On time, professional and neat. The floors look amazing. The grout is back to original color and sealed. Had them do the entire house and a bathroom and everything looks like the day it was installed. I have recommended them to everyone.

Jerome showed up on time, extremely precise and tidy while working, friendly and informative. Process is amazing, had a ton of mold in my post Ian shower, looks like a brand new shower, even cleaned and sealed my glass. Considering the cost to re-tile the whole shower, this was a great value.

When he finished he showed me his work and clearly explained how to maintain the grout and tile he restored. Both showers look great.

My technician Sean did a great job! Cracks were repaired and grout lines sealed. The tile and grout looks like it was newly laid down. Nobody would know its 20yrs old. Highly recommend.

Our appointment was set for 8 a.m August 14th , 3 man crew arrived promptly at 7:45, impressive. It was an all day job, they did not rush. Very professional, polite and aimed to please . And WOW! What a fabulous job. Floors look brand new. Also very informative on the up keep . Their products work fantastic. Yes we were very impressed,,but most impressive ,was the way they respect their Boss ,the owner. Which is a rarity in todays world.

these folks are UNBELIEVABLE. prompt timely service appts, accurate quotes, but most importantly THE WORK is essentially beyond belief. not exaggerating here. had a 25y old bathroom that looked like, well, a 25y old bathroom; grout was dirty and discolored in the bthrm and the shower was no better off. wife had been fighting with the shower for YEARS with various spray cleaners, each was more toxic than the next and didn’t do much. Sir Grout just left our home…and the bathroom LOOKS BRAND NEW, NO LIE. wife couldn’t be ANY happier and thats all i care about! honestly though, simply incredible job. the space literally looks brand new.
