Update one week after roof cleaning:
The roof is clean. Don’t get me wrong. However the bleach they used to clean it got on many of my plants underneath my covered lanai, as well as plants that I had moved ten or more feet away from my home. They are now dying. There is also a large patch of grass that is bleached and dead. Other landscaped plants are yellowing and dropping their leaves. All of my patio furniture was also wet after completion of the job, it is underneath my covered lanai. I do not plan to use this company in the future.

Original review: I tried to schedule a roof cleaning with this company. Received a quote and approved it on October 10. Played phone tag, could never get anybody at the office to actually answer and would receive call backs during my workday. That went on for about 1-2 weeks. I finally got in touch with someone who couldn’t schedule me at that moment. She stated she would be calling me back with a date for service. Never received a call back. I do not recommend this company due to lack of follow up and lack of communication. Significantly lacking in customer service.

Vargas was great. Our Lanai deck and driveway look 10 years younger. The seals are great. It looks better. The quote ended up being the final price. It was arranged six weeks ahead of time everyone showed up on time worked hard cleaned up well. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

STAY AWAY!!!!!Had hot tub hooked up, in the process electrician busted my electrical box on my hot tub and the metal that screws to it, said he ordered the new parts but then when I reached out to Jeremy he just ignores my text. Do business somewhere else.

We used Swan Electric for our new spa electricity needs! They were awesome! They knew exactly what we needed and what exactly had to be done! Electricians were friendly as well! Highly recommend!

Called multiple times for our hot tub electrical outlet. Never received a call back. Terrible business ethic. Will call another company to do the work. Shame on Rec Warehouse for recommending this company.

They were on time, respectful, and very polite! Also after getting several bids this company was the cheapest! They arrived on time, did the job quickly, and it was done right! They were respectful of my property and even was very kind to my little bit! I highly recommend!!

Excellent job adding a new outlet for our outdoor kitchen. The Swan electric team was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about options for placement! Highly recommend!

They put a hole in our wall during an install in Dec of 2022. Finally came out in May of 2023 and Jeremy out an electrical cap over it, promising his drywall guy would come out to repair correctly. As of 3/5/2024 NOTHING! Jeremy won’t return phone calls and texts and the office won’t return calls. Completely unacceptable! BEWARE AOF THIS BUSINESS.

Well for 2 projects that are hacked together. I’ve tried calling now multiple times over the last 12 months to have them come finish one job and address the falling apart of this hot tub hook up they did. And now still nothing just wires exposed never gotten a call back promised me every time I’ve called them. Will be the last time i call this company. After this review I’ll give them till monday of next week. If not im going to the BBB and dropping photos and numbers.
