As a Community Association Manager, it is very important to work with vendors that are reliable and fairly priced. When I was faced with the unpleasant responsibility of coordinating the cleanup of a condo on behalf of an absent owner in which a tenant had died a week before being found, DryZone stepped right in and sterilized the condo from top to bottom. They worked directly with the insurance company keeping the owner (who was living in China) informed throughout the process. Dry Zone personnel were efficient and thorough while being sensitive to the situation. They made my already complicated job much easier so that I could concentrate on the rest of my community while dealing with this matter. DryZone is highly recommended.

What a great job DryZone has done in our home with mold remediation. We liked that the employees of DryZone are employees of DryZone and not subcontractors. The mold remediation group of guys were in the home for 4 days clearing and cleaning the rooms and areas which were identified with compromised air quality. Tim, Rodney and Travis were a delight to have in our home for the project. They were extremely courteous and thorough ensuring their job was completed at the highest level. They took pride in their job! Thank you also to Jessie for getting the mold remediation project completed prior to the weekend. Our home has been tested and now on to the rebuild. RUDY MARIA MONICA ALEX and their team did a great job in our Condo which got mold and was uninhabitable. They cleaned everything - and worked so hard that we could return in 10 days with a good feeling. Thank you guys - What a job! Also the communication speed throughout the job was outstanding. I work for a community management company, and we hired DryZone to clean the carpets throughout our office. We've had a few other companies do this for us before, but DryZone did the best job by far! There have been stains on the carpet for years that other companies could not get up, but they removed every one of them. Our carpets look pretty much brand new! My husband and I enlisted DryZone to assist us following extensive water/mold damage to our home. After interviewing 3 local companies, we choose them because their staff is responsive and professional. Additionally, the estimate was reasonable and they have a good reputation. To date, the first stage has been completed. The water damaged areas were removed and the mold was successfully treated. The work was done very efficiently and thorough. The technicians treated our home like it was their own, being very respectful of our property and belongings. We are now preparing for the restoration phase. We highly recommend DryZone!

We recently found a roof leak that had not been obvious but after inspection was definitely been a problem for a long time. Our builder was fantastic in developing a remediation plan. First was to bring in Dry Zone and removing the damages and addressing the mold problem that was the result of the leak.
Dry Zone did an absolutely outstanding job. They were meticulous as they partitioned off our home and set about to eradicate the mold. They were attentive to our needs, punctual and fastidious in their work. Both Stephen and Shawn were respectful and a delight to have in our home.
I would definitely hire them again , if I ever have the need. I would not hesitate and in fact encourage any of our family and/or friends to use Dry Zone.

We are so happy with the service DryZone provided. We hired this company to clean up concrete dust which completely covered the inside of our garage and all of its contents. Rudy came out to assess the situation and gave us a reasonable proposal and reassured us that the cleanup would be done in a safe manner. Julio, Derek and Doug performed the cleaning services to perfection. They were timely and professional, and used HEPA filtered equipment and air cleaners. DryZone performed work in a utility room closet that included drywall removal and replacement, and also subcontracted ac air handler re-installation to another vendor. All of the work was done in promised timeframes, I received periodic email updates with progress photos (very cool, as I was not at the property), and the end results were excellent. Would absolutely recommend DryZone for any services they offer, their office staff was responsive and professional. Thanks for handling what could’ve been a stressful job and making it painless.

We recently hired DryZone to manage a water leak and mold remediation situation in our condo. Julio immediately answered my initial call and was on-site within 30 minutes to take a look at the issue, do a moisture reading, and make recommendations for remediation. Julio is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and competent. He got us a written, itemized quote that same day and got his team to begin work the next day.

Mike, Rudy, and Jamie showed up first thing the next morning and took care of our water and mold problem. They were all efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Over the course of the next week doing work on our place, the whole team went above and beyond, and especially Julio—accommodating all of our requests, answering our questions, and making sure the job was done right. Rudy was also essential to managing the remediation with his 15 years of experience doing this work.

Michael and Jack did a fantastic job cleaning out our pocket door area between our kitchen and great room that had mildew. We also had an A/C pan that froze and overflowed so they replaced a small amount of insulation in a crawl space. They protected all of our furniture and cleaned up after the job was complete.
Lyanelle was great to finish up with a good clean as well. Dryzone did a very professional job and I recommend them highly.
