Great company! All office staff were very friendly, helpful & superb communication. They did a great job cleaning outside of house, power washing driveway, cleaning, repairing & sealing pavers. Definitely recommend.

Vargas sealed my driveway. I was pleased with the result. The business is very busy as we had to wait quite a while for our job to get scheduled. Although somewhat pricey, the seal on the driveway looks great.

To be honest you just don’t get that kind of service anymore! The crew was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and detail-oriented. They didn’t rush, sprayed the sealer with care, waited between coats, and made sure everything was done right. They even cleaned up afterward, including the pool! I’m loving the final result and love how the tan sand they used match my tan colored pavers perfectly love it! Job well done!!

Very satisfied with the results. The crew was awesome. They worked with purpose and showed a concern for the surrounding areas. I’m retired and handy but leaving this to professionals was a wise choice. All of the equipment and supplies are specialized. A comparable-size pressure washer alone would have been costly. The sealant is mixed on-site and the spray requires a steady aim. The once-busy job site was cleared out and the driveway taped off to reveal a beautiful glaze. Their price was competitive and most of all we weren’t pestered daily after the quote.

I had Vargas paver sealing complete my project today. This company runs like a finally oiled machine. From initial estimate to finish job they were wonderful. They do quality work at a fair price. It is evident that they take pride in the work that they do. They cleaned my brick pavers, leveled out sunken pavers. Great job I would highly recommend this company.

The team from Vargas Exteriors, led by Fernando Vargas completed beautiful and detail oriented house painting, gutter installation, and pool deck and cage repairs to our home. We enjoyed excellent communication, collaboration and commitment from every person working our projects. Pavers look great. Pool did end up with a lot of sand and stripping residue. I forgot to change the automatic pool programming for the solar heat and am having problems with the system. Normal pool operation is fine.
