I was skeptical about how much of a difference Sprayfoam insulation would make versus regular insulation. All I have to say is night and day! Without AC on it felt fresh in the room on a hot Florida day! The guys came in and knocked it out without a sweat! I would HIGHLY recommend The Pump and Spray Company!

Your company did resurface paint job on my lot at Cypress Woods RV 1904-0913-2716 . I called and told you how BAD your work was !! You sent two guys to attempt to make the job right and FAILED MISERABLY I Called and was told some one would be calling me. NO CALL !! The cost of this job was $7,800.00 As of now a BIG Waste of my time and MONEY. If you all care at all Please reach out to me.

There are three great people at this company. David, Anthony and Christina. If it wasn’t for them, it would have ended very badly. I wasn’t happy about the work they did (poorly) and when I complained to the professional lady that answered the phone (“Christina)...she handled it like a pro. Then David and Anthony came out and completely re-did all the work and it looks great. Except for being inconvenienced for a few extra day’s, I’ll give them credit ...they did make it right. David is the reason this all worked out. What a pleasure to work with the three of you!

I hired this company to spray foam insulation on my outside porch. The roofing material is sheet metal. The old foam had to be scraped off.
They used the wrong tool to scrape off the old foam and dented and penetrated the sheet metal.
I would not recommend this company at all.
The cleanup afterward was abysmal.
Please heed my recommendation.

The Pump and Spray Company Corporation completed spray foam insulation on my new construction residence in Mid-November. Their company under-prepped and over-sprayed, resulting in foam insulation covering thousands of dollars in PGT impact windows. Multiple contact attempts were made to request that they clean the windows before the foam could permanently adhere. We were told numerous times that they were scheduled to come out and take care of their mess. Unfortunately, the company had every excuse in the book for not showing up or performing the clean up properly. The foam is now permanently bonded to the aluminum frames. The company's recommendation? That we should just paint over the foam on the window frames to hide it... on a new construction house.... on high-end windows that were custom ordered in the necessary color to match the residence.

Rather than taking ownership of their mistake and fixing the problem (that could have been simply fixed if they had cleaned the windows upon initial inulation), the contractor qualifying this company does not respond to emails or calls. In fact, we have not been able to speak with him directly on a single occasion. Instead, he passes the buck to his staff. We are now mid-February, and they have ghosted altogether. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU WANT QUALITY CONTROL ON YOUR PROJECT.

Worst company ever! Everything looked good at first. Then the pool decks reappeared 2 months after the work was finished and the pool deck started to collapse again. They never answer the phone and weeks go by without a response. Owner finally called and said he'd take care of everything. That was 3 months ago and now it seems the phone may have been disconnected.
Run very FAR away from this company. Do not do business with them.

Just a nightmare from first day. Part of our job was subcontracted to God awful company my pool cage was ruined, the deck had to be resurfaced 2 additional times painted 3 more times 4 th time we were given paint and told to hire our own painter they were signing off. Paint still chips off all the original cracks were back worse the before in under 9 months. At first they tried to make subcontractors bad job right but it was to no avail then it turns out the subcontractors were never paid so they put a lien on our house which took a year to go away. We are our over 5000.00 and now have to have a whole new pool deck put in just not right at all

Hired pump and spray to fill voids in my Seawall and raise my concrete slab. What was sold to be a 2 day project took 4 hours and none of the slab was raised and none of the injections were done as contracted. No benefit at all received and will likely have to spend $100k to replace Seawall prematurely.

It was a complete smoke and mirror show. Luckily I stayed and watched them. I alerted management same day to their complete failure to complete the contract and Nobody ever came out to inspect or oversee the work or attempt to resolve the issue. They only threatened to file a lien if I didn’t pay, this was the only promise they kept. They did file a lien signed by Ryan Wenzel, which he now says he didn’t know about and he said Lynnea Ferrea completed and stamped it. I don’t know if that’s even legal or valid lien? Ryan only finally called 3 months later after a BBB complaint was filed.

Learn from my mistakes and hire someone else

This Company should be renamed Pump and pray, (that it will resolve your issues). Read the contract! No promises made, only relying on the sales person to overstate and over promise will not prove productive to your needs. But you will pay them regardless of results or you will end up with a lien on your home or business. They cannot lift and level concrete with their delivery system short of (jacking) then applying the foam for support. After my dismay and no return calls or Emai'sl from the operator of this company I had a Engineer come to my home and was advised by him that this method could not raise concrete slabs w/o first lifting the concrete. The hydraulic action of the foam would escape via other means than lifting existing surface. So I spent over 2K for a mess that was left by this company and no results around my pool deck. Yes a mess left on my deck from the drill holes and the leaking foam trying to escape via the least path of resistance. Not lifting my concrete!! Don't believe their sales staff you will be disappointed and angry. I hope I can save someone from the anguish and Lack of customer service received by me.

We recently had the Pump and Spray Company come out to add some foam to our pool decking area. Since we are in the middle of a pool renovation and this was an emergency fix situation, I was thoroughly impressed with how the company handled our job quickly and squeezed us into the schedule. Ryan the owner came out himself to quote the job and check the work after and was fantastic. We had quite a few questions for him after the work was done and he explained all technical aspects of the foam to us which helped us understand the process better. We would highly recommend this company--fantastic customer service and all about customer satisfaction.
