I met Bob Tolson from Resolute Roofing on our 5th day of being without power after Hurricane Milton. He had been recommended by a neighbor and after realizing I had roof damage from Milton, which added to my "Hurricane PTSD", I needed resolution fast!

Bob was not only prompt for our appointment, but quickly gave me a sense that all is not lost! He took his time walking around the house with me, discussing all the options I had, but more so, right away, I could tell this guy knew his stuff!

In no time at all, with many resources at his disposal, he presented a comprehensive plan for a roof replacement and fortunately, my insurance carrier agreed that a replacement was indeed necessary. Bob worked closely with my claims adjuster and within 3 weeks I had my new, beautiful roof!

The Resolute team was both professional and respectful and were able to do the entire job in one day! Bob then followed up with me many times to make sure I was satisfied with all services of Resolute Roofing, even taking personal time and equipment to clean out my pool from residual debris!

I am totally grateful to Bob Tolson and Resolute Roofing and have and will continue to recommend this fine company to my friends and neighbors!

After the hurricane being newer I was introduced to Resolute… the sales team Lynda and Frank were great. They were responsive and informative.

New roof looks fantastic and done within days. Next up is the new gutters. Easy company to deal with and very responsive.

About 1 year ago, Resolute was recommended to me to look into my AC ductwork. I made an appointment and no one showed. I gave it a few weeks, then contacted Resolute again who sent someone out. The employee was great, on time, and gave good info. We decided to wait to see if the changes made to the AC would help, and was told he would call back in a few months for follow up. Here we are, months later and not a word... Again

A week ago I sent Resolute an email to get a quote for roof repair....no reply. I called, set up an appointment on the phone, and received a call back a few hours later from the employee that would be coming. I provided him info on the repair request, set up a quote time
He tried to upsell me for about 5 minutes, no big deal, I can tune that out.

A few days later on appointment day... Yet another no show. I called the office and left a message. I received a call back the next day saying the message was received, the office would find out who was supposed to show, and I'd receive a call back....still no call.

That's 2 for 2. With ALL the roofing company options out there, it may be worth checking with a different company.

I had a few other companies come out and all of them determine this small repair (or so I thought) actually would need to be (or advised best) a full roof replacement due to the age of the roof and preexisting damage.

Could have been an easy sell/job for a Resolute.

The employees seme to be nice, but I just can't get them to my home for quotes/repairs.

I contracted Resolute Roofing to replace my roof after Hurricane Ian. Nick C. was my sales rep and was very knowledgeable and upfront with everything. Very clear and responsive with communication. Gave me an estimate for shingles and metal roofing. Offered a reasonable rate and did a very professional job. My first time replacing a roof and it was a pleasant experience. The entire process was efficient and on time from the drop off of the materials to the finishing of installation. I would certainly use them again when needed and will recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair or replace.

My roof is gorgeous. Justin & Leah did a wonderful job organizing with my strict timeline. The workers were professional, thorough & clean. I highly recommend this company. Incredible experience working with Bob Tolan at Resolute Roofing! One of the homes I had on the market was set to close in 2 weeks, and to our dismay, we discovered roofing damage. I called about 10 roofers, and all were 2-4 weeks out and wouldn't give me the time of day. I was finally able to connect with Bob, who, by the way, was busy but was kind enough to come out and assess the damages.
He was professional, kind courteous, and most importantly, he followed through by SHOWING UP and following through with his word ( everyone knows that showing up and your word are the keys to success)

Amazing company, they installed my entire roof in only two days. They showed up on time and work at a very fast pace both days. They communicated with me at all times and asked for my feedback in regards to the work performed. At the end of each day they clean up all the surroundings extremely well. The company is very professional and I highly recommended.

Greg was Resolute Roofing’s contact for us. Everything was completed as promised. We have damage to both Roofs from hurricane Ian. We fought insurance, mortgage company, and finally got a check in January 2024 that the holding company for mortgage company kept until Mar. They completed the roofs in Dec and did not get paid until then. They were professional professional courteous clean the jobsite every day to come only three days to do both roofs and gutters and they are perfect. Would recommend to anyone. After Hurricane Ian I met Dean Turner of Resolute Roofing. It was that time after a major Hurricane when you meet a multitude and variety of debris removal services, contractors, roofers etc. To me, working with people you can trust was my first concern followed closely by quality and post installation support. Being a Veteran myself learning Resolute is a veteran owned company gave me an expectation I would be dealing with honest straight forward people. My expectations are now reality. We now have a beautiful new Decra metal roof. The removal of the damaged tiles crew and new installation crew worked hard as teams and were respectful of the property. Tearing off an old roof and installing a new one is not an easy or overnight process, nor is getting much done quickly after a major Hurricane. Going through the post hurricane reroofing environment with an experienced company like Resolute and Dean I’m glad with did and would highly recommend.
