We have Coastal Custom Pool and Spa do our regular maintenance and cleaning-specifically Roque V. He is reliable, responsible, thorough, and communicates with us whenever needed to have our pool in tip-top shape year-round. As a seasonal resident-owner Roque's service is very important to us and we recommend him highly!

I rarely leave google reviews. However, in this case, it is well deserved. I had a very complicated pool, deck rejuvenation and added Spa. My experience from the proposal, selections, to the very end exceeded expectations. James, (sales) Pat (Job Supervisor) and Mille (Project manager) were very responsive, and made an extra effort to see this project through to my satisfaction. Coastal Custom Pools built our pool and gas serviced weekly for last 5 years, including multiple hurricane recoveries. They are prompt, efficient and very professional. The service support provided by our technician Roque is outstanding. He knows our pool well and spends the needed time each week to clean and rebalance all chemicals. Highly recommended.

This is my second experience with Coastal Custom Pools. My first was a Full rebuild of a pool 25 years ago.
In my new house, the general contractor placed the pool equipment directly under and in front of the guestroom window! It was horrible!
I contacted Coastal Custom Pools, and they came redesigned and moved all the equipment away from the bedroom window. It is beautiful!
Tim and Gineska in the office were wonderful to work with, and all the crews that came communicated and could think on their feet.
The communication I got every step of the way was excellent and not often seen these days.

Coastal Custom Pool & Spa resurfaced our pool on Sanibel Island, and the experience was very positive from start to finish. Communication was straightforward and professional, scheduling was reliable, and the crew showed up when promised.

The resurfacing was done cleanly, the finish looks excellent, and the pool was left in good condition after completion.

Overall, Coastal Custom Pool & Spa delivered exactly what was agreed upon and handled the project efficiently. I would recommend them to others looking for pool resurfacing or similar work in the Sanibel/Southwest Florida area.

Coastal Custom Pool and Spa did an amazing job! They completely redid our lanai, pool and spa. They helped us figure out tile and paver selections by meeting us at the different vendors. They went above and beyond to achieve our vision and we had no issues.

Absolutely fantastic! My Techs Sean and Christian were on-time extremely helpful with any questions. I would highly recommend Sir Grout. I had them clean and seal about 1100 sq ft in my home and now will have them back to do my showers in the future. I'm a very picky person and was very happy with the results.

Had Sir Grout come repair our shower stall past December. Looked okay until we cleaned it for first time with our reading glasses and found a multitude of places they missed. Had them come back out and he supposedly repaired these areas. Upon further inspection, I realize they did a lousy job. The old adage if you want it done right do it yourself applies here. They were not cheap ! I am going to redo the job myself. They suck !

Sir Grout was recommended to me by my neighbor and I’m so glad I called them. Shawn and Christin arrived on time, thoroughly explained the process and did a fantastic job. My floors look like they’re brand new. I totally recommend them if you need your grout redone

Sir Grout just recently cleaned and sealed my tile for my condo. The tile looked better than when it first was installed! I wish I had used them sooner. Excellent quality and very nice and personable employees. I highly recommend!

I had Sir Grout come out as I needed some repairs done as well as cleaning, coloring, and sealing. Dirk came out to do the initial quote, Jerome came out and did the repairs and Shawn came out and handled the cleaning, coloring, and sealing. I always fret when contractors come out because you don't always know how the techs work ethics are. I was so impressed with these guys and this company. All 3 were outstanding, professional, and very meticulous with their work. They were very prompt and they answered all my questions. They even cleaned up the areas they were working in. It is rare these days to have employees who actually care about the kind of work they do. The work that Jerome and Shawn did was fabulous. My floors look brand new again. I can't say enough good things about these guys and this company...Exceptional!!

These guys were quick to estimate and quick to schedule. While they were the most expensive quote their quality won out on our project and we will use them again on any future grout issues

Jerome did a great job. I would highly recommend him! He arrived early, explained everything very well, worked hard and was polite. If I ever need similar work done in the future I would request Jerome again.

I was very pleased with the work done by Sir Grout. It changed the appearance of our tile floor. We now have a new look to our tile which is exactly what we wanted. Pedro was our technician. He was very patient and helpful as we worked to select just the right color. He was courteous, careful, and did a great job. He left our home with everything picked and put away. Job well done!
