Great AC company,
It is nice when you can find someone who does repairs instead of just sell.

I have used them twice
one for a home unit
another for a business

After waiting all day the tech got to my house with lots of attitude didn't even present himself, then was here 15 min and said he fixed it. When I asked what was wrong with it he told me he couldnt tell me and to call the property managers and ask them. Like was it that hard to be kind and respectful, Wouldn't recommend.

These guys are great. Lost AC on a Friday, fan motor went. They got it replaced under warranty, which was a pleasant surprise and then the owner came out and got the new motor installed before the weekend. My wife was very happy. I highly recommend them.

Unprofessional called for an emergency only response I get from the guy over the phone is "we will call when we are on our way" mind you my A/C has been broken since 3 am and I called at 8 am it is almost 4 and not a call and not an ETA nothing, I got 2 kids at home and it's 84° in there all around horrible service would not recommend
Update: please stop with the lies I called only 3 times in the day at 8am at 11:30 am and again at 3:30 pm please sir an apology goes further than lies, yes I am a tenant but that doesn't mean it's not important. Also I don't think my air conditioner is more important than anyone's but if you were here the day before and didn't fix it, then you cant give me an ETA at least, so my wife and kids had to stay and wait around, come on be professional.

We recently moved to FL and needed to make some updates to our new home. The 12 year old HVAC system was high on our priority list and our realtor recommended Ben and his team. Being new to FL we did not know what to expect so when we called, Chandler was there in a matter of hours to look at the system. He had some legitimate concerns about the system and rather than spend money servicing it we made an appointment to have the whole system replaced rather than take a chance on it failing in the middle of a FL summer and waiting on a long list of other customers with the same issue. Ben, Chandler and Jimmy did a wonderful job removing the old system, installing the new one, and cleaning up afterward. And we really appreciated the time Ben took explaining how to program the thermostat, drain the system periodically, and the annual maintenance schedule. A very professional and caring team who showed up on time and filled us with confidence we made the right choice. Thanks Ben!

I am writing this a year later because I forgot to write it after our service but they made such a positive impression on me it was important that i write this. I have not forgotten their first rate service, honesty and compassion. They deserve platinum stars, not just gold. These people are HONEST, amazing, trustworthy and maintain excellent communication. They came to my 93 year old mom’s home when i could not be there. They promptly fixed the issue, made sure she was comfortable, and sent me an invoice a few days later. It was a weekend call and repair. They made it out the same day and kept in communication. These people run an honest business and they truly care. When I need help with my own AC in the future, i will only call them. FYI i had another company come out to give a quote prior to them who insisted the AC needed this and that blah blah blah. The AC was less than two years old. Wayne Martin fixed it for $83.00. Most of all, they are honest and caring. I would trust them alone in my home.

Very nice and knowledgeable. I told him what the a/c was doing and he knew exactly what it was. He checked it showed me why the regulator for the condenser was bad and replaced it promptly. Just a few minutes and he was finished. Would highly recommend him for any future work hire him.!!!
