Our pool, spa, pavers, and cage are perfect, down to every detail! They were very easy to work with and answered every question and took care of every concern we had. The pool was also built and finished on the timeline given. I would highly recommend them to build your dream pool!

I can affirm that A&E Pools is the best Pool Company In Southwest Florida! And this is why. Before engaging on such a big project of having the pool of our dreams built, we shopped around and inquired to several pool contractors with big names, and what a disappointment!!! Some would schedule a visit 2or 3 months ahead just to come discuss the scope of the project. Others just wouldn’t even consider what we had in mind. We heard a good dose of “NO”, that can’t be done!! And if we insisted, they just would come up with a price so outrageous just to force us to give up on our ideas. To us, it was very clear that our pool had to be what the contractor had in mind, to magnify their profit and simplify their job, not what we had in mind or what our dreams were. Their expectations was to have us build and pay for a pool of their own model and taste, not ours. Ely will seat with you and design in front of you and guide you on building your dream, using her excellent knowledge and expertise and professionalism to make recommendations w/o altering your dreams , much less change them. A@E makes your pools dreams come true!!
A coworker that had built his pool with A&E Pools, recommended them to me and rather than another disappointment, after our first meeting within a week of calling them, we said, what a Blessing!!! No more NO’s, no more excuses, just a plain and total disposition and commitment to work with us and to listen to us and to make it work without any compromise on quality, beauty and perfect craftsmanship….to this day after enjoying our pool for over a year, we can also celebrate not just the end product but also it’s reliability!!! I do see that all reviews only show photos of the actual pool, but I will also show photos of the actual equipment that keeps my pool running, very complex, including two pumps, two filters, heating and all the electronics that allows me to control my pool on site or remotely, not matter where I’m. Why do I bring it up? Because after 15 months, everything works like clockwork! To me reliability is very important! A&E Pools delivers that and more! Way beyond my wildest expectations!
Yes, they’ve maintaining my pool as well, all these months and they never missed on anything. Service is puntual and their level of responsibility and honesty and quality is just amazing! Once again, I feel just blessed!
During Helene and Milton hurricanes, we got lots of rain and some of my travertine pavers started to sink due to so much water, within 3 days they came over and did a magnificent job. My deck is good as new again!!! That has been my only issue, which I do think, it was to be expected. Because my travertine is heavy and sits on sand filling.
When we sit by pool and have a cup of coffee or wine and I hear the magical wonderful sound of waterfalls, I do think in silence and thank A&E Pools. I think of Ely (owner, engineer and pool designer), I think of Elio (engineer and construction manager) her brother. As a family business, I think that’s part of the secret of their success on being able to deliver an amazing business and service to the upmost level of customer satisfaction!

The project had a couple of delays given we had two hurricanes Helene and Milton; all delays were beyond A&Es control; they also want out of their way to catch back up as much as possible. We stayed on budget for the entire project and are delighted with the finished pool. I would not only recommend A&E but I would say if you don’t use them you likely won’t have the same 5 star service. A&E are dependable, focused on quality, listen to you throughout the process, keep you informed, put your satisfaction first and delivery a superior product. Simply the best pool build I’ve ever experienced! The owners are amazing , Ely and Andres . I was their first pool build in the community of Timber Creek . It was the best decision I ever made . From day 1 , I was updated and kept informed of the steps to complete my pool project. Ely, the owner, sat with her computer with various designs and models to look at so that I could choose what best fit my needs .
Starting with the first dig , the owners were on site daily to check the progress. I was kept updated every few days as to what steps came next and I was never promised something that they could not deliver . Her team is dedicated , hard working , and well experienced with building a pool .
This is a family owned business which really was important to me because they really put their heart into pleasing their customers . There is no middle man that you have to deal with. If anything ever needed to be corrected, they live up to their promise to make sure you are completely satisfied . My lanai is beautiful and my enclosed screen cage has withstood 2 major hurricanes without even a torn screen . PRICING is the BEST. They work to get you what you want without breaking the bank .
As you drive around my community , you will see that MANY residents have used A & E Pools and they are extremely happy with their choice . They offer pool cleaning service which I also use . We recently reached out to several pool companies to get estimates on a paver patio and cage. We chose A&E pools because they were prompt with their estimates and very responsive to our questions and priced competitively. Unlike many of the other contractors we contacted, A&E pools did all phases, paver patio construction, cage construction and landscaping. The entire process from start to finish took just under a month to complete. They set the expectations and delivered. We are delighted with our new outdoor living space. I can’t say enough positive things about A&E pools. Being a big ticket item, and having never owned a pool we shopped this project a lot to understand the market. We must have gotten over 6 quotes. After meeting with Ely (the owner) we felt so comfortable and knew that we would be in good hands. She walked us through every step of the process and notified us weekly of what to expect throughout the construction process. She told us that there would be water in the pool within 90 days of digging; it ended up being more like 60 days. They were efficient, the workmanship was quality, and they were very fairly priced. If you’re look to install a pool; don’t waste your time looking any further than A&E Pools.

A&E Pools just resurfaced our gunite pool and the transformation is incredible. Ely and her crew were outstanding. From the prep work to the final finish, everything was handled professionally and with attention to detail.

In terms of pricing, we did quote out several other companies and their pricing was definitely fair, not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive. Ely came out several times to walk the property and answer questions and then we went over to their “showroom” to review materials.

The project started on time. And generally stayed on schedule.

The work seems to be good quality. The pavers were done well and finished quickly. The pool looks great. They were able to add a sun deck in the deep end which makes our pool much more functional for our children.

Overall, we are very happy with the final result. We had some concerns about how well a “demo” project would come out and I do think they met or exceeded expectations.

Broken shower door repair. They were sensitive to our needs - repair vs replace because we planned to remodel. Responsive - arrived the next day, repaired in a couple of hours for a reasonable price. Now considering them for a complete bath and kitchen remodel.

They were at our place of employment within an hour from when we called for an emergency water issue. The techs went over and above by moving filing cabinets and putting them back after the carpet was dried. Would highly recommend them.

Not impressed with poor customer service. Got Dry Zone name from my condo Management company. Brad came out promptly and assured me he could start the restoration as soon as we got the corrected estimate approved by the association. Ten days later and
several emails a d voicemails to Brad, the corrected invoice was not submitted. Got a call from Brad today stating "he couldn't do the job, was too busy. I asked him why he didn't tell me that 10 days ago and wasn't able to give me a straight answer. Told me he would refer me to an "affiliate". Told Brad that the vendor was not one that the management uses. Turns out the "affiliate is not affiliated with Dry zone, but a company they pass off to when as a previous commenter noted that " the job wasn't lucrative enough. Thanks Dry Zone for setting me back 10 more days.

A very late night call, with an extremely timely response. They were in constant contact with us regarding the progress and "next steps". Always willing to answer questions, helping move dates up, very professional in every way. After all was done, they continued to contact about our satisfaction. Kept us informed about the cleanup and very timely response on a few small items that needed attention. Would highly recommend DryZone to anyone needing this type of service. Wish I could give 10 stars.

We recently experienced a flood that could have been devestating without Dry Zone's help. They immediately installed dehumidifiers that minimized the damage and made the repairs quickly and professionally. They worked with our insurance company and Homeowners' Association, and made a disaster more bearable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of flood repairs.
