My AC broke down and I reached out to several companies, but this one really stood out. I spoke with Donald late at night, and he still managed to schedule a same-day appointment—his professionalism and kindness were impressive. Javier, the technician, arrived promptly and was extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the issue on the spot! I'm very pleased with the service and will definitely be contacting them again for any future issues. Highly recommend!

Ryan, Hector,Davidson, Zack, & Austin handled a very difficult install of new lines, air handler, and ac unit. They arrived on time, did great work, left the job site clean with a new ac system operating. This is a top shelf company and crew! Thanks to Lee for coordinating the deal and being quick to follow up on my questions.

We had an older system that needed a good amount of work and decided best to replace the system. The sales process was all up front and clearly discussed. The install team was great, Hector and Will were on time, kept the area clean and showed how to operate. Highly recommend.

Discovered on our return that our a/c was not working properly, and contacted Certified Heating and Cooling. They promptly set up a service call for us. Their service tech Derrik advised us that due to the age of the unit, it would be more beneficial to replace than to repair. He was extremely knowledgeable on our options. We decided to replace our system with Derrick’s advice. He setup our install for the very next day! The following day two techs arrived (Jaerson and Austin) who were very prompt and began the install. They were also extremely knowledgeable and professional. They explained all of the functions of our system and its benefits. The techs should be commended for their professionalism, knowledge of the product and their dedication to do a good job! Certified Heating and Cooling has been a pleasure to work with and their service and installers did a fantastic job!

Josh was just out to check on my system and was very informative and professional.
His explanations were easy for me to understand. Lisa in the office is also very helpful too!

Had Darren come out for an estimate. Everything from scheduling to the actual estimate was excellent. Darren was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Cannot comment on pricing yet, as I am looking at one more opinion, but I do not doubt this would be a solid company to go to for HVAC needs.

Darren S. from Certified Heating and Cooling Inc. was absolutely awesome. He was super friendly, answered every question I had, and took the time to explain my HVAC system and what the best options were moving forward. I had other companies come out, but none gave me the same level of honesty, care, or confidence.

Darren’s quote was also lower than the others, but more importantly he made a stressful situation way easier to deal with. Nobody likes having their AC break, but Darren truly made me feel comfortable and confident about getting it fixed. I’ll definitely be using Certified Heating and Cooling Inc. for all of my future HVAC service and highly recommend Darren S.

I think that Chris is a massive asset to your company, while you were not the cheapest HVAC contractor I have looked into, your company is by far the most transparent. It was refreshing to know that all these things needed to be done before people got here gave me a number and then came to do the work and added onto that number because these other things needed to be done in order to pass inspection. I’ve been using certified to maintain my furnace for the last Three years the last two times they’ve come they did something to my furnace where I had to call my regular guy who was half the price to fix it. I just have it serviced a week ago and finally turn the AC on nothing. My regular guy said they had something disconnected outside. The Freon cap was off needed a little Freon. This is the last time I’m using them plus they try and upsell you on everything and they left my all throughout my house definitely won’t use them again.

David McClanahan did an amazing job. He answered any questions i had honestly and was not bothered by my curiosity. Definitely recommend using these guys for your HVAC needs.

Jose Simon is hands down the best technician I’ve ever worked with. He was incredibly thorough, kind, and clearly excellent at what he does. He took his time and explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

The service tech arrived on time and did a thorough system inspection. He did such a good job that it cost me $1100 in issues he found. Issues that could have crashed and would be far more expensive. Didn’t know I needed to address these issues until he found them. Thanks Josh.

Josh did a great job going over our AC. Timely and good He checked over everything. Found one part that needed replacing. All the rest was fine but he checked everything inside and out. Very satisfied

Josh did a great and thorough job on my bi annual AC service. He took his time and let me know as he saw possible issues or concerns. He, as well as the whole Certified Heating and Cooling Team have always been professional, courteous, and knowledgable.

Very pleased with my winter maintenance job from Certified Heating & Cooling. Daibis did a the most thorough job I've ever had done. He explained everything very clearly, offered me several choices to fix several problems I doubt anyone else would have found. It looked like he removed everything covering the unit and found several issues, including the beginning of mold. This also allowed him to clean the unit, inside and out, changed some rusty screws and re-sealed the unit to my home. Most just clean the outside, check the levels of the unit and that was about it. These guys are Certified "Awesome"!

Stacey Smatlak did a very good job. She was very thorough and cares about what she is doing. She had a terrific personality and I enjoyed talking with her. Stacey did not leave without saying goodbye and a good belly rub with our dog Marlee. Thanks again Stacey!
