We had some last-minute scheduling issues due to unexpected Airbnb bookings, but Brian and Robert were incredibly accommodating. They worked with us to adjust the schedule, ensuring the work didn’t disturb our guests during their stay.

Brian, the Sales Director, was absolutely outstanding. In an industry where quick responses are rare, he replied to every question immediately—literally unheard of these days! He kept us fully informed every single step of the way: from the initial plans and timeline, to securing the necessary permits, all the way through completion. His communication was clear, proactive, and made the whole experience stress-free.
The installation team, including Abel and Bonafasio, was equally impressive. They worked incredibly quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The job was done professionally, cleanly, without any shortcuts.

Rodrigo does great work. He did lanai repair, added a laver bed, and installed underground drains from my gutter. His wife, Maray, has incredible communication, answers questions, gives suggestions, and keeps you up to date on their scheduling. Highly recommend.

I recently had my landscaping around the back lanai ripped out, except for a palm in the corner. They arrived promptly, reviewed what I wanted and so they began. Great guys, neat, clean, and accommodating. Rodrigo's workmanship and knowledge is superior. The end result was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks me. Couple neighbors had him come over and give an estimate not knowing the result of my project and who he is.

Our experience with Primeserv was outstanding. They did a great job explaining each step, provided good advice and kept to their schedule ... all in all a very good experience. Maray and Rodrigo make a great team!!

Reece gave us the highest price of four companies. In one case, it was four times the price. When I questioned that, they tried to tell me their product was that much better. After installing another company’s product and being extremely satisfied, we realized how much we were being misled. This company is very unethical and should not be in the business of selling any product. Buyer beware! Also would talk smack about all their competitors! Who does that?? Also blocked me on social media, so I couldn’t give my opinion and spread the word. I will continue to spread the word, so no one else gets screwed out of their hard earned money!!

They send very nice guys to replace whatever you buy, The workers are very pleasant they do the work as fast as they can and clean up after themselves, you don’t even know they weee there Except C and what you bought
