My air conditioner had some mold in it and they came to remove it. They cleaned the air ducts, the return vent and the condenser. They very pleasant and did a great job. They even painted some of the vents after washing and cleaning them. I definitely recommend this company. 10 stars!!!

I cant express enough how impressed I am with H2O911. They have gone above my expectations.

The mold clean up and rebuild work was all done with me living out of state. Nevertheless, the daily updates that included pictures made me feel as if I was on site.

Phone calls and emails were answered same day.

After all the clean up construction the condo looks better than ever! Even putting items back on the shelving exactly where they originally were!

On Sunday August 19 2018 we arrived at our condo to find water flowing out from under our front door.

Inside we found water covering most of the floor and water running out of our water heater.

We called H2O 911 immediate as we have used their services in the past.

They responded within two hours and begin vacuuming up water removing base boards and hauling in driers and dehumidifiers.

The first response and subsequent work done by this Company was extraordinary.

Highly recommend.

You never want to deal with mold, but if you do, you want someone you know is going to do a good job. H2O911 was very easy to work with, with strong communication throughout, and making sure I understood each step through the process. Julio did a great job with all the work, being very thorough and ensured it was done with the highest of quality.

The worst experience I ever had! To this day I still have nightmares of dealing with this company due to a flood in my home! They indicated in there repairs to be made to my insurance company we’re never done and after turning over the check from the insurance company because the check was made out to me, my mortgage company (Northern Trust in Naples, Fl - they signed off) and turned the check to H2O 911 - they took their good ole time to do the work and took advantage of my insurance company in that the work they claimed needed repaired wasn’t done! When I asked “they said” oh we didn’t need to replace once the work began! Begging them weekly when would someone from their company come and work! Nothing! And, my water damage wasn’t from a storm, but a pipe broke and pumped 10” of water throughout my entire home! I cringe when I think of my experience and would hate to have someone else go through the same experience! BEWARE!!!!

Great customer service from H2O911. Within 24 hours of reaching out to them they were able to come by and review the extent of the mold issue. They had me on their schedule within a week and the quote of a 3 day job ended up only taking 2 days. I worked with Geoff and Mandah the most and all of them couldn't be more helpful or friendly. Mandah was always in touch (either via email or phone) to let me know the status of my job request. And the best part was getting the "all clear" report at the end. I would highly recommend H2O911. H2O-911 did a great job removing the mold in our kitchen, they were timely, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. Kristof worked hard everyday, setting up the containment area, carefully removing appliances, tearing out cabinets, drywall, insulation, studs, and electrical wiring.

The rest of the team, Alex, Annamarie, and Rudy were great as well, making sure we understood the procedures. Even Mandah was assigned as our concierge, and she emailed everyday with pictures and a progress summary!

I’ve been in property management for many years and highly recommend Dryzone/H2o911 Restoration for disaster cleanup. I have worked with Shannon for almost 10 years. She has always proven to be courteous, dependable, and knowledgeable with her job. The Concierge department is great-Mandah is very helpful to send welcome letters, updates and pictures to keep me in the loop. I’ve met Tommy and Rudy on multiple jobs and they were not only helpful to me but also my owners. I like the fact this company is able to do the job from start to finish and will I not hesitate to recommend them.

From start to finish, this Company was AMAZING! The crew arrived at our home shortly after we called them with our flood crisis at our home. Mandah was so attentive from the get go .... what a personality she has & as concierge of the Company, she is PERFECT at her job!

Then came Julio & Alex who worked so professionally at water extraction, removing all of our damaged items. Hauled everything away, & cleaned up the disaster beautifully! They came to our home on & off for about a week — checking on their equipment, took the time to answer questions & made us feel so comfortable in knowing that all of our problems were solved!

What a dream team! This company is 100% buttoned up, & we would recommend them to anyone!

I called several companies for mold inspection. this is the only company was willing to accommodate my tenant after hours appointment. Rudy is extremely knowledgeable, prepared and professional. Based on my experience I strongly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

We had the carpets in three rooms cleaned by H2O911. The technician, Alex, did a wonderful job for us. He was polite and efficient and it was obvious he cared for the work he was doing. He was careful to protect the corners of walls and cabinets from the hoses and when done left us with carpets looking great. I would certainly use H2O911 in the future.

We very much appreciate the hard work of Mike Henderson and those that worked with him as they recently removed water damaged materials from our house. Mike was always very nice and professional. He was always willing to explain things to us and answer all of our questions. Mike and his team were very detailed, thorough and worked very hard. All the other staff we dealt with were also very helpful and professional. We would not hesitate to use H2O 911 again if needed.

We have used H2O911 a few times and have always been pleased with their professionalism and their work. This time Julio (tear-down) and Ted (rebuild) were the main people who worked on the job. I recently had Dry Zone come to my residence to deal with water damage from major water pipe breakage. The team came out very quickly on a Saturday night and immediately dealt with the damage. The team came out multiple times over the next week to monitor the situation and add additional equipment as needed. Very pleased with the entire team. Would definitely use Dry Zone again.

Thank you to Jack and Alex for great work, decontaminating our air conditioner and duct work after mold was discovered. Punctual, polite, professional and really nice people. They did a great job and we will not hesitate to use Dry Zone again in the future should the need arise.
