I quoted six roofing companies and I went with Resolute Roofing, for a number of reasons. #1..Justin Broome was our consultant, most professional, knowledgeable and service oriented I have come across. He was with us from start to finish, and on the job as well, responsive and kept his word on all commitments. Resolute's roof workers were the hardest workers I've ever encountered, thorough and extremely neat at the end of each day. The workmanship was exemplary; we were not nickel and dimed. They gave us a quote for the entire scope of work and didn't deviate. Their word is good!!! Price for the size of our home was fair and within the middle of pack. Their products and weatherproofing were exceptional, not builder grade. I couldn't recommend any other Roofing company and I a HARD GRADER. Thank you Justin and workers. Ask for Justin Broome, he's your man!!! :)

Resolute Roofing just completed the replacement of my 7,000 SF tile roof with a sand colored Novatik Roman stone-coated metal roof. They also replaced my skylights and repaired some plywood damage. We worked with Jonny Uzzel and he was great to work with. We had a dispute with our insurance company over storm damage, and he recommended an attorney who helped us with our claim. They had 16 workers on site to remove the tile quickly so we were not inconvenienced by the work. Workers were very professional and were careful not to damage any landscape, A/C units, or other exterior structures. A separate crew did the metal roof installation, and they were great to work with. As a building contractor who has not worked with metal roofs, I had a lot of questions on the installation. Jonny and the crew were very helpful in explaining how the installation was being done. I was not happy with the wind damage to my tile roof even though they were installed for a design wind speed of 160 mph. I am impressed with the metal roof installation and can see how it will stand up to the wind better than tile.

We first contacted Resolute when we were experiencing leaks with our tile roof. Resolute was very helpful both in terms of a timely response to our repair needs and with the actual repairs. Ultimately, after the last hurricane, we determined that it was best to hire Resolute to install a new roof.

We are very pleased with our new roof, as well as the entire process from quoting through installation. We also appreciate the referrals for other tradespeople for other work that we needed to be done.

Brian, Nathanial, and the rest of the Resolute team were great to work with, and we have recommended Resolute to our neighbors.

Best experience with a business I have had in years! Resolute Roofing was professional, courteous and truthful. They keep us informed at all times. Materials arrived on Monday and workers on Wednesday and the entire job was completed on Friday including cleanup. The workers were on time and hard working and very nice. Very happy with my new metal roof. Moved into my new house knowing it was going to need a lot of work including replacing the roof and Nick was super easy to work with, the crew was clean and respectful and got the job done in a timely manner. Working with Resolute Roofing was an absolute pleasure. After having endured Hurricanes Irma and Ian, we had developed a negative view towards disreputable storm chasing construction companies in the Florida market. We, and other neighbors, had been taken advantage of by other companies during previous storms. After significant damage to the roof during one of the storms, we needed to do a complete roof replacement. Resolute Roofing restored our faith that there are actually reputable companies looking to do quality work and focus on the customers and their needs. Price was reasonable compared to other contractors who had a wide range of estimates. When there were personnel changes at Resolute just as the project was beginning, executive management stepped in immediately to ensure the success of the project. We had a very positive experience with this roofer. We had to replace our three-year-old roof due to hail damage. Resolute Roofing did everything they said they would do in the time frame they promised. Our contact, Jacob Summerhill, answered all questions promptly and we had excellent communication with him throughout the project, which included working with our insurer, a public adjuster, and our mortgage company. It was quite a process, but Jacob helped us navigate it. Pricing and payment deadlines were clearly explained and reasonable. The crew completed the roof in one day as promised. They were friendly and cleaned up well. One roofer even went into the retention pond behind our house to remove a piece of the plastic used to protect our house that had blown into the water. They did an excellent job of protecting our AC unit (which we had forgotten to turn off during the tear off as advised) with plywood. We were very pleased and feel they went the extra mile and did a good job.

We couldn't be happier with the work completed by Resolute Roofing and Jonny Uzzel was really great to work with. From start to finish they demonstrated reliability and professionalism and Jonny did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process. They showed up exactly when they said they would. I was impressed by how carefully they protected our pool, landscaping, driveway, and surrounding areas. They laid down tarps, including over the pool, and took great care to ensure our property wasn't damaged while removing the old roof. They also did a thorough cleanup, removing all debris and materials.

The quality of workmanship was excellent, and their attention to detail really showed. It's clear this is a company that takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers' experience.

I just had one of the best experience every with Resolute Roofing! I schedule an appointment for a consult for a new metal roof and Justin showed up right on time, he went over all the different options and made the whole process so easy. From start to finish he was there and answered our never ending questions with a smile. The team came and the whole process only took 3 days, they did the best job installing and cleaning up!!! Very recently my roof needed replacement thanks to Hurricane Milton. I had the pleasure of meeting Justin from Resolute Roofing over the phone as I was out of state, although a friend met him in person until I could return to Hillsborough County, Florida. I am very impressed with the customer service and professionalism shown by both Justin and Travis. I was kept informed every step of the way and no question was too dumb on my part. They worked with my insurance company which was a big relief and gave me peace of mind. The process from beginning of signing, to their obtaining permits to completion was about six weeks which was November to a new roof for Christmas! The materials were delivered on a Friday and the work crew came the following Monday. They were a no-nonsense, efficient group who worked tirelessly until the job was complete by end of day. I am very impressed with the work ethic. I can't say enough about the top-notch quality of work, attention to detail, professionalism, follow-up and kindness I encountered. Back in March, a storm came through Louisville and I experienced several roof leaks. A friend of mine, Linda, recommended I contact Resolute Roofing. She began working with the company in 2021, and since Resolute was already operating in the Louisville area at the time, I decided to move forward with them.
They inspected my roof in May. The salesman walked the roof and confirmed there was sufficient storm damage to file an insurance claim. During the claim review, it was discovered that a significant amount of wood decking needed to be replaced due to rot. This caused delays, but once the desk adjuster approved the wood replacement, the full roof replacement was approved and eventually completed.
Overall, I am satisfied with the finished roof.. I also provided several referrals. While some resulted in completed roofs, there were other referrals I passed along that were never followed up on, and I was never updated.
After my roof was completed, I informed my friend Linda. She shared that although she helped generate business for the company over several years, she did not receive commission on the last roof when the homeowner had already sent payment. I understand she no longer works for the company, but this raised concerns for me regarding how commissions are handled.
In summary, I like the quality of the roof and appreciate the outcome of the project, but I do have reservations about communication practices and internal integrity based on what I experienced and what I was told.

We just had a metal roof put on by Resolute Roofing. They were absolutely fantastic!! they were here every day on time, extremely professional, cleaned up every day before leaving, had a foreman watch the job and did a perfect job. The roof is beautiful, and they were also competitive with their pricing. The sales rep we had, Justin was fabulous!!! He kept us up to date with everything they were doing and also came out to check the job every day. The customer service is outstanding with Resolute Roofing and Justin both. I got to connect with Resolute Roofing through Better Business Bureau as I was looking to find a reputable company to replace my 19 years old roof in Fort Myers area.
Now, BBB has this nice feature where they get you in touch with several companies from the area, at the same time.
Jonny Uzzel from Resolute Roofing replyed to me first, in not longer than ten minutes after, which I found to be quite amazing!
I told him what I was looking for, he listened and very soon he came back with three detailed quality/price offers for me.
Jonny struck me from the very begining by being extremely knowledgeable, honest and transparent. He allowed me to take my time and take a good look at his offers, with no pressure, whatsoever!
Later that day and the next I got a couple of other estimates from other great companies from the area, quite similar in price and quality.
