Our situation was considered 911, we had experience with two of Mister Sparky’s licensed electrical technicians. Smith Celestin started the job, and Steven Pacheco finished the job. They were at our home from 10:00am-7:00pm, and worked non-stop and completed their service with no hesitation. They were knowledgeable , and explained in detail what the job entailed. They showed up to first assess the job, and had all the necessary material on hand. We are extremely pleased, and highly recommend this company, Steven and Smith.

Luis and his team did an excellent job in repairing my wellhead electrical and all the connections outside and in the garage. Very extensive work done on a Sunday. Luis has Superior knowledge of electrical work and did a fabulous job of explaining all of the process to me. I cannot think Luis and his team enough. Five stars kudos!

Yasser was very professional, punctual, and transparent with the estimate. He clearly explained the work that needed to be done, listened carefully to my preferences and concerns, and made sure I fully understood each step before proceeding. I highly recommend him!

Had new electric panel installed on a Friday as a result of their miswiring of my well pump I've been without water ever since.It's now Monday I'm being told the soonest a crew can come out will be between 6pm and 11:59pm and will be charged for the emergency service call. Sat on hold for extended period of time just to get them to come back and fix their mistakes. Very uncooperative people answering the phone in Ft Myers office. I can not believe paying 12k+ and this is how I'm being treated. I would not recommend this company and will be looking into legal action for making me go without water for 4 days now. It's now been week and 4 days had to pay an extra $1000 to have 240v service installed at pump house. They burned up original pump so I bought new pump which they came out n told me they couldn't figure out why the pump wasn't working correctly n left. That pump burned up. So I bought another new pump in which they came out n realized they had new pump running through 2 pressure switches enter the excuses. It's the switches it's the pressure tanks n left. Another new pump, pressure switches, n pressure tanks installed. Only to discover it needed 240v service enter the extra $1000 on top of the $12k I already paid. Ridiculously over priced service and parts I would not use this company ever again especially when I found out I could've had all of this done for half that price. Live and learn people get at least 3 quotes before hiring any contractors to do any work at your home.

Garrett is providing Outstanding service. He fixed our outdoor lighting efficiently and went above and beyond by thoroughly checking all the breakers. Very knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. I would definitely hire him again.

Trevor came on time and let me know ahead of time his arrival time. He told me up front my cost. He installed the smoke detectors quickly and took care of a problem I had with a previous installation and made sure that cost was credited to this bill.

Fort Myers office. Rugar and Jonathan provided terrific service in my Cape Coral condo. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly; professional from start to finish. Both gentlemen explained what was needed and provided the necessary electrical work in a timely manner. We have used Mr. Sparky in the past and will continue do so in the future when necessary.

I had a GFI outlet issue that I was afraid would be too small a job to draw any attention. But after booking my appointment online (super-fast and easy)I got followup communications to confirm . They showed up on time, gave me the estimate, got my approval, and were finished within the hour. Special shoutout to my tech Garrett, who managed to be professional and personable at the same time, not easy to do. He searched for any discounts that might apply to me, and took the time to both explain what he was doing, and suggestions about some preventative measures I could think about. Logical things, I didn't view it as an upscale pitch at all. Kudos to the whole team.

I have been relying on Mister Sparky’s services for a few years. All but one employee have been very kind, courteous and professional. Today I had the pleasure of meeting a technician by the name of Nathan that has gone above and beyond all. Nathan showed commitment to getting the job done with care and attention to detail. Nathan was kind to communicate his availability and arrival time. If and when services are needed in the future, we look forward to working with him again.

Nathan Awis was the electrician sent to do work at my home. He was very thorough explaining his oversight of what we have for electrical outlets and circuit control. His work was done very efficiently. Highly recommended!

Ruger, Angel, and Kavan did an amazing job with my electrical panel. I got a new meter main, upgraded panel, and they supported me as I upgraded the sheathing outside my house. Very detailed oriented and helpful. 10/10 recommend! Professional, kind, and communicated thoroughly!

Well, got some quotes. For a ceiling light and light switch install. Right around tech arrival my a/c breaker popped too (unit 1 year old or less). So he tested that to be able to quote, and said he was 100% sure a new power line needed to be ran out to the ac unit. It wasn’t far, but quoted about $3,100 , and said if i wanted to go under ground even more money. After i saw that amount quoted, again i asked specifically are you sure it's not something else in the a/c unit itself; like the capacitor? (Since he never looked at the ac). He said he was 100% sure it was between the ac breaker and the main breaker. He was 100% confident after quickly using his tools that the wire underneath ground was probably corroded or shorting out. I said I’ll call the a/c installer first to see if the wiring underground is under warranty. Some days later, Ac guy came out, and boom within 2 minutes; capacitor issue. Capacitor swapped out and everything is working. Disappointed because it was a stressful couple of days for us, right before Christmas i thought i had to shell out 3K+ on simple line to get air. Pardon the pun, but not cool. Probably a great company. But not for me.

Garrett was very professional and was very honest. He gave me options that fit my budget and carefully explained the work that was needed. Highly recommend using mister sparky for my electrical needs.

Called Mr Sparky because smoke detector/CO2 alarm was chirping. They were prompt to answer the phone and scheduled a same day service call.

The technician unplugged the alarm and confirmed it had gone beyond its useful like. The cost to unplug and plug in a new alarm was more than $400. While I appreciated how quickly they came out and that they had the replacement on the truck, the $400 charge for a 10 minute fix was excessive. I will not be a repeat customer.

Nathan did a fabulous job putting up our ceiling fan. Nathan showed up on time and was very polite. We use Mister Sparky and they always do a super good job.

I wanted to share my experience today. I had an amazing person name Nathan representing Mister Sparky he came out today and installed a transfer generator plug for my new portable generator and a couple items. He was very intuitive about the work he completed today at my home. Explain all the steps that entail in the installation and assisted me with General knowledge concerning my portable generator set up. He was on time today and very efficient, friendly, and patient with the install. He is a very kind individual and I felt very confident, if I have to call Mr Sparky again I will and request Nathan It’s individuals like him who represent there employers who deserve customer service awards for their outstanding professionalism and courtesy to their customers.

This ended up being a large, unexpected job plus we added on other issues that had been previously identified. The electricians who came out to do this job numbered 4, Yasser, Luis, Owen & Dayron. Yasser identified our issues promptly and estimated the job utilizing military discount and The Power Club which ended up saving us a substantial amount. Luis was the lead electrician on the job and stayed here throughout the entire 3 day project. They were all polite, very professional, knowledgeable, ready to answer any & all questions-- encouraging us to ask about any phase of the job. They kept us advised on their progress throughout the job.

Frank replaced a few of my circuit breakers last Thursday, and also offered a price for replacing all breakers and adding surge protection. I decided the next day to go ahead with the full upgrade. Angel came on Monday to complete the install of the remaining breakers and installed the surge protector. Both gentlemen were friendly, informative and completed their jobs in a fast and efficient manner. I will call Mister Sparky again when I have electrical needs.
