners' best interests and satisfaction. They built custom benches out of the Weardeck materials, installed all accessories and were the one-stop shop for anything related to the project needs. I highly recommend them.
