We had a great experience with Certified Heating and Cooling today. Dave evaluating our heating/cooling system problems professionally. He throughly explained what the issues were and addressed them effectively. Dave was knowledgeable and trustworthy. We would recommend Dave and Certified Heating & Cooling to others in Naples without hesitation.

Certified replaced a mis-matched 14 year old system in my home and laid out how they were going to change the system’s duct work for better performance. Overall they did a great job between Chris planning the job out and the crew coming in and knocking it out in one day. They stayed late until the job was complete which is rare to find these days. So far the house is cool and everything is going well. I recommend them for their efforts to produce a custom product for your hvac needs.

Cesar was wonderful. He knew what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable about all things in the maintenance of my AC unit. He was especially polite and answered all my questions. I never felt he tried to sell me something I did not need. I renewed my 2 visit maintenance contract because of his attention to excellence in his service. My new contract was slightly over $200 dollars

The technician arrived as scheduled. The home comfort advisor followed shortly after. Both men were professional and knowledgeable. All possible options were discussed and a return service appointment was scheduled for just a few days following. So far things are going very well and I see no reason why this impression should change. Replacement was the chosen path for us, never inexpensive but all costs seem fair.

I was very impressed with the five star service I received from certified heating and cooling! I had a problem with my HVAC system at my business. They came right away. The owner, Chris came out and assess the situation. They were able to start the job the following day and finished within two days. They were able to get me back up and running quickly. The technicians, Roger, Hector, and Austin were prompt, professional and polite. They did a great job! Chris came back to check their work. He even helped me do some touchup painting. I highly recommend certified heating and cooling!

Service technician Nick was polite, professional and got the job done in a timely manor. Kept us informed about the problem with the A/C unit and explained the solutions to get us up and running again. It was a pleasure having him take care of our system and he certainly knows his stuff!! We’re now cool & happy!!

He gave me great recommendations,some immediate fixes and some helpful tips for keeping things running smoothly. The maintenance was done with real care. He was very Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

He’s knowledgable in the field and takes pride in his work. He thoroughly serviced both my units pristinly, explained everything and answered all my questions. My experience with this company has been excellent. The technicians, Hector Santiago and Brett Erler, very punctual in their arrival time are a very professional team. I truly recommend them because they are certified technicians with a lot of experience. They explain everything in detail, including how to maintain your air conditioner. They clean up everything and leave everything spotless; you don't have to do anything. They take care of everything, and that speaks volumes about them and their work. They installed a brand new air conditioning system, and everything is new. We are 100% satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them; they are a truly excellent team.

After getting 5 estimates for a Mitsubishi mini-split AC system, Certified Heating and Cooling had the best overall package, including quality, value, detail of what would be included, and no hidden fees.
On the day of installation, Hector the Technician called to advise of his arrival time. Hector and Brett arrived on time, assessed the project and gave an overview. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
Installation was orderly and efficient. Hector and Brett tested the system and explained the remote control thoroughly. They cleaned up inside and out.
The system works great and even looks good inside and outside. Very quiet!!

Staying at the Amato residence and had a problem with the AC not working yikes.
Dave Mc from Certified Heating and Cooling arrived in less than 24 hrs and was amazing!! Very knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly. Very grateful for Certified Heating and Cooling for the same day service! Josh was phenomenal he got right to the point and found multiple issues that had been looked over by previous companies. He got me up and working same day as well as being very informative on preventative work and measures to keep the system healthy and running!

We have needed a new AC unit for a while now. Friday morning it finally kicked the bucket. Dave was at our door before noon on Friday with a fair price and availability on Saturday morning. No annoying attempt to upsell every little thing, just a cut and dry deal which I appreciate more than anything. JC & Austin arrived bright and early the next morning with a smile! They were kind, courteous and efficient. JC & Austin thoroughly explained the process and got right to work. They did a great job, working diligently the entire time and finished the installation within the time frame that was given with no issues. Everything is working beautifully. We had a total of 4 HVAC units in our church replaced. Darren was excellent in investigating and putting together a very detailed and accurate quote. Orlando, Mario and Hector performed the demolition of the old systems and installation of the new systems in record time (1 week). They communicated well and cleaned up after themselves each day. Final walk through went well and their work was very professional. I would definitely recommend Certified for commercial service!!!
