AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We’ve been trying to get in touch with Jeremy for five weeks now. Called and left more than a half dozen messages without one return call. It’s now at the point where Belinda recognizes the number and won’t answer the phone. We’ve moved on to a responsive company, I’d highly suggest you do the same. I would also look at other reviews. It seems returning phone calls is a major problem. Unprofessional and not worth it.

SSWE Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Inc inspected our attic and roof carefully. They installed new insulation, repaired roofing damage, and completed mold remediation thoroughly.

I just bought a new house In Lehigh Acres and had them come steam clean the grout in-between my tiles in the whole house. It's like night and day. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend their services!

Brennan and his crew were prompt, thorough, and very professional, keeping me informed each step of the way. They helped to co-ordinate other services needed for the clean up such as the air duct cleaning and the mold analysis.

Following Hurricane Ian (9/22) we thought we had mold under control in our Sanibel ground level home with a 2.5 feet flood water line using a mold remediation service that ripped out drywall, removed cabinets, inside doors and flooring, treated the exposed studs with spray treatment, used dehumidifiers and fans, returned a second time to rip out more drywall and the put a sealant on the exposed studs. We insisted on a mold test before our general contractor proceeded to rebuild the interior. The test results were unacceptable. Enter True North for an second mold remediation consisting of wiping everything down, hepa vacuumed everything, applying anti microbial everywhere, more hepa vacuuming, wiping down surfaces then fogging the entire house after sealing off the garage. Also running air scrubbers for a week. It worked. We had a second lab test done and mold was under control. And they provide daily online reports of their actions taken and photos. Truly amazing given the extent of flood exposure and the time it took to get the first remediation started due to the Sanibel causeway and island power being knocked out for many weeks. Top notch business. Superior results. Great customer communication. Highly recommended.

I was a victim of damage from tornado December 21, 2022 in Fort Myers and had a leaking roof. Like most everybody u want immediate response and I had tarps on my roof my that evening. The team worked on drying out and having to remove the ceiling on my lanai. I found them to be most professional and they called me every day to let me know they would be at my job. They are a reliable company

We called them on a recommendation from a neighbor after Hurricane Ian flooded our house. They came out a few days after we called them. We had already taken the wet carpet out of 4 bedrooms, cleaned the tile of all the nasty brackish water and taken off most of the baseboards and starting cutting out the drywall. They gave us an estimate of $35,000 to do the water restoration of cutting out drywall, removing cabinets, dehumidifying and spraying for mold!!!! Outrageous! We had already put a tremendous amount of work into our house and he acted like we had done nothing.
In my book, this is called price gouging!!!! Our insurance person told us these companies should not be charging more than $15,000. Servpro gave us a $19,000 estimate.
You should be ashamed of yourself, True North!!!!😞😞😞

Brennan and his team were punctual, responsive, and very respectful. They did an excellent job diagnosing and removing the mold issues within our home. They took multiple pictures and videos to show the damage we had and explained things thoroughly. True North Restoration of SWFL did a great job for us after Hurricane Ian. Not only that but they were accommodating to our requests, worked with our insurance company and weren’t defensive when our adjuster questioned some of the line items on their invoice. These types of services aren’t cheap but they were there when we needed them and did a job we couldn’t do ourselves at a level in which we feel safe from future health issues caused by the contaminants brought in with the storm water. Everyone in the field and the office were very professional and they are local! I hope to never have to use them again but will if the need arises. Thanks, True North!

I had planned to do this plumbing job myself, and had already purchased the new parts to do so. It's extremely rare to find a plumber willing to use your own parts. I was unsure of the type of fittings to connect to the PEX tubing inside the wall, so I bought both types of connectors. I need rotator cuff surgery and was unable to do it myself, so I called a recommended plumber from the CityBiz Directory. True North sent a good local plumber that used the parts I provided and repaired it quickly and cleaned up after himself. A very nice guy, and he explained why he chose the PEX connector type of the two I had purchased. Reasonable price too. I recommend Dan from True North 👍😃
