My pool pump went out on a Wednesday, I called Pool Pros, they gave me an estimate over the phone, and it was installed by Friday of the same week. It's difficult to find great home service companies here in Fort Myers...but I will recommend Pool Pros to anyone.

I have done business with Joe and Pool Pros many times and have always been met with professionalism and Joe’s keen eye for detail. Always quality work with friendly service. Would definitely recommend for anyone from cleaning to a beautiful pool and outdoor oasis.

We had scheduled for a salesperson to quote us to redo our pool area with pavers and
help us with staining on our pool. The office had stated he would arrive around 3-4 pm.
We had other companies arriving to quote the same job and the salesman arrived
2 hours early while one of the other companies was here. He played nice with the
other salesman and took down all the information required and stated he would send a quote.
After two weeks I e-mailed the salesman that I had not received his quote as I was
really interested in going with a local company. I never received a response.
This is not a cheap job running into 5 figures. I can only assume that the company
has enough work and is not interested in expanding its customer base. I would not
recommend that you use this company.

Love this family-owned company! They do a great job and also give back to our community. Every tech has been great... always playing with my dog too! I appreciate their responsiveness, friendliness and good work!

The initial service to get our pool cleaned was terrific. However, the ongoing weekly service is awful. They wouldn't repair their broken equipment, technicians were always nasty, are pool was very often green, continually had billing issues, can rarely get anyone on the phone and they almost never return voice-mail or emails.

Not worth the 145 dollars a month. I can make my own pool look like garbage for free.

Excellent service! I called Monday about a spa circulation issue. The service tech was here at 7:30 the next morning. Needed a new pump which he had in the van. Spa was up and running again by 8:30. I was sure it was going to be days or weeks to diagnose the problem, order the part and schedule again when the part came in. Thank you!
