I had mold in my home after being gone for only two weeks. My a/c got struck by lightning in Aug this year. I could not believe the amount of fuzz all over my stuff that fast. It was horrible. I googled Mold Fort Myers on my phone and found H2o911. They came right out. Called a company to fix my AC . They did the insurance claim for me. Cleaned my home from mold. Even my golf bag was saved. They had a testing company come in a verify I was safe to go home. This company was top notch the entire process. Thanks H2o.

Was kept informed of progress on a daily basis by Mandah who did a great job. Every aspect of the clean up was handled without a problem. Place was left perfectly clean when finished.

We were very pleased with the work done getting rid of the mold and then rebuilding our condo all while we were not here. Ted and Logan were wonderful - even going so far as to be nice to our neighbors, housekeeper and friends that stopped by. Two thumbs up from the Nissens!

The entire experience was great. Pricing was very competitive and best of all there were no surprises between the estimate and final billing. They arrived at the day and time they promised. Asbel Linares and Alex Moscovic were superior professionals. We had our carpets cleaned, our tile floors cleaned, and 7 oriental rugs picked up for cleaning. They were completely organized, which minimized the time at our home. Our rugs were done in the time they promised and Asbel and Alex delivered the clean rugs, laid down the rugs and moved all furniture back as it was. Every aspect of the job exceeded our expectations. I have already recommended you to another friend. Either for periodic floor maintenance or after an emergency, I would use H2O911 without question.

We contacted h2o911 when we realized there was a mold smell under our kitchen sink. Mr. Tom Dence came and checked out the order,verifying it was mold. He also helped us with the Insurance Co. His experience and patience was extremely helpful.
The technician ‘s were Mr Brandon DEnce and Mr. Stephen Krausz. They were pleasant and very efficient . They kept us informed of the procedure each step of the way. They were a great team working well together. We would highly recommend this company and the workers and their services.

April 2018, H20911 performed an outstanding project cleaning up the water and other issues we had in our unit from a pipe above that was leaking in another unit.
Once contacted of the problem, they arrived on time, the office personnel of Mandah and Maria are very customer service orientated, understanding, and very knowledgable which helped coordinated all the work.
Two H20911 Men, Mike and Jon arrived on time to perform the initial clean up, they explained each and every part of the work, they were very neat and like Mandah and Maria, very customer service and very respectful. Rudy the supervisor of Mike and Jon was here to ensure all went well, gave me his personal cell phone to call at any time we had questions.the entire staff at H20911 went out of their way to make my wife and Myself at ease.

Ann Maries team was very responsive to preform the water remediation at our condo. After 5 days of drying out, the rebuilding process began in earnest. We were pleased with the removal of debris and the replacement of the sheetrock and the subsequent painting.
Key personnel in the process were ted, logan,, maria and mandah. marie kept us informed of the finances, ted communicated with progress of kitchen cabinets and bath vanities. The daily progress and photo reports from mandah were precise and informative. Except for aa few snafus with deliveries and installation, the job was completed. We were very pleased with the commitment to detail every day from logan. Thanks everyone.

We are a mid size Condo Association . Our clubhouse had some major irrigation system leakage which went undetected for quite some time. Mold became a real issue when it was detected. H2O911 came and did the inspection, quoted the job, scheduled the job, did the work and left the place clean enough for us to have a Xmas party 2 days later.. The communications were excellent through out the project and we were able to keep owners and other vendors advised. I give them 5 stars and while I hope we dont have any more mold - Id be calling this company again if ever we did.

My home new home was severely damaged from faulty piping installed that a home inspection did not detect. Before I was able to move into my home my furniture and belongings were ruined.
