I would like to give unique pavers a five star . After his work was all done he came out to see if there’s anything that he could do to make anything better or if I had any problems with the work. There wasn’t much to do because he did such great work. We found a few minor things that we saw after he came out to look and he’s going to fix those things tomorrow .What a great company that cares about their work and wants to make you happy. Unique Pavers did a great job putting in the pavers in my driveway and walkway with little disruption of our everyday actives. They removed and haul away the concert driveway one day, laid the sand base and then did the pavers in one day. I would highly recommend Unique Pavers Design for the work they have accomplished.

I called 1 time and the owner answered the phone. HUGE Plus in SWFL. Meet at his office that day and had my paver ordered the next day plus the owner thought ahead and said, hold on - let me see what they have in stock. Next day the owner had a young lady from his office to come out to the property for measurement's. Prompt service - must be to good to be true. When we were ready for paver's on our new pool deck; the owner and his crew had them down within 2 weeks. If, you know anything about construction in SWFL that's pretty remarkable. Anyways, very happy with the service and completed work.. Oh - and the owner called a week later to follow up.

This is one of the worst experiences of my life and have to leave one star but deserves no stars. My husband and I got 10 quotes to do pavers for a tiny back yard (small patio) and driveway pavers earlier this year. Unique Pavers Design (Mike) was the most communicative in the beginning, ensure that the job will be done by him and his team and that this will be a smooth project. The total project was $20k - on par with how the other estimates came in so we went with UPD based on our gut that they were the most interested and they would get the jobs done efficiently and on time. As most things go with city approvals, it took time to get the paperwork in place. 4+ months. Once the date was locked in, UPD came in with a team installed the pavers, but never told us that the driveway could not go through all the way to the end. The sidewalk was owned by the city and would need to be filled in by them once the inspection came through and was approved. When we called the City of Fort Myers, they told us the inspection failed twice. We've been back and forth with UPD and finally had them come out to dig so that the concrete can be completed and our driveway can be accessible. The inspection passed and UPD is no where to be found. Jobs are on delay because of weather, but we've spoken to other contractors and the city that this is consistent with the feedback they've heard on this company. We are talking about a 1 hour project (if that) to fill the sidewalk so our driveway can be completed and functional. Additionally, since they've shared with us that this would be a quick job because of how small it was, I've left my car in the garage. We've been stranded with 1 car. Not only is there a half foot divot at the end of our driveway creating a safety hazard for anyone who walks on the side walk near our property, the city of fort myers has called and complained to them to fix this or put up pedestrian re direct. If you want a company that is efficient, communicates clearly and effectively and will not rob you for your time - look elsewhere as we are still without accessibility to a functioning driveway on our property. There is nothing unique or effective about this company besides marketing.

In June, I reported to UPD several spots where the pavers were settling oddly. The border of my driveway leading to my front door looks like an accordion and is causing a trip hazard. As of today, I have been unsuccessful in locking down a date on which the situation will be resolved. The timeliness of the response is unsatisfactory.

We had a sidewalk collapse from Hurricane Ian, Mike and his crew came out within 2 days of calling Unique Pavers! They did an amazing job of fixing the sidewalk! Thanks Mike!

Both my lanai was upgraded from concrete with pavers along with my driveway and walkway to from door. Love the way they’ve turned out. We also realized some months later that a few pavers had defects so we contacted Mike Cullen (owner) who reacted quickly and got replacements for us. Check out some of his work or come visit.
