I have had Spiro Pools do about 20 pools for my company and my personal homes. While nothing in construction goes as planned, Jeff and his team are always communicative so expectations can be managed efficiently. That's how things get done. They build a very high quality pool with some of the most unique designs. They will remain my go-to pool contractor for 20 more pools.

Best experience I could have hoped for. Spiro was wonderful to work with and always stayed in touch throughout the process. The finished product is amazing and more beautiful than I had imagined. Would recommend this company to everyone!!

I hired this company back in April 24. They finish December 24. It was painful and frustrating with all the delays of the project because they set up their own schedule, but they never abide by it. Finally, they finish the job now there is some issue with the antenna and it’s been about three weeks and they have not fixed it. Throughout the project of the communication with the office was very bad. I tried to talk To the owner of the company, Jeff, but they never let me speak to him. They always want to take the call and will let you know. I do not recommend this company to anyone and I have not to all my subdivision people who came and checked my pool.
At this moment, I’m still waiting to fix my pool to operate properly with the phone no communication. Very, very sad and bad.

Jeff and his team do a great job with my pool maintenance. Highly recommend for any of your pool needs.

A great experience from start to finish. It started with an estimate and a meeting in their office, the owners Jeff and Courtney are very friendly and good at what they do. Within a couple of hours, we had a pool designed with all details. Over the next few weeks, we made a few small changes with the design and the team was super helpful with that. They gave us a timeframe which they met on the pool install and the quality is fantastic. Not only do we love our pool, but we are enjoying it almost every day that we are here in Florida. Not only do I recommend Spiro Pools but if we were to move from here, I would absolutely have them do another pool for us.

My husband and I designed our pool around our dogs and a party pool where everyone could stand. It turned out amazing. 12x24 pool, 3-5ft deep, with a 6ft shelf and a spa…highly recommend and dog friendly :)

They met and exceeded all our expectations. Jeff is an owner you will see on site working along with his workers and the Spiro Team. Courtney ALWAYS answers her phone and responds quickly via email. I cant recoomend these people more!! I did my homework and received outrageous prices from other pool companies with Superior Attitudes and very High Pricing! Do yourself a favor, and contact Spiro Custom Pools! You will NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED!

Called and had a conversation with a nice guy who answered. I told him about several issues with my pool and we agreed on a date/time when a tech could come out - Wed, Dec 10th in the afternoon. He said the tech would call before coming out.

Wed rolls around, no phone call, no tech, nothing. Never heard from anyone. I'm a busy person and setting aside an entire afternoon is difficilult. I do not appreciate having wasted an entire afternoon for no reason. Worse, there was no followup whatsover... nothing.

Not a good way to do business.
