While replacing a neighbor’s A/C unit, I asked Joe if he could replace my compressor grill and motor in the near future because the grill was very corroded and close to collapsing. He politely checked his inventory and said he could do it right away. Totally unexpected but very welcomed. Can’t say enough good things about Big Air Heat and A/C. Great service and response.

William is knowledgeable and well educated in his field. Additionally, he’s professional and well spoken with a pleasant demeanor and personality.
He explained every detail while he was performing the check ups and maintenance on my two AC units. I am extremely impressed with the service performed and will highly recommend William and Big Air to everyone I know!

I wish to share with you that William Cotton did an above and beyond excellent job servicing my HVAC system last Thursday at my home located at 5126 SW 17th Place, Cape Coral.
I connected with his charming but professional, but yet , down to earth personality immediately. I like it when service technicians look you in the eye, smile, and explain every detail. It shows honesty and integrity but also that he really likes his job. He spoke very highly of your company. That is very unique of employees these days and exemplifies loyalty to the company he is employed by.
He explained everything in detail. Helped me with my nest, which I struggle with, and even looked at the years supply of filters I recently purchased to ensure they were a filter that he recommended, and think goodness they were. I didn’t ask him to look at the filters. He ask me if I would mind showing him the filters and I absolutely appreciate that! He also ask when the filter was last changed and gave his advice as to how often the filter should be changed. He noticed a bottle of mold and mildew cleaner sitting next to the handler and ask “this isn’t what you use in the system is it?” This was because the last time the system was serviced, about 4 years ago, the company told my husband to just run a mixture of vinegar and water through it every 30 days and you won’t need to call me out to service it.” If you are curious as to what company that was, William could probably tell you because the label was on my unit and there are pictures/ videos of the unit. That alone exemplifies an excellent eye for detail and excellent listening skills.
I learned from William that so much more needs to be done than just running water and vinegar through it. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to sell me anything. He gave options and suggestions but in the end told me it was totally up to me. I did sign up for a maintenance contract but only because it was something I needed to do a long time ago but it was never offered by the other company. With the other company I needed to remember to just call if I wanted the unit to be serviced. I am to busy for that. I expect with the contract you will call me and say it’s time for your service and then make an appointment.
I had a friend visiting with me while William was here and she was so impressed she ask for his card. Her name is Tara Dunn and she is the lead singer of the band Resolution. They are a local band . If you have never heard of them , find them on face book and go out and listen to them. They will be at a restaurant/ bar called Sea Craft in Fort Myers on March 27. I think I have that date right. Go up and introduce yourself. You might just have yourself another customer. They are very very personable, just like William.
I hope you recognize you’ve got yourself one outstanding employee and you better treat him well so you can hang on to him! Good, loyal people that speak highly of their employees are hard to find.
I give your company and William a 10 star rating if there is such a thing.

Oh ,and by the way, I ask William if y’all sell new units. He responded yes and began giving me information on the various units. My unit is somewhere between 10 and 15 years old. It was here when I bought my home in 2020. I thought the unit was a Ream but William said it was not but I don’t remember what he said it was but I bet he does. Go ahead and test him and see if he does because I think he is that good, that he will remember. So, when the time comes for a new unit, you will be hearing from me.
Another thing is we have something in common. We are both from Virginia.

I had an outstanding experience with Big Air AC! Their maintenance service for my air conditioning system was reasonably priced and exceptionally thorough. Had a tech come to do a first time maintenance service. William was very pleasant, respectful, Knowledgeable, and professional. Was very thorough. Work was completed in a timely manor. Big air is fortunate to have employees of this caliber. Most I've seen in this area are less then desirable, untrained handyman.

Well, first good experience was meeting William Cotton when he came through the front door seem very smart very knowledgeable. Did a great job clean this air conditioner up the small company but if you need somebody should’ve given this air-conditioning company, a call to do the right thing.

I met Joe today from Big Air he came to do the maintenance on my 2 AC systems. Very professional did exactly what he said they would do and more. He suggested some things that needed doing gave me a fair price and took care of it right away. I cannot recommend him and his company enough. I will definitely use his company in the future. If you want it done right the first time use Big Air. Very satisfied customer.

William was fantastic. He was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing. I had concerns about dust from recent construction near my unit, and he addressed them completely and put my mind at ease. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and patient. I had a fantastic experience with Big Air Heat and A/C for my HVAC maintenance. The technician/owner Joseph Swafford was polite, thorough and cleaned up everything afterward. Joseph arrived within the promise window in spite with the mixed up with our guard at the gate. He was friendly, respectful and took the time to answer questions and explain further what I didn’t understand. Joseph was knowledgeable, explained and provided honest and clear options. He left everything clean and he wore the booties to go in the house which impressed my wife. The company provided fair pricing for high-quality work. After being without A/C for 10 days
waiting on Integrity Air to figure out what was wrong with my system and 2 days for American Home Shield to deny the coverage. I called Big Aiir Heating and Air Conditioning and decided to buy a new system since mine was 25 years old. I was impressed with Big Air’s compassion of being without AC. They were very expedient with getting one installed for me. It’s a young business with a young hungry attitude. Joseph and Jean, owners, went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. They are a very pleasant and professional business.

I had Big Air come out and do my maintenance service, let me tell you the service technician William did a great job, he cleaned both units, was very thorough, explained why this was an important service, I will definitely be using Big Air for my service from now on, thanks again William, I hope your company knows your value, because as a customer, I surely do !

William Cotton did an exceptional job servicing my air conditioning system. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident from start to finish, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the work was done right. Beyond his technical expertise, William has a great personality that instantly puts you at ease. I also really enjoyed connecting with him over our shared appreciation for Tesla, he even went above and beyond by sending me a link for a front spoiler for my car, which was an awesome bonus and totally unexpected.

It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely loves what they do, carries strong values, and isn’t afraid to share their faith, his love for Jesus truly shows in his character. And as a fellow animal lover, I loved hearing about his Husky, Princess Leia.

Dave was very thorough with the maintenance and inspection of my system. He got everything running smoothly and suggested a few preventative maintenance items. On time for the appointment and very professional.

On October 31st Stacey performed our first time maintenance on our HVAC since we joined Certified. She was excellent! She arrived on time after calling ahead. Once she got here she did a totally thorough job. She was very personable and took care of business. We have asked for her to do our maintenance in 6 mos.

David was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Dave was able to solve a problem that three other HVAC companies we’re unable to correctly identify. The other companies wanted me to pay for an expensive repair that would not of corrected the problem. Thanks Certified Heating for sending out an excellent repair technician.

Professional, Knowledgeable and Excellent service. On a cold day a d on the first cold snap for this winter, we required service at short notice. Apart from preparing our heating unit, he checked to ensure that the heater was in a good condition for the coming winter. Highly recommended.
