I can’t say enough good things about Kerwins and Angel from Mr. Sparky Electrician Service! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. What really stood out to me was their honesty and integrity.

They took the time to assess the job thoroughly and, to my surprise, found a way to complete the work faster, easier, and for less money than originally quoted. And changed out my panel That kind of transparency and customer care is rare these days — and I truly applaud them for it.

They didn't just do a great job — they went above and beyond. It was clear they weren’t just there to finish the job, but to do it right and look out for my best interest. I genuinely feel blessed to have had them handle my electrical issue.

They came right out and did an amazing job. Frank diagnosed the problem, showing me everything. Then set his crew up with exactly what they needed to do. The crew of Liandy, Jonathan and Dayrom did the job in a very professional manner, to my satisfaction . Five stars all the way!

From the time I contacted the company through the time the work was completed my experience was excellent. Ruger was professional and knowledgeable, patient with his explanation and thorough with his work. I am completely satisfied.

So I wanted a 240V electrical outlet added to my garage and called Mr. Sparky for service. The technician showed up and I showed him what I need to get done. He asked to see my meter and I showed him that it was updated. He then proceeded to tell me about a job that he had been on that a surge messed up someone’s refrigerator and he began to show me pictures on his cell phone. I said that has nothing to do with my house as my house is updated with the electrical I just need the outlet put in under the panel. He then asked if he could go into my house and look at my smoke detector I told him no you do not need to enter my house you need to be in the garage. He then said if he could go inside and sit around the table so he could get my estimate ready. I also told him no you can go in your truck or you could write on a deep freeze that I have in the garage. I have no idea why he wanted to enter my house. He then quoted me an estimate to put in one electrical outlet $1250. I said you are crazy. I am not paying that. Could you give me a breakdown. He told me that he added two surge protectors, one for the refrigerator and one for the air conditioning unit. Now everyone knows you only need one surge protector for the entire panel. So this company is definitely trying to upsell you. I told him I am OK. I don’t need his service. He then told me that he could take the surge protectors off and it would be $998 and I could be put on a payment plan. I asked him to leave. This company is shady, I believe that if I was elderly or had no idea about electrical work, he would try to sell me a new meter. Beware.

Garrett was great on time and understood the process. Best price to install a Tesla charger. I was quoted much higher from other companies. Plus the 6 companies I contacted only 2 actually returned calls.
Luis the Electrician came out and completed the job to perfection. Luis and his apprentice was on time and cleaned up once finished.
I highly recommend Mr Sparkey.

Trevor was very fast, knowledgeable and friendly, saved us a ton of money on an outlet upgrade when other companies were quoting us 3x as much to do unnecessary work. Explained all parts of the process and made sure we knew what he was doing. Everything is working perfectly and all installations look great. Definitely recommend!

We had an electrical outage and needed help immediately. They were here within a few hours! Ruger listened and asked questions with a true concern to help us and fix the problem. He accessed the problems and presented several options for our review to not only repair the immediate problem but options the were proactive to prevent further issues. Ruger and his coworker were thorough and very knowledgeable. They completed everything agreed to quickly and left our home in better condition than how they found it!! Eric arrived as scheduled and promptly assessed a few installations that we wanted and provided options for us. He was very personable and polite during the service call. Eric frequently checked on our preferences during the installations so that we would be completely satisfied, which we are! Eric took great care in handling our items and avoiding any damage to our home. We are very pleased with Eric’s work and how our installations look. This is our first time using Mr. Sparky but, we would not hesitate using them again for future electrical work!

We could not have been more pleased with the professional and quick response to our electrical problem. Angel did excellent work installing our new electrical panel and surge protector. He was friendly, courteous and professional, and we will definitely use Angel and Mr. Sparky again if we need electrical work.

Dayron, Yasser and Steven did a great job! Very diligent, knowledgeable and hardworking. They did not even take a break! The 3 went above and beyond to explain things and double and triple checked the work done. You are lucky to have these 3 individuals working for your company. Will highly recommend!

Fantastic job by Yassen and Luis (Davila) from Mister Sparky to get my electrical outlets on my lanai back in working condition. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, came up with a solution, gather the necessary parts and fix the problem all within a few hours. Additionally, they installed a whole house surge protector which gives some piece of mind that this issue won’t happen again.

We paid over $2,300 for electrical work completed on February 17, 2026, and the outcome has been extremely disappointing.
The appointment began well with Technician Garrett Burr, who explained the work clearly. We were told he would return to complete it. Instead, another technician arrived without proper communication and appeared unfamiliar with the job details.
He did not wear floor savers, left debris behind, and provided minimal explanation during the service. The quality of the installation was unacceptable: a light fixture not flush with the ceiling, crooked and loose outlets, and a breaker replaced with a different type, raising legitimate safety concerns.
Mr. Sparky advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee, including statements that if technicians fail to wear floor savers or clean up, you do not pay. That standard was clearly not met.
I contacted the company by phone and email to seek resolution and was promised a callback from the branch manager. I never received a call, and no resolution has been offered.
At this point, I am documenting the issues thoroughly and exploring next steps to ensure this matter is addressed appropriately. I had hoped for accountability and a straightforward resolution, but that has not been the case.

Lost my power on a Sunday night around 4pm. Showed up hours later (maybe 9) which I completely understand it’s after hours on a Sunday. So I paid a fee just to have them come out, no problem. The problem was that I was told in order to restore my power that night (AC, etc) in my individual unit that I needed to replace the “main breaker” on the outside of my condo building. Fair enough, sure - but was quoted $1,600+. I asked is there any other option, in which he replied no. Problem is he lied. He never even tried to put my tripped breaker back in the “on” position. Once I did, guess what? Yep - power was restored… Thank god I did not pay that ungodly amount. Oh and to top it off he didn't even screw the entire front back on the main breaker that he had to remove to see. I get that these techs are commission based but come on … just don’t lie to clients and maybe they’ll call you again for future needs. I got the main breaker replaced weeks later for good maintenance by another company for $300.. Personally I won’t be using Mister Sparky again & will let others know it’s basically a con job. Very sad since I was referred by a family member whom is also not returning as a client.

The work by this company has been outstanding! Yasser, Liandy, Dayron, and Jonathan are true professionals in every way. I was treated with respect and courtesy. The work that needed to be done was explained to me clearly and all my questions promptly answered. The crew went right to work when they arrived and continued steadily until the job was done. They kindly offered to help put furniture back and cleaned up before leaving. I will certainly use Sparky again when needed. Thanks again to Yasser, Liandy, Dayron and Jonathan.

I had them install 2 fans. The technician was really nice and did a great job. He went above and beyond, and even put a new switch in since our old one was not compatible with the new fan. Pricing was good. Very happy with the service!

I had a great experience with my electrician repairing the water heater circuit. Nathan was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issue was and how it would be fixed. The work was done efficiently and safely, and everything was left clean and in perfect working order. It’s a relief to find someone reliable and honest! Thanks for staying late.

Owen did a great job, everything works perfectly. I would definitely call Mr Sparkey again if I needed any electrical work. Price was higher than I thought it would be but they were also very prompt and professional. You get what you pay for.
